We arrived later than we hoped for surgery scheduled early the next morning. The front clerk, Courtney, was WONDERFUL. So helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and very, very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

My rating is very low because integrity is everything and this hotel has none. I simply left a couple of valuable items in their bathroom and attempted to contact them later that same evening of my check out in order to secure my items. I never received a call back, and when I attempted to reach out again in order to retrieve my items nobody seemed to care and again I didn't receive a phone call back. Nothing is being done about this and I'm very upset about it. There are cameras all over the hotel but not once has anyone offered to track down the whereabouts of my things. Maybe they assume that I will just go away, but that's not going to happen.

Stay far far far away from this place. I’m convinced the 5 star reviews are fake and from their staff. The night staff working the front desk is EXTREMELY rude. She will roll her eyes at you .. act like your bother her and her precious time. At 1 am that’s the LAST thing you want to deal with . They will charge you way way way more than you quoted after you check out pretty sure we were charged almost 200$ for a one night two bedroom room lol. Even tho I was quoted 100. the breakfast is a joke.. there was no coffee.. half the cereal containers were empty along with the milk and the bagels.. now on to the rooms.. I found trash under my bed.. my sheets were dirty with stains. The room smelled of wet dog .. you could tell our room had not been clean . There was hair In the bathtub. This place is absolutely disgusting and I wouldn’t believe these 5 star reviews because they Arnt true. . They will give you the run around avoid at all cost.

A good quiet place to stay as we are in the city once a month . I do wish thought that more than two towels would be provided . Also , breakfast is supposed to be served until 9 am , and our first morning there , the gentleman was putting everything away at 8:40 and told guests he was closing it down . The second morning , the sausage and hash browns were ice cold , so don’t count on a super fantastic breakfast. I opted for toast and coffee. Overall , clean and safe .

Very nice and clean facility. I was worried the traffic would be loud being so close to a major street, but it was not noticeable at all. We also had some scheduling rearrangements that the front desk staff were willing to work with which was very accomodating. Having the breakfast bar available was also great before heading out. Also loved the flavored water selection in the refreshments area.

I stayed on the fourth floor last night and it was probably 1 AM before I was able to fall asleep. Had an early business meeting this morning so that made it tough. There were a couple rooms that people were running up and down the hallways, yelling, laughing, music, and television up very loud. It went on for hours.

Good staff. Budget hotel. Severely understaffed and room cleaning etc is difficult. Building smells like smoke, loud guests, heating control in the room makes no sense. Our window was also broken and leaked in freezing cold air. You get what you pay for but facilities have gone downhill.

This property is old and outdated. You can hear neighbors above you stomping around and you can hear toilets flush throughout the building. The rooms smell musty and dirty. The drapes and carpet all need to be professionally cleaned or replaced!!! When you turn on the air-conditioning and or heaters, there is a horrible dirty, musty smell. The water that comes from the bathroom sink and showers smells like skunk water. The staff needs to be retrained so that they are professional, and actually care about any concerns. The continental breakfast was not so continental. Small blueberry muffins, stale danishes and that’s about it. No scrambled eggs. No bacon no sausage no biscuits. No pancakes no waffles. A bare bones breakfast!!! I wasted my time and money on this place. Never never again!!!

I really enjoyed the breakfast they have every morning starting at 6am, furthermore the night time female that clearly showed no professional concierge service to me or other guest she was pick and chose. And shelby was over the top with her

The only upside to this stay was the night front desk guy. He was great and was willing to help do anything he could to make our stay better.
The room was not of the same as the ones on the website. The door was so hard to get open. Once open we noticed it looked like someone had tried to kick it in. You had to lift the door to open it and the lock clasp looked like someone had broke it and instead of replacing it they just hammered it back into place. The bedding was nasty (looked like old blood.) I called the front desk to get it changed and they informed me that I should have called by 9:30 PM the night before, although I just checked in. I had to go downstairs and get the change of bedding myself and change the bed. In the 4 days we stayed, they did not come in the room at all. I ask for it to be cleaned while we were out and they said due to staffing shortages they didn't have housekeepers on the weekend. He did give me a trash bag and told me I could take the trash out myself.
I would have left but they said I would be charged for the full stay.

Exceptionally gracious host on duty when we arrived. He told us our bathroom had been newly remodeled and it was clean and beautiful. The only negative we had was, as my husband put it, the breakfast wasn't as great as the room. It didn't really have much to offer.

The first night of our stay was wonderful. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. We were advised that we needed to put our name on a list for housekeeping services which we did and then the next day returned to our room and there had been no service. When we talked to the front desk we were informed that there was no housekeeping on the weekends. Would have been nice to know that. They also allow pets. We were on the 1st floor and above us was a dog barking for about 2 hours which was frustrating. The location of the hotel was great and the facilities were nice though. I would stay here again as long as I wasn't below or next to a barking dog.
