When I got to my room there was food left in the fridge, there was no soap to do dishes, the TV was being used to hide stains on the dresser. There was a recliner in the corner of the room, however it was broken. The bathroom was not noticably dirty until trying to bathe, which is when I noticed the hair coming out of the overflow drain and the tub drained very slowly. The room overall was in need of a makeover as it smelled musty and smokey even though it was billed as a non-smoking room.
Despite all that, the bed was comfortable enough, the sheets were clean, the fridge remained cold, and there were enough pillows.

Everything about this hotel is dirty. Rude front desk staff. No housekeeping unless you stay more than seven days. I asked front desk for some gloves to clean my room and was told they are not allowed to give any gloves out. Mood all the sink in bathroom. Dried up blood on sheets I asked to switch rooms and I was told that there was no more rooms available. Stove didn’t work either.

The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous! The room was surprisingly bigger than we expected for 1 queen sized bed. The extra door lock/latch didn’t close all the way, which made me slightly nervous. Parking lot and entryway to hotel needs to better lit. But the hotel is a nice area directly across the street from Lifetime gym. And a Starbucks 5 min down the road if you prefer stronger coffee. For the price, I would consider staying there again.

First off the staff was AMAZING!!! As far as the room, it appeared clean. However, the hotel is long overdue for a makeover so everything looks grimy. The room was stuffy and smelled like smoke. The paint was sliding off the wall in the corners. The carpet looked so bad I was afraid to walk on it bare feet. No amount of cleaning will fix these problems. Update your rooms and stop being cheap.

Most of the Staff was very very nice and very considerate. Janice needs to be trained to keep her nose in her own business and not be so judgmental. Especially when she doesn’t understand a person’s situation.

It wasnt in the best shape and could have been cleaned better. The bathroom door didnt latch. It was noisy being near the road. It was nice having an elevator and not having to take the stairs to the 3rd floor

The hotel smelled like dog we could not walk without our shoes on because there was dog her we have to by our own broom to clean up. There were spider webs and spiders. 2 spiders in my make up bag. One of the burners on the stove were rusted and did not work

The tub had hair in it. I complained about it to the front desk and asked to get my room changed. She said with a very bad attitude " why would I changed your enyire ro for a little hair when I can have someone clean it" I cleaned iy myself.

The floors in my room were dirty. I dropped some food and wiped it up. The cloth was disgustingly dirty.

I loved the amenities. Full size fridge, mircowave, and stove top. Even though I stay for 1 night, this was nice to have if I have to stay longer.

Room was dirty i was in room 304. There was a horrible human in room 306 who played music loudly until 147 am. Then banged on wall until 430am. Horrible place.

Did not like they were only going to clean the room every two weeks and daily had to come to front desk for towels.

The check in area is nice, however, the rooms are outdated. There was also a weird musty smell in the room and a weird smell in the hallway. It was an underwhelming experience overall.

Carpets were sticky, everything looked old and worn out. They gave us one double bed instead of two. So they provided a roll out bed that was sandy.
They did make it right by upgrading us to a King bed, but I still had to sleep with a thrashing toddler.
This property might work to crash after a night out or a hard day of work, but I will not be bringing my family back.

For the price, the room was extremely disappointing. The carpet and vinyl were sticky, the vinyl was coming up around the edges, the shower bar was broken, there was no coffeemaker, and most of the lamps didn't work. We usually stay at a cheaper place that is far nicer, but we thought we were upgrading. We won't be back.

The first room they put us in was a non smoking. But smelled like cigarettes and other things. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was filthy. Requested another room. The other room was also dirty. Would not recommend.

Clean, Nice, organizes and calm neighborhood and hotel. Respectful staff, but not too friendly. There are many fast food and restaurants nearby which I enjoyed. My room was nice and clean, I just didn't like the dusty smell of the carpet. I will certainly stay there every time I visit Chicago.

When I got there they were not ready and I was trying to check in for 40 minutes making me late to my appointment and the room floor was dirty had bronze metal pieces on the floor and the room smelled and they told me to go get some glade plug in if I don’t like the smell!!!

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were as flat as a pancake. There was hair in the bathtub and sink. Cabinet doors are falling off. Room was very dated and in need of being rehabed.

I arrived and was told the elevator was broken. I am fine using the stairs, but the stairwell was filthy. I got the the room and the smell was atrocious. I used the bathroom which was very dirty and there was hair and mold in the shower and sink. The room was cold because the window was open and the curtains were blowing in. This should have helped with the odor but even with fresh air it was terrible. I left within one hour and did not end up sleeping there.
