It was ok until we had to pay a lil late and th4 girl and young boy was very rude about it

The location is 4 minutes from the airport, which was the only positive thing about this place. It looked dirty and rundown from the outside, so that should have tipped me off... my first room, the door wouldn't lock from the outside, so I asked for a different room. I was given another, with two queen beds, and that room was in terrible shape: the two beds were made differently so I couldn't tell which one was clean, the carpet was ripped up and the curtains were barely hanging on. It's very clear that the family is living there because a young woman behind the desk was going in and out if one room, yelling at a child and they have a nrand new puppy there that was barking at all hours of the night. It was super cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for...

1st room shower didn't work, moved to only available room and sink didn't work. It was so dirty, hair all over shower, bathroom floor, counters, sink, mirror was nasty.

Family of six, checked in late due to travel. The place smelled horribly of pot when we walked in and throughout the whole building. One room was so, so hot, the other room we had was cold. The floors were dirty with crumbs, dirt and so many stains, the bed linens were stained and dirty, and the bathrooms was not clean either. There was only 1 light in our rooms that worked. Our neighbor was very loud at 1am, but the front desk clerk did speak to him for us. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, we were all uncomfortable and I don't think anyone slept this night. Didn't know this when booking, but the neighborhood is also questionable, so not a great place for families to stay.

We checked in to find a filthy room with holes in the sheets, trash on the floor, threadbare upholstry and a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the 2nd floor including our room.

The place was pretty run down, the bed coverings were well used and tattered, for the money we will stay at another location close to the airport next time. Bed frame squeaked very loud every time I turned in bed at night. Skipped the breakfast.

The bathroom was filthy. A spot of poop on the floor. It ha been a while since the floor in the room had been cleaned. No blanket on one of the beds. 90 percent sure the heavy smoke in the hallway was from someone smoking pot. We will never stay again.

Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. Top of sink and top of toilet bowel were gross. Also was going to use public bathroom and it was many times worse. Plus no toilet paper or paper towels. Will not stay there again.

Check in was easy and it was quiet overnight but the room was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed, the furniture was in bad shape and there were holes in the walls. The bathroom was as bad as the rest of the room. There was hair all over the sink and tub, the tile was dirty and the shower valve was hanging off the wall. The desk clerk said she would pass my complaint on to the manager but here it is over 8 hours later and no response.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times before an early flight. Close to the airport. It is basic, quiet accommodations. Sometimes not the cleanest place and sometimes the items in the room, lamps, etc. dont work. But staff is nice and airport transport on time and excellent. There is a Caseys store within walking distance.

We always stay here when we have an early flight since it is so close to the airport. We are probably going to search other hotels in the area after our last stay. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty and the blankets on the bed consisted of a sheet and a light bed cover. There was a hand written sign in the room to not leave your dirty linen in the hall? And there was a hand written sign on the front door that the pool was closed due to maintenance. I'm pretty sure it's the same sign that was posted back in February! Love the low cost but this hotel is just gross anymore!

The staff was friendly and pleasant, and everything was clean. Where it failed was in the little things: Small holes in the top layer of the bedspread, not enough pancake batter, no milk with breakfast, on the door to the hall had to pull the door handle up instead of down to open, unfinished wood holding up the counter for the bathroom sink, no door on the opening to the cabinet in the breakfast area. As an inexpensive place to stay a night, it was ok. But that's all it is.

This property is old and not updated. The fixtures in the rooms are falling off the walls with loose screws. No remote for TV. Food wrappers in drawer. Hair and dirt in bathroom. Tub was crummy looking. We did not use the shower. The furniture in the lobby was grimy looking.

Bed sheets in the room were dirty, chairs were old and worn. Cleanliness throughout the room was questionable. TV did not work and, when I asked front desk for help, he just verbally told me what to try. I also had someone trying to get into my room twice.

It was a quick sleeping place before early flight. Hand written signs made first impression on the front doors seem less inspiring to enter for first impressions. Shuttle service didn’t start in time to use as informed, lights on the room wall didn’t work. Beds needed updating and curtains were missing hooks. Check in process was ok. For the few hours we were there, it was ‘ok’ but wouldn’t use if spending the weekend.

Didn't even get to stay there this night, stayed Friday night. No problem, but Saturday they decided they wanted to charge a 150 deposit. I've stayed here many many times and have never been charged. Got into disagreement with front desk staff and was told to leave or they were calling the police. So I didn't get to stay and they kept the 83 dollars I paid for the room!!! Would not recommend going there
