Bed was smaller than queen. TV didn't work. Everytthing else was great. Breakfast was good.

Right when I got to the hotel the guy checking me in had a great attitude. I went to my first room and noticed a plug in that I was going to use with my laptop on the desk wasn’t working so I let them know and the promptly changed my room. The plug in the second room worked.
After my first night I spend the entire day on the road for work and when I got back to the hotel I wanted to have a hot shower and was disappointed when the water was hardly even warm when set as hot as it could go. At this point I was chilled and decided to go to the hot tub to help me warm up. Somehow the hot tub felt colder than the shower (I know it probably wasn’t but it sure wasn’t hot at all) and the jets didn’t even work, it was a lukewarm bath tub. The pool/hot tub area wasn’t the cleanest either. When I informed the front desk staff she quickly let the maintenance worker know but nothing was dont about it during my stay.
Overall pretty disappointed with the hotel its self. The staff was the only reason this stay was not worse. With this said next time I’m in the area I will be trying other hotels around Yorkton.

Hotel was very clean, but I found the TV I related remote to choose programming was somewhat confusing. it was difficult to know what was available for programming and what was available for pay-per-view, and at the end of the whole process and ended up watching Little to nothing

Rooms were clean, but outdated. The toilet in our room was loose. The continental breakfast was sub par.

The motel is in need of a substantial upgrade. Severe deviation in room floor as though two sections of the building shifted. Halls and elevator floors were very dirty and unkempt. Sofa beds are far below substandard and impose severe spinal pains. Parking is extremely limited and very dirty with unsafe surface due to ice with no gravel or deicer applied. Rooms and facilities are simply not at all worthy of the inflated room rates. Entire facility leaves much to be desired. No stars at all. This is not even on the scale of ratings!
Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed. Will post to AMA, CAA and online booking sites.

It was ok. We were tired so got some rest. But there were kids hockey teams in the hotel as well. After 10pm, things settled fown.

The place had a bad smell. The bedding wasn’t clean. The heater/ac wasn’t working properly and was really noisy. The fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. There were soft spots in the floor. Not worth the money.

Booked here at last minute as it was the only property available. Stay was ok, but breakfast was worat ive ever seen at a hotel, and I've stayed at a lot in my lifetime. Breakfast was until 10 and we went down at 9:15.
Coffee was non existant, all hot items were gone except rubbery egg discs, no bread for toast, one peach yogurt remained so my daughter ate that by default.
When I pay almost $200 for a one night stay, I expect an edible, adequately stocked breakfast. Absolutely terrible.

The toilet drainage system is not good. We had to flush the water many times, the water drained very slowly. The sink is dirty, the trash basket in the water dispenser in the lobby has no one to clean it, it's full and no one empties it, the gym is dirty and dusty. There is not ice to refill .

It seemed ok at first - the first room was nice, then we had to book another night because of the storm and they wanted to put us in a different room - that room had bed bugs and I noticed one crawling around on the bed after all the stuff was unpacked. The staff moved us back into the first room which I appreciated but it was too late, some of the bugs had got onto the stuff, within a week of getting home I started to notice the bedbugs had gotten home and infested some of the living room furniture close to where the suitcases had been sitting. It has cost a lot to get rid of the bedbugs. We had to get zip covers for the beds, get the carpets professionally cleaned, buy products to prevent the bugs from getting into stuff in case there's any left, and the living room furniture had to be discarded - we are still not sure if we might also have to call an exterminator if all the home remedies don't work, so needless to say, this was a very very expensive trip.

Was traveling with friends and a dog. Was rejected at checkin never stayed there. I still cant find the no pets policy on the booking page or the confirmation email. Never do this again. Terrible experience.

My complaint is the laundry was out of order while I was there. This was my first stop of many on my current work trip and I would have liked to do laundry.

Overall, good hotel. Clean, good breakfast, good beds. Only drawback was the lack of reasonable restaurants close to the hotel and the inability to go for a walk or run in a more quiet area.

Comfy Beds, cookies and coffee available all day and quiet location but there are shortcomings: the view from the breakfast room window is blocked by a container and a large garbage bin. breakfast tables weren’t cleaned between guests, and while several restaurants are within a few minutes walk, there isn’t a sidewalk leading from the hotel.

The room was not cleaned before our stay. There was hair in the tub and sink and garbage in the fridge. Then the free wifi would not work at all. Went for a swim and the hot tub was ice cold with no out of order sign.
