Mila is an excellent host. She went out of her to accommodate a special request. The property was just as advertised and most comfortable. Beach access made our stay very enjoyable.

This unit was perfect in every way! The view was amazing, and the beds were so comfortable. The teens loved the pool and hot tub and their highlight of the week was the starbucks on site. Highly recommend this condo.

Gorgeous views from the balconies. The apt was exactly as pictured and the location was far enough away from the tourist craziness of downtown Miami but close enough if you wanted to head in for dinner! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Rental car is needed to get around however the local restaurants like El tropico and Wolsey Cafe in walking distance were both very good! The beach was so soft and the waves were a hit with the kids. Great getaway! Thanks Mila!

Overall very nice condo , excellent views . One problem was noise from the road , beeping horns loud cars and sirens . Pool was fine always busy and lots of kids . Not much too do in area always had to drive .

The property is amazing and very comfortable. We loved the view from the terrace and the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and night life. The condo is well designed and plenty of room for a family...great amenities and location is exceptional....will definitely go again...highly recommend!!!

Very easy check in, great location, beautiful beach, great view, great communication with property owner Mila. Family venue so there’s a fair amount of kids, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, great customer service, grocery and loaded Walgreens among other stores/eateries within walking distance. You really just can’t beat it for the price!

We were a family of five adults. The place came as advertised. Mila the host, was prompt with communication. Nice size unit. Very clean with comfortable beds and a kitchen stocked with all the essentials for preparing food and eating in. Two nice balconies with a great view of the ocean from each. The bigger one is the only we used as it had enough room for a table and five chairs. Great location centralized to many restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance. The building is slightly dated, but overall very nice. The valet service was prompt and a very easy in and out. The facility has a bar and food service which is very nice for grabbing something during the day when at the beach or pool. A very nice pool area with two hot tubs. The beach in front has soft sand, and the ocean itself has a nice sand bar out about a 100 yards or so, and was perfect for swimming. We had a great weeks vacation, and would definitely return and recommend.

Our family had a lovely stay at this property. There are so many things that we loved, so Ill try my best to cover everything.
Terrific location on Sunny Isles Beach with fabulous ocean views from both bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony - both large enough to hold a table and chairs. We especially enjoyed having our morning meal looking towards the ocean (miss it already).
Access to the beach takes only a minute from the main elevator. Beach towels are available by the pool and the property owner has beach chairs and an umbrella that we were able to use which was very handy.
The beds were SO comfortable - everyone woke up feeling refreshed; all bedding was clean, and there were ample sheets and extra comforters if needed.
The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, coffee maker, wine glasses, mugs etc.
The shower in the main bath was excellent - tremendous water pressure which was fantastic.
WiFi was excellent!
Valet parking worked flawlessly - there was no check-in required. We got to go directly to the unit and had no problems at all.
The only two things that could have improved our stay: having updated bathrooms, larger TVs, and if the dryer would have been working at full efficiency.
We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to be on Sunny Isles in a lovely unit with fabulous views of the ocean.

Condo was clean and nice. Can’t beat the view and location. We enjoyed walking to a few restaurants, the grocery store and parks. We had 3 adults and 4 kids, and we felt like the condo accommodated us well. Overall great experience.

The property was very clean with a wonderful location. When we had a problem, Mila was there herself along with the handyman to fix it. Would go again
