Great stay from start to finish. Check in and check out was great she really made me feel special, same person checked me in and out. I even signed up for Hilton Rewards. Will definitely stay again.

We were awakened by pounding at 8 am. The manager said it was from next door and nothing they could do about it. Then at 8:30 am housekeeping was talking loud outside our door and slamming things around. Water pressure in shower was awful. Manager would not refund the 360 plus for that night. She said none was hotels fault!!!

We were very happy with our stay, with one exception. Why do hotels feel the need to charge an extra $15 per day for parking? You are already paying a charge to stay at the hotel, I feel like charging customers to pay for parking in the hotel parking lot is just ripping off their customers. If they have to charge, just add it into the room rate, then the customers will never know.

Aside from a few small issues - ice makers not working, AC in the room was very loud, a charge for parking which I did not know about ahead of time - we had a very nice stay. The bed was comfortable and there was a lovely view of the beach. The bar area was popular and friendly on a Friday night. In particular, the front desk staff was terrific.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Beal House!!! The staff are top notch, every one of them we encountered were friendly & helpful. The views are amazing! Rooms are clean, comfortable, & nicely decorated. Nice restaurant on site. We can't wait to return!!!

The restaurant service was extremely slow. Food was good but a small pizza for 16$ is a little much. Front staff was super quiet and not as friendly as you would expect. Great access to beach

Excellent hotel on the beach. We were in town for a show at the Downtown Music Hall, quick little drive over the bridge to the venue.
Awesome staff, especially MIKE the bartender. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!

My room was very nice. The view was great. Sunrise and sunsets. The beds were comfortable. The tv guide and stations didn’t line up. The tech came couldn’t fix it. The staff was great till it wasn’t. Went for New Year’s Eve. Had a nice dinner. Music was great. Then lights came on at 11:45 and it seemed the staff wanted all patrons out. Disappointing. After that restaurant was out of food and liquor. It was a nice place overall.

This hotel is beautiful, and right on the beach. We had a room facing the beach with a balcony that had endless views. The room was updatedwith nice furniture, bathrooms, etc. Service was great. Nice bar/restaurant on site. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Was there for a wedding. Nice room. Bathroom obviously designed by a woman. GREAT LIGHTING! I have never, ever had such great lighting in a hotel bathroom in all of my travels. My make-up was flawless for a change!

Was a great location and view of the ocean from 4thfl balcony. Restaurant has exceptional food onsite. It’s priced like other restaurants on the beach. Enjoyed our stay with 65-80 degrees every day!

Highly recommend. Everything is like brand new. Room and bathroom are very spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. Stayed in ocean front balcony and loved the white sand beach view. Food at The Remedy, the onsite bar and restaurant, was great. Live music plays most evenings and could be enjoyed from your balcony if not on the outside restaurant patio. If going to Destin beaches do not pass up this beauty of a hotel.

It’s a wonderful hotel with lots of amenities and location is walkable to the boardwalk in Santa Rosa beach. $15 for parking per day quick drive into Destin. Beach access pool gym is convenient..wonderful restaurant near the lobby breakfast lunch dinner if you don’t want to leave the premise..can’t wait for the next time

It was awesome, the hotel has been remodeled and beautiful. Beds comfortable easy access to the beach. The only issue was a malfunction of the smoke alarm during the storm. But I will definitely go again!

Cant get a receipt for my stay at Beal House. Asked for email receipt 2 times. Nothing yet.
They charge for parking.
Beach service is twice as much as other hotels.
Room furniture is ridiculous there are two drawers on the floor.
No beach towels after 9:30am and they do nothing about it.
