Room was fine and comfortable enoigh. Bath tub was dirty with dried soap on the soap shelf and long black hair on the bathtub walls

Not only was it dirty. I’m pretty confident it was being used as a homeless shelter. There are groups of men gathered at the front door. There are groups of men gathered in the back. It felt awful. We left immediately and went to a different hotel.

Overall the hotel is ok. Isn't very well kept but decent. I stayed at the top floor. It was incredibly noisy in the hallway. Lots of Latinos staid there. I don't know who they are. Migrants? ...temporarily housed in the hotel. Perhaps the hotel rep can clarify that. Anyway, kids were running around in the hallway, playing, screaming, a few adults were sitting on the floor listening Latino music on their phones. It felt like in a village in a small town in Mexico. I talked to them. They responded politely. I also talked to the manager of the hotel but got no help.

Close to our needs and dog friendly

Room OK, bath and tub peeling paint, hallway smells of synthetic drugs. We booked for 3, no extra set of bed covers provided - had to ask. Breakfast is oath meal and prepacked donuts. I'd add a convenient location to nearby business park, casinos and shopping

This hotel was perfect for our dogs and us as we attended the National Dog Show. Hotels.com completely messed up our reservations! Even though the hotel was sold out, the hotel management staff spent an hour trying to get our reservations corrected. They did get us out rooms!

This hotel had bed bugs and fleas. Smelled terrible. I will never again book with hotels. Com if you allow these types of hotels on your sight. This is the second bad experience in one year.

We were staying for the weekend and we needed a place that liked dogs… we paid extra for dogs but didn’t realize that we didn’t get cleaning service or towels. Will be staying there next week and will give another review

Felicia at the Front Desk was terrific and very friendly as well as helpful.

Staff was amazing but it seems the facility is near lost to time. The only thing that is relatively modern and clean is the elevators. The staff were so kind,but they simply do not have enough people to clean every room enough. If you need somewhere to sleep for a night,this will do. I do not recommend staying here unless they pay their employees more for the hard work they do.

No ice machine or ice cube trays in the refrigerator.

Waited close yo 15 mins to check in. Called desk abd rhey said they ran out off utensils for the kitchen. Not expecting this. Very disappointed.

The check in was very unprofessional. Desk attendant very had a very unkept appearance. While checking us in talking loudly to someone behind her just out of the office. The room itself was not welcoming. stare smell. very dirty bathroom floor. opened the sofa and was greeted by chip bags, crumbs and lids. No linens. Never received ordered dish and pan set. Loud neighbors. Not enough fresh towels or wash cloths.

Took twenty minutes to get registered. Was being filmed but nobody came. Two people in the room one wash cloth and one hand towel. Asked for both but only got hand towels. Next morning took the bag of towels down to get new. Asked for two of each, got one wash cloth. Had to go back down and get one. Ironing board no iron. Had to go back down to get iron.

Good location, very considerate and attentive staff but the room was a bit worn out and the floor needed a good mopping.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. The building was older, but maintained and the floors were immaculate.

The same trash can was in the hall when we arrived as when we left, as was the trash in the elevator.

The front dest staff, especially Amanda, were courteous, helpful, personable and good spirited. Amanda went out of her way to help and consistently made a difference in our stay. The cigerette burns on the bathroom counter space were very unsightly and unpleasant to see each day. The counter should be replaced.

The cleanliness of this hotel was far from good. Do not recommend for that. The people working there were very nice but unfortunately that doesn’t make a stay comfortable.

Very slow check-in, family rooms on completely different floors (had requested close to each other), soap missing, lighting poor, beds uncomfortable, no hangers, etc, etc.

My one night stay was clean and comfortable. There was some sketchy charterers around but no problems. Great location off the beaten path but close to everything I wanted to do.

The exterior appearance of the hotel is its best attribute. Check-in was painfully slow and was blamed on their technology. The hotel hallways are dangerously dark; likely to hide the terribly dirty carpets. Housekeeping carts are parked in the hallway making it difficult for customers to get to the rooms. One you get to your room, there is absolutely nothing to use in the kitchenette. A card on the counter indicates a range of items are available for use by contacting the front desk but frankly, the same folks that maintain the dirty premises are the same people that would wipe down your spoons and plates. The compact microwave did a great job making popcorn. The small-ish fridge ran non stop. Thankfully, the room had vinyl flooring and dirty carpet was not a concern. I could feel individual springs in the mattress jabbing into me as though I was on a bed of nails. The aged AC/Heater did a good job maintaining the room temperature and had a constant fan setting that helped offset the drone of the fridge. The shower worked just fine. Bright spot- my fire stick connected to the WiFi and I dropped an extra $6 for the enhanced/faster service. The grab and go breakfast was stale, pre-packaged off-brand muffins and a few chewy granola bars. Brewed coffee was available (but not good) and instant decaf and tea bags were provided. The staff was very friendly and check out was easy. If you just need some place to crash and can look past the ick, this is the hotel for you.

Called and notified hotel that we would be a late arrival. Arrived for check in and we were notified they were sold out. The had no room for us. I informed them we had a reservation and told them we called to let them know we would be a late arrival. “Sorry sir we are sold out”. Completely rude and uncalled for. We then had to find another hotel 20 miles away from our original stay.

I booked my hotel reservation and I paid for my accommodations on August 11th for my September 22nd reservation and when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and there was no room available for me. Others weee told the same thing many hours before me and after me since I sat in the lobby waiting until after 10/00 pm for my room. I spoke to others about their reservation. I did get a room late and it did not meet my expectation. The pillows were like a ball and I was very uncomfortable but after 10:00 pm, I had no other place to go in the dark Pennsylvania area. I would like a refund.
