The room was absolutely filthy.
I cleaned the floor as it was sticky.
I cleaned the bathroom, hair in the tub and hair on the counters.had to leave after finding old food and and filth under the beds
Management was made aware several times. I requested a refund.

Upon checking in I was told that the last room (which I had reserved a week earlier) may have been the last one without a television. This was obviously not going to work. The hotel associate wound up putting me in an accessible unit which was OK. Did not like the shower arrangement. The floor was continuous without a curb (handicap requirement) with a slight dip to a floor drain. However, this did not stop the water from getting all over the floor and out the door into the main room. Also, the floor was then very slippery and caused me to fall, without injury. If you are not disabled I would avoid this type of unit if possible.

The elevator was not working. It had snowed earlier in the week and the parking lot and entrances were not properly cleared. It snowed again while we were there and it was still not cleared properly. We had our dog so we had to go in and out frequently so this was an issue.

It is a wonderful property, spacious, well organized, enough space for parking cars at any time, well connected to main roads, and convenient for someone prefering to stay and meet people in and around Exton, Malvern, Chester Springs etc. MEGAN is a nice individual, a great staff, very helpful and jovial

The place was rather rundown. The hair dryer in my room started smoking as soon as I turned it on. No one at front desk so I had to fly out with wet hair.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and only came with 3 pillows. We asked for an important wake up call and never received it. We came down for coffee the 1st morning 5 minutes late and the girl would not even offer a cup to us since she was just putting it away. Then the girl was on her personal phone and would not help open the door as she stood there watching me struggle with 2 cups of coffee from the outside. It just seemed as if no one enjoyed their job or had customer service. The biggest problem was the keys to the room never worked except 1x a day. We asked for a 1st floor months in advance for our senior dog and was put on the 3rd floor. Will never stay here again. No water pressure for a shower. Our toilet ran constantly and our bathroom sink sprayed everywhere.

I traveled from NC to Exton PA due to a death in my family, stayed one night. The hotel was dark and outdated. My room smelled of stale smoke. Front desk employee was not interested in assisting. It was like I was wasting her time. Ill never stay again!!!

We did a one night stay to attend a wedding. We arrived at the hotel at 2pm and couldn't check in until 3 so we went to eat, came back at 3pm and no one was at the desk, there was about 5 other guest to check in and we had to attend the wedding at 4pm.

Checking in late wasn't much of a problem. the clerk was kind of abrupt, didn't seem to want to check me in.
The clerk in the morning was the total opposite, very helpful and pleasant.
I know I paid for the amenities in the room, which I didn't use...didn't even use the dishes, pots or pans which was posted in a note that I would have to call for these items if I wanted them. I truly think there should be a discount for not even calling or needing to use them for one night. That's a bit much.

The room had a smell of pets thanks for the can of Lysol I had in my packed bag it didn't help I booked her cuz breakfast was included nothing in the sort at check in nothing was said just a terrible stay

My reservation was not “in the system” at the hotel. The virtual assistant was not helpful and after scouring the internet I finally found a number to customer service all this time wasted made me terribly late for a wedding later that evening. Ultimately they got it straight but not after losing unrecoverable time!

We were disappointed that the lights next to the beds did not work and the refrigerator wasn't cold. However, the beds were comfy enough. My son said he slept well. We only stayed 1 night, so overall our experience was just ok.

Upon arrival, their computer was down; payments wouldn't be accepted (even if you already had a room booked in advanced) they couldn't accept cash either you have to pay through third-party, there was trash scattered in the hallway, the room smelled bad, I took a shower and the bathtub smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room, the bathroom door was sticking on the floor real bad that it was difficult to close and open the door, and housekeeping never showed up during my stay.

This property is nasty. It needs a deep clean and renovation. The cabinets were broken and the “kitchen table” was wobbly and ready to collapse. Mold was in several spots

The room was never cleaned from the previous people staying there. There was cat litter all over the carpet. There was animal hair all over the bed, table, and throughout the bathroom, not to mention the dirty footprints across the floor and the disgusting smell.

Just a quick stay. Felt ignored when I went to check in. No big deal, but . . . . We had a kitchenette with a fridge. I put things from a cooler to cool only to realize the fridge was on, but not cooling. Also, a generator of some kind turned on for about 20 seconds every 6 minutes. Not something to get to sleep by. Over all, not a great experience.

When arrived the fire department was there due to a burning microwave. Smoke in first floor. When leaving just as we were about to get on elevator power went out. Smell in hallway by our room. Funky cooking smell. Perhaps all would be fine another visit but...

The property was short staffed and also not fully stocked with anything. I waited a long time to get greeted to be checking in. When I went to my room, there was no kitchen items at all - no cups, utensils, glasses for drinking. When I asked, I was told they didn't have anything but then somehow found a fork and spoon to give me.
Being an extended stay suite - I foolishly assumed they would at least have plates and cups in the kitchen! LOL

Requested a non-smoking room and slept in a stinky smoker room. Woke up with sore throats from the horrible smoke stink. We opened the windows to air out but they only opened slightly.

Rooms were empty and plain. You could only get coffee in the morning in the lobby. No coffee maker or hair dryer in the rooms. Not even an ice bucket. Fire alarm unplugged, shower curtain had stains. Beds were ok. Not a normal hotel experience for sure.

Worst hotel experience. Room was not ready when we got there. Put us in two other rooms which were fine. When we returned they moved our stuff out into the hallway and we had to move to another. Service was awful. Never again.

It needs to clarify this is section 8 housing. Reeks of smoke and is completely filthy. I arrived at 10:30pm to fighting in parking lot. Got my girls inside to find mens underwear in bathroom. Place filthy checked out first thing in the morning. Will NEVER stay again

Dirty overall, stains on bed sheet, pillow, towels. No large towel provided. Door take 3-4 times key card swipe to open.

The rooms are in terrible condition. Dust everywhere. Old linens and towels. In order to get more towels, you need to bring the used ones to the reception. "Breakfast" is a joke. Supposed to be available from 6am but by 7:30 there is nothing there. When it does get put out, it's convenience store pre-packaged muffins and awful coffee. The only working entrance is the main one, the side is supposed to open with room key but it doesn't work.

This is an extremely tired property. Light fixtures that didn’t work, badly done ceiling repair, bed that rocked if you sat on one side, microwave that was just plain gross and made the whole room smell. If it hadn’t been so late on a long day both myself and my associate would have found another place. The 5.6 Hotels.com rating is a pretty far reach. The GM was really pleasant and friendly, but the place, not so much.

The hotel had roaches and just unclean in general. Overflowing garbage in cans in their office. Dirty towels on the floor piled up in a corner by a laundry machine looking as if they were forgotten.
