The room (4th floor king) was clean and quite beautiful and plenty of space as well as storage. Only thing missing was a room safe. The hotel is elegant. Breakfast as well as evening drinks and food (all included) was excellent value and service. The front desk and the valet service was also excellent. Highly recommend and would return.

It was very clean and close to everything. Just staying the night for a hospital visit in the morning. Close enough to St. Joseph's hospital in syracuse but far enough to feel safe Very nice staff.

I was checking in late as only an overnight stop on a trip home from Florida. All went very well and a nice quiet breakfast room with all I needed to get me on the road again.

the property was easy to get on and off 81, but the property needed to be updated . The breakfast was not really a breakfast, disappointed.

Wasn’t a great stay. Dated properly and it seemed like there were people living in this motel. The staff however were good.

Check in was fine. Our room was not great - the bathroom has a mold issue. The hallway smelled like pot smoke evening and morning. The breakfast was fine, but no staff person was present at the desk the whole time I was there from 6am to 8am.

Check in was quick, easy and friendly. I appreciated the clean towels and bed linens but the tub had hair in it, the toilet needed to be scrubbed, the light in the bathroom wouldn't turn on, and the soap dispenser was empty.

Went to dinner - and returned to a parking lot of people just wandering around. Obviously either high or drunk. Place has an odd odor. Babies and dogs barking. Staff was not very friendly when being checked in. Didn’t communicate very well and seemed indifferent. Manager was on her cell phone nearly the whole time while “training” a new person.

The whole hotel smelled really bad. When we asked about ot at the check-out they told us it was plumbing issue, but never offered a discount or anything to recompensate for our bad experience.

Likely the room has been empty for some time and it has mold smell very badly. We had to keep to door open before sleep and in the morning we realized that the smell comes from wash room. We actually worried about our health after the stay!

Coffee maker inroom was unusable

I did not enjoy this property. Breakfast was poor.

Check in was great, an energetic, charismatic young man checked us in. My room was clean but the halls were dirty. The mattresses are old and need to be replaced. whoever painted the room got paint all over the floors and it was sloppy, but none of these things made it horrible by my standards. Whoever the next morning there was no coffee and this was 7:30am, no one was paying attention to the food area because things were not being replaced that were running out. I'm not kidding when I say the sausage links they put out for breakfast were black, I would have not put them out. The breakfast tables were cleaned with only a dry napkin which was gross. All the windows were dirty, I'm not knit picking, just observing. It's obvious they need more help. The morning help at the desk was a great disappointment from check in. To me when you stay at a Days Inn it's a great stay but now I will be hesitant to book again with a Days Inn. The Chain Hotels are going to lose business if they keep losing the standards of business they use to have. I heard so many complaints during our breakfast time the morning we left.

A clean cheap place to sleep

This hotel needs to be renovated so badly. Doors to rooms are damaged and slightly repaired. The door to the bathroom wouldn't open all the way. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Housekeeping had done a crappy job, and we had no towels in the room. Had to go down to front desk and get some.

Checked into our room and the lady at front desk was very kind. Went to our room and it was never cleaned. Looked like it had a tornado come through it. Beds were a mess, all sheets were on the floor and the pillows were thrown on a chair in the corner. Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. Went to front desk and politely asked for another room. The lady at front desk gave us another room and personally checked to make sure it was clean. She was very apologetic. Continental breakfast leaves much to be desired. Basically some muffins and some breakfast sandwiches in the a refrigerator that you have to microwave.

Arrived to find noone at desk. Apparently the front desk also has to take care of housekeeping as well. Waited for a few minutes and a very apologetic woman greeted me and checked me in. Shortly after getting in my room, phone rang and she wanted to make sure everything was to my liking. Lots of cosmetic issues in the room and the AC was very loud but worked very well.

Friendy Service

They did not have a maintenance person on site so some things were not working or broken but the staff made up for this and they were wonderful.

the night clerk at check in followed up on are room after we had checked in and tried to quickly resolve issues, there were no bath towels in room very little toilet paper , no hand soaps or other usual toiletries of any type , tub was dirty . she cleaned tub and brought us missing items. price was low for stay but everything was mediocre!

Our stay was not the greatest. We requested our room refreshed each day but it was only done once and we had to complain to 3 people to get that. We weren’t given our Wyndham points after I had booked on line. The manager was not willing to help with our requests. There was a sheet from a previous stay stuffed along side the couch. No coffee or cups left in the room when we arrived. Their light breakfast leaves something to be desired. No condiments for the breakfast sandwiches, no butter for the muffins which was dry, and the coffee was terrible. We stay at Wyndham when we travel but this one was a disappointment to us. The front desk and a maintance man help was very nice to deal with and they were very helpful.

We stayed for a night, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. I would stay there again.

Good place to stay

Do not stay there. Dirty, doors don’t lock, staff is NEVER at the desk and clearly doing drugs

Take your chances. Bathroom wallpaper was bubbling and peeling. The liquid dispensers in the shower area were empty. They provided HAND towels as BATH towels. The room rug was stained. There was hair in the mini fridge. Facilities are just degraded.

Breakfast was advertised, even had notice in lobby about times yet there was no breakfast! Room was not clean, hair in shower, toilet not clean, no towels. Girl at desk seemed like she didn't know where she was. Couldn't run credit card properly, kept coughing all over everything. When I went to ask for towels, nobody there. Rang bell, nothing. I could hear a video playing from behind wall. Yelled out, no response. Walked around a bit, came back and she came out from behind the wall, watching a video on her phone.

Room was comfortable. Bathroom needs to be cleaned better. Floor was dirty. Overall, clean hotel.

Breakfast was terrible. Juice and coffee and not much else. 😌
