Fantastic hotel for the price the beach location is amazing if your looking for 5⭐️ hotel then look to pay double the drinks are 3⭐️ but food and location make up for that clean and friendly with good size rooms all the staff are amazing Would stay here again and recommend if your looking for night life and top cocktails then it’s not for you But location location location

Staff was very friendly and professional. The WiFi needs to improve. Many of the guests complained about the service. I was there on a business trip, and conducting calls was very difficult. The beer was very good. The alcohol used for cocktails is VERY low shelf. The food quality for decent and selection was good. I tried the Asian restaurant next door, and I found the portions and the food quality to be very good. So, I would suggest if Breezes wanted to make quick significant changes it would be to improve the WiFi service (have it reach the beach!) and the quality of its alcohol.

Pro- location, although it is $30 can fare from the airport Beach is beautiful AC worked a little too well (piano bar is the coldest room in the entire resort). Staff is super friendly (except the buffet workers, not happy and never smiling) Con - WiFi is not good at all - rooms are first come first served, regardless of what you book - had to hope someone checked out of the king room for us to move into (had to keep checking back at the desk every 30 mins). First room was terrible! Door next to the room creaked eerily like you were in a horror movie! No vents in the restrooms TV did not work at all (sound no picture) Old school spring beds that had a lot of springs sprung - not comfortable! This place definitely needs a major facelift Food is edible, but not good Extra restaurants- Italian restaurant, if food was terrible!

It was amazing

Staff were friendly, but the property seemed old and tired. Food I had was tepid at best and all a bit rushed. Shame as good location

This is not a nice place. The pictures were deceiving. The dinner buffet was disappointing.

My dining experience was horrible, tables are always dirty staff looking at you with your food in hand trying to get a clean table no one is ever there to greet you, however on the morning before we checked out we met a very nice lady that was sent by god so we were able to get a clean table she greeted us very nicely and offered us coffee, big up to Ms Sherilyn keep up the excellent job we need more of her staff need training.

Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price I paid. Things I liked: - Food selection was good for each time of day and staff was very attentive to any needs (food was free in cafe since it’s all inclusive and drinks by pool were too) - Water was hot and got hot fast Things I didn’t like: - There was plenty of hair around my room that was probably glossed over because of the bad lighting in the room. - Outdated rooms. Very outdated. Things that will greatly improve experience: - Please improving the lighting in the dining halls. It will greatly improve the dining experience. It’s very dim so I’m assuming something is trying to be hidden. Better lighting will improve everything. It’s a facet of my profession that I know all too well.

Was very disappointed. The hotel is in need of major upgrades For the price not worth it at all. Always out something like simple things like beer. I’m not sure if it is an island thing. But was unable to get tomato juice. Service in the restaurant was very poor.

This property was ok but is not for young people. This place is not for younger people the activity is boring the food is the same every day, hamburgers fries hot dogs jerk chicken and two more things. They have a buffet we only had breakfast so don’t know what they have for lunch and dinner. They have TWO restaurants Japanese and Italian and some days French FIRST COME ONLY long lines and long lines. The music is basic OLD NOT FOR YOUNGER PEOPLE. also if you are Latino this place is NOT FOR YOU. I been to others hotels were we felt included all types of food music and drinks. The staff at the POOL BAR were very friendly and tried so hard to be helpful and made the drinks we like but they didn’t have many ingredients like LIMES. Pina colada was good but they only have one machine so they always run out and then you have to wait up to 40 minutes for the next to be ready. The gift shop is small little selection and EXPENSIVE. To go to downtown the taxi is $20 each way. We had a massage session $125 each person all I’m saying it could be better for that price. But the ladies were friendly. People will be selling on the beach don’t be mean just say no if you don’t want anything is like that everywhere. Overall i think they should have more information about the property and activities we practically were guessing by watching the other guests. They didn’t have a brochure with information about anything in the room. Anyway for a weekend this is fine not for more.

The staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

How close it was to the airport. The beautiful beach. The nightly entertainment big up Dj funky D and his band. The bar staff keeps your drink flowing.

Overall great experience. Some setbacks of the property are as follows: the towels in the room were a bit cheap, on two days they did have good towels. They need to get rid of the cheap towels and permanently replace them with the others. There was also no mini fridge, quite shocking as it’s always been something at every other hotel or resort I’ve stayed at. Could also use some scented cleaning supplies, so the rooms have a nice smell upon entering after every morning clean. Didn’t smell bad at all, just didn’t really smell like much. With these adjustments, a big difference would be made.

All the staff was helpful and friendly. Miss Williams is a kind and sweet woman. She was always eager to help in anyway. Sonny from the entertainment staff is a great asset to the staff. Viktoria in the buffet dining area always served us with a smile.

This is an ok hotel, very expensive for what you get. But Bahamas is very expensive and so is the food. So all inclusive is a good option. The restaurants at the hotel are absolutely horrible. The worst food I have ever had. The buffet is ok, good salat bar, some good options some of the theme days. The grillbar at the pool is very good. Good fresh grilled burgers. The noise at the hotel is constant and horrible. Very loud music by the beach and pool 14 hours a day. And games in loud speaker that maybe 2 og 3 people attend but all of the hotel have to hear about. The gym is old and need new machines, but its ok. The staff is ok friendly. All in all disappointing but ok.

What a wonderful way to celebrate the love of my life's birthday. Staff, food, accommodations perfect!

Room needs to upgrade and updates

We have stayed at the resort about a dozen times...time for a little investment to spruce things up. Up the game on the food in the specialty restaurants, up the game on evening entertainment (Funky D is great, but not 7 nights a week. Invest in some talent for evening shows and a little more enthusiasm from the day entertainment staff. We have always loved the silly beach/pool games, but the kids running them don't seem to have the experience or enthusiasm to get the crowd involved. We will go back because we are comfortable there, but would like to see just a little uptick.

Everyone from employees to visitors were very friendly. The food was good at the pool, buffet and restaurants. The employees spoke great English and loved to joke around. We all felt that we would recommend and come back again.

Magnificent clear turquoise water. Decent food options on resort, daily buffet and outdoor cook stand options. Restaurants could be a little better, only 3 on resort (greek, italian, & asian) friendly people and workers, great area. 10 min walk from bond nightclub and casino, lots of things to do including excursions. Overall I'd rate it a 4.5/5 great experience!

The positives: The service provided by the staff was top-notch, especially Chantelle and Keisha at the front desk, and just about every staff member at the dining promenade. Everyone we encountered, from the cleaning people to the serving people were extremely friendly and nice. The negatives: the pool bar was constantly running out of ice, could not keep the frozen drinks frozen, ran out of light beer and soda water, and in general had limited choices. We wished there was more than one bar open on the property at any given time. We had to switch rooms as our fourth floor room’s air conditioning was not working properly; in fact, the whole fourth floor smelled slightly mildewy, including our room. The staff graciously moved us to the eighth floor, and it was a huge improvement.

Great service

Most staff members were not friendly or attentive. Very limited dining options. Buffet was limited and unappetizing. The room was small and outdated. Our shower was dirty and shower head was broken.

All good…the doors are hard to open and close. The food was excellent and ditto for the area.

Great place for a relaxing long weekend.
