Hotel smelled bad in corridors and rooms.

Overall, it was a decent stay. I enjoyed having a full kitchen inside the room and the room was organized well. However, I was disappointed in a few things. The chair was hard to open and close, it appears that it is slightly broken (see attached pic) and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. I'm sure it was operational, but I wouldn't want to find out the hard way.

The style of the room was cute. Like a little apartment but the room was really outdated. The TV didn't work. The bathroom door and pillow has black marks or hand prints on it. Crumbs were on the couch.

Terrible place to stay. It’s more of an apartment building than a hotel. Shady people hanging out in the parking lot and the people were really dirty and seemed to be high. They were also doing construction in the building. We were woken up before 8am by banging and the sound of hammering and drilling even on the weekend. Very outdated and A/C struggled to work so very humid in the room. Front desk was less than helpful. Not a bad area and many other hotels in the area. I wouldn’t stay at this place again if someone paid me.

The hotel is at a convenient location for my visit. It’s undergoing a remodeling project. The room itself was clean but the hallways are dusty as a result of the project work. There were a bunch of drunken kids at night who would knock on my door my mistake after midnight. The staff are amazing and supportive. I skipped the breakfast as it wasn’t healthy at all (just oatmeal and muffins). I would be back if I need to but when the remodeling is finished.

Bad choice. Hotel being remodeled and I was not advised of this before. From the entrance m, the halls, construction crew working on room on the same floor we were at. Room was old, dirty, smelled. I asked to be moved and was told there were no more rooms. Im very disappointed.

Terrible, find somewhere else. Sheets had blood stains and obviously weren’t changed before our arrival and our replacement sheets also had blood stains. My second trip to the front desk finally got us unstained sheets. I should have just left and gone somewhere else but we arrived around midnight and didn’t want to try and find somewhere else. Over the next 4 days our room was never cleaned once. Had to use the same towels everyday. Nobody ever said that you will not get your room cleaned during your stay. No signage saying so either. I have never heard of a hotel not cleaning your room during an extended stay. We went the front desk to get an extra pillow and we got a extra pillow along with attitude, Their grab and go breakfast (not even a breakfast) consisted of coffee and 3 packs of instant oatmeal. Hotel is a joke spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else

We were woken up around 455am by fire alarms and police banging on our door. We have a new born and a toddler. We were evacuated into the cold for a couple of hours until the fire was out. Staff wasn’t telling us anything and avoided the topic all together. The room was okay and the cleanliness was a solid 2. We understand that it was not the staff’s fault, but it was miserable especially with our children. Staff didn’t do anything for us or offer an apology at least.

we had a suite with a kitchenette. i asked for dishes and pots and pans and utensils. i was told we had to purchase our own. the only reason i reserved a room with kitchen is so we could cook ourselves. there was no coffeemaker. the breakfast was nutrigrain bars and packets of oatmeal. the staff was never at the desk when needing something. the room itself was spaceous and the bed comfortable.

Please do not be fooled by the pictures!! The hotel looks nothing like them. It looks like they used pics from other Wyndham or Baymont hotels, smh!! This place is a really old bldg, that is in desperate need of COMPLETE overhaul! The floors have no carpet and are grossly sticky. The doors are falling off cabinets, stovetop rusted, fridge frosted over and to top it off, the bathroom tub and floor had mildew/mold everywhere!! I was told by staff (who was very friendly, by the way) the place used to be an Extended Stay Motel and that they still had families who have been there for years. Needless to say, I didnt stay, even though it was 1:30 in the morning and it took 2 hrs to find another hotel!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING, especially since I was in town for a funeral! Still waiting to hear back about a refund, which is unreal, all things considered!

My stay was okay. The hotel set up is nice but the stove in the kitchen was rusted and i could not use it. There was no coffee maker or ice bucket in the roon. We only had 1 face towel and the dry off towels felt really cheap. The bed was really hard and pillows felt like I was sleeping on newspaper. The doors to the roome close so hard that I woild wake up every hour due to a loud bang. There was no hot breakfast only sack breakfast which I did not want. It was in a great location and staff were really friendly though.

They did not have breakfast as stated. A granola bar is not breakfast. Our entry keys did not work on our third day. They were out of coffee and did not offer to refill the containers. There were no kitchenware in the kitchen. There was no hairdryer or coffee station in the room. Love the size of our room

Not sure what the point of a full kitchen is when there are absolutely not plates, pots, cups or cutlery. Towels had hairs woven into them and found 2 bugs crawling on the walls. Front ran out of creamer and had no quarters for me to do laundry. Ok for budget hotel but definitely not fancy. Decent location for me.

It was horrible they canceled my reservation without letting me know. There was prostitution going on at this place. It smelled. People were smoking weed in the hallways.

Although the building is old, the property is in a good area. You can also tell that people live in this hotel. I wonder if that's why the hallways smelled sour. The room I got didn't smell that bad and it was nice and spacious because of the layout. You get what you pay for in the end.

Good location, friendly staff. Need to improve on cleanliness standards. Floor was very dirty, with human and dog hair everywhere. I used sanitizing wipes to clean the floor and the wipes were black.

When checking in waited for 20 minutes, had to pay a deposit that was supposed to be on Expedia site. Told them I used hotel.com, getting to room and door was wide open, two flimsy pillows and no sheets or extra pillow and blankets for sofa bed. No toiletries and one towel. If I could have got a refund I would not have stayed.

I cancelled the reservation within one hour of pre-payment. I called the property and spoke with the front desk. I fully expected to pay one night penalty for the cancellation, but no, Baymont decided to keep all three nights as penalty. That type of policy should drive them out of business.

Smoke detector was hanging from ceiling by wires. The EXIT door was broken for 3 nights and left open all night; this is a fire safety and security concern problem. Lots of banging and noise inside, and Police activity in parking lot. Room lamps did not have lightbulbs. No daily room service. Had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. A grab and go snack bar is not "Breakfast". Will not stay again.

I had a disappointing hotel stay due to persistently smelly rooms and dirty linens without any covers. The lack of cleanliness greatly impacted my overall experience, and I cannot recommend this place to others.

It was dirty… trash overflowing in the stairway the whole time. This hotel is a hotel that has tenants living there with dogs and families.(nothing wrong with that just a heads up) and when searching for hotels I always check breakfast and this hotel’s breakfast was granola bars they have out in a basket nothing else. Super outdated appliances as well

This property was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty - crumbs and trash on tables and crumbs/bugs in bed after you drew back the covers. DId not get any sleep as there was much banging going on during the night - in fact, other guests were complaining about it and the police were called out. We did not stay any longer as this was totally unacceptable.

Breakfast is ‘grab n go’ without anything to put it in. As in oatmeal packets are an option but no bowl to mix it in … check in customer service was non existent. Waited 20 minutes for clerk to appear and check us in.

The structure is in fair condition. The staff and rooms did not have kitchen ware in suits and carts for luggage unavailable during check in and check out. Cart was in same spot the rest of the time in front of laundry room durring stay, never removed. Just coffee available for one morning during stay and trash was never emptied.
Issues with card readers as well. Peoplenare begining to live their also. Have pictures to prove it will provide on google. Will.be gping to this facility again. Will try to prevent others as well from disappointment.
