Hotel is absolutely disgusting. As soon as we got there the hotel was nothing like the pictures. It’s very badly taken care of, bathroom looks like absolute trash. There’s stains everywhere in the bathroom, the tub is falling apart and peeling, there was pee on our carpet outside the door absolutely disgusting. I used to love extended stays America now this ruined it for me. Wish I took a picture but we left and asked for a refund which is still pending because the hotel won’t pick up.

Our room decor was old and needs to be updated. The walkways around the building were dirty and the landscaping was sorely in need of care. We felt safe, but one or two people were sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. The hotel reception desk staff were nice, but he customer service experience was below par. On a trip to the front desk to get fresh towels, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for a staff person to arrive at the desk in the early afternoon.

When I arrived these people had no rooms. All the rooms were dirty and couldn’t be used. But hotel.com found me another hotel. Thank goodness

Trash all around the stairwell. No ice machines. No hair dryer in room. Had to move the dresser to plug in tv. Staff unfriendly.

There are roaches in the rooms! But away from that it's not bad very convenient

The hotel room was ancient and not taken care of. The lock on the room door did not lock all of the way. The floor was torn and the doors were falling apart. I would not recommend.

The room had roaches and the tub was grey on the floor. The room was muggy and smelled old. The bedding looked like it was barely cleaned. I could go on and on

WORST STAY I'VE EVER BOOKED!! DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked this room for 2 nights, as it was close to the venue we were going to. We had a smooth checkin process, but as soon as we got to our room, the pleasantness changed. We first noticed that our room didnt come with a shower curtain. I picked up the room phone to call the front desk, but there was soda or something spilled in the headset and the phone didnt work. I tried dialing the front desk on my cell, but no one answered. My husband went down and picked up a shower curtain from the front desk attendant and put it up. The remote to the TV didnt work. The door stuck, so basically we had to shove our way in the door to the room. We noticed our bathroom and kitchen were over run with roaches, the fridge made a terrible noise all night, and the tub faucet didnt shut off. Around 1:30am, we were woken up by loud music and people yelling. Again, I called the front desk from my cell, and again no answer. We felt too unsafe to leave our room and walk to the office. Our smoke alarm started chirping around 5am and woke us up. At 6:30am the loud music was blasting. Because it was daylight, i went to the front desk and made complaints. The manager was understanding and refunded the remainder of our stay. Expedia should remove this stay from their site.

This is a motel in bad repair. It is extended stay with kitchenette but there isn’t a single trash can, not even in the bathroom. There is a clock that doesn’t work (the plug has been ripped off). We picked partially because of breakfast which, we are told, will be a go bag in the lobby. The rooms are grubby and there is an eaten chicken bone among the trash outside our room. Not at all true to pictures as advertised.

Good location clean room

There's homeless walking around the complex, all the trash bag was sitting underneath of the stairs. I was unable to walk to my room, because a Dog barking to everyone, i knows the hotel said it was pet friendly, but the dog wasn't friendly at all, never stop to barking, we have to take all the others side of the stairs to try to get into our room. It was a bad,bad experience..

My girl is pregnant it wasn’t a good environment for her she didn’t bring her things inside because it was roaches in the room and the tub had some nasty residue so I didn’t shower the lamps are dirty and rusty the door handles and locks seem weak it didn’t feel safe at all I really deserve a refund for the inconvenience

The room was infested with a lot of Roaches.

It was not a good stay. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Rugs in room are dirty. Smells stinky in the room. No lobby staff overnight. Telephone in room doesn’t work. Fire alarm going off at 5am in the morning and no staff around. Would not recommend this place at all

Property needs maintenance.. spiders and bugs in room, bathtub looked like garbage. Towels had other people hair on them. Noise from outside the room door made it impossible to relax. I was very disappointed, because I expected extended stay of America standard, but, this was far from what I have experienced in other places.

Bugs on the wall. Fire detector ripped off wall. Stains. Old. People yelling outside. Got a refund and went alsewhere

You should not even propose this one on your site without saying that's a motel. And it's not good for your dite's réputation. I pay for the room (because too late to cancel) but didn't stay. So nasty. Further more there is a 100$ deposit...that's a shame. If you Can give my money back. I would appreciated. Best tegards

A/c in room doesn’t work funny smell

Did not stay due to an unexpected deposit I did not have to give and wait for return on card. I chose another property. They should notify people, especially in this day and age, if there are increases in dollar amount booked for. Not cool they tried to take payment for a stay that did not happen. I went in to pay for my one night and told there was additional charges O never had during my last stay at this same location. Over trying! I asked for a manager and none on the program

Good stay with a cosy place. It got a kitchen and chairs. I liked the place!

Pulled up and couldn’t fine the lobby. When I finally did I stood in it for 30 minutes with the lights off and nobody there. Ended up not stayin there and they won’t refund my money
