Room need some upgrade usb port for cell phone is missing no safe in the room,otherwise everything was perfect

The hotel staff were great, the room was clean, the room temperature controls were terrible, when I arrived the room was 80 degrees and with the AC running full 24 hours/day the lowest it would go was 69 degrees, not very comfortable. Other than that the stay was good. It would be nice if breakfast was served at 6:00 AM as many of us had to be at an event by 6:30 AM and could not get breakfast at the hotel.

Was way better than expected based on previous reviews. The staff were awesome, the room was clean and comfortable. On the downside (which I’m assuming is room specific) was that when taking a shower, the faucet wasn’t working properly as it was always in the shower position so it’s not possible to take a bath in that room and there were rust coloured stains on the bathtub floor.

this is by far the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in.the peephole was missing on the door inside the room.mold in the bathroom shower.dirty grout and missing grout in bathroom.so much dust and dirt in corners of the rug and surrounding furniture.bugs and dirt on inside of window sil.i have supporting pictures of all. GROSS GROSS GROSS

What I didn’t like, property looked messy. Bed was fine, desk in room was ready to break, the legs were ready to break. No hair dryer, only two small towels, washcloths and hand towels were fine. The chair in the room has seen better days. Very dirty. TV remote would not work.

We pulled in at 3pm and brought all of our items with us hoping for a quick check-in and off to see the town. The receptionist was rude when we approached and pointed to a sign mentioning 4pm check-in's. It said 3pm on the website and we planned our agenda around that time. Not even a thought to see if our room might be ready and we could unload our travel items. Upon return, we were greeted by a much friendlier person (Megan) who went out of her way to get us settled in.
The room was as expected and breakfast was impressive. Could have done without construction noises but a good stay overall.

The reception was horrible at check-in and check-out, staff not friendly, people who barely answered questions. We had to get breakfast and eat it in the room, go up with the food holding a cardboard tray through the elevator full of people in the same situation because the breakfast area was closed due to renovations and no one warned us before we arrived, maybe for fear of canceling the trip, anyway. Horrible experience.

My room was not ready at check it and was told to come back in 30 mins and got checked in and unloaded luggage and got to room and it still wasnt ready. Had to load car back up and come back hour and half later. Hotel was under construction and if i new when booked i would have chosen a different hotel. Seating area was being used for construction storage so there was no where for my family to comfortably eat breakfast.

The AC/Heat was confusing to operate, but once I figured it out it was no longer an issue. The door to the bathroom also did not lock. Not a big deal, but slightly annoying. Everything else about the hotel was great.

The hotel is under renovation which was not relayed to us. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Still decorated for fall, not a big deal. Pool area was very dirty as far as tables, you also need new noodles for pool

The staff were helpful and considerate. Unfortunately the building is undergoing renovations inside and outside. There were sections sealed off for construction. With no cleaning service provided we took care of our own needs - putting our towels and garbage in the hall and picking up fresh towels from the front desk.

Noisy person right above walking back and forth..so loud. Wasn't told there was juice available at breakfast due to construction and it wasn't by the rest of breakfast. Didn't understand the dirty, old mop laying in the landscaping by the walkway. Heat/cooling in room was not able to be controlled correctly. Breakfast was good.

Walking the room comforter had blood stain ! Asked if it could be changed and no one ever came back to change it . I had to bring it down myself . Draws to chest would close and I tripped over it also the refrigerated ran all night . Not a wink of sleep asked to change rooms but no available

The staff was very friendly, this is especially true of the nighttime clerk. She was a real pleasure to talk to. It is enough to make me consider this hotel first when booking in North Conway.

I arrived at hotel only to find people smoking cigarettes to close to the main entrance. We had to unload our luggage at the main entrance with cigarette smoke all around us.
We did not encounter this issue at any of our hotels stays.

Receptionist rude on check-in. Carpet in room was filthy. Pool was very cold. Breakfast ok. Although space was being renovated so there was one table free and we were asked to leave quickly

Got there 3:30 to check in. They said room needed work and they are full so sent us to another hotel. Had reservations for 3 days. Whole point was not to move around and had to anyway. Wasn’t happy. Otherwise breakfast was good. Room ok but nothing special. No maid service unless u ask.

This hotel needs an update. We stayed for 3 nights - no housekeeping. They gave us 3 towels for a 3 night stay for two people. The wallpaper was peeling and the room smelled.

Had booked a King room, got 2 Queen beds instead. Front desk clerk was very cool when I called down to say we had reserved a King. Proceeded to tell me that when we use Hotels.com we get what we get!! Bathroom had hair in tub, toilet lid had dark yellow stains on it! When walking to the restaurant for dinner I fell on the laneway of the hotel. I twisted my ankle by stepping into a hole in the lane. Hurt my ankle, broke a blood vessel in my wrist, bruised my shoulder and knee!! I know the hotel is under construction, but they should warn the customers of the conditions outside!!

We know this property is under renovations but the cleanliness problems had nothing to do with that.
Starting from the metal door going to the lobby, disgustingly dirty! Lobby vents filled with dust and spiderwebs, the chandelier reaped and hanging with dead bugs inside. The rugs so dirty, bathtub to wall mildew, dried up toothpaste on the bathroom wall, dirty black vents, stained, dirty curtains, all lamp shades torn!
Good thing the beds and sheets were clean because there was no other availability in town, we tried to move.
I hope others take the time to do this survey, this facility should not be allowed to have the Holiday Inn name!

Room was 82degrees at night. Air conditioners were covered with plastic sheeting on the outside.
They did NOT clean the rooms one night in a three night
stay. Refused check in till 4 PM. Something is WRONG.

This is the most friendly hotel that I have stayed in within the Hilton group. Brilliant rooms and a pleasure to have stayed here. I would recommended this hotel.

We had four people and only 3 towels. When asking for an additional towel we were told they were out. Then offered two small pool towels. No blow dryer in the room. Air conditioner didn’t work. Overall, not a pleasant experience on our journey. Luckily, it was only for one night.
