Brighter lights for reading would be great!

Beds are super firm and the sheets were on inside out. Masking tape stuck to the wall. Light switch inside the door didnt work. Lightbulb was burnt out. We were on 4th floor on a hot spring day without any air conditioning. Had to sleep with the window open and it was still warm.

My stay was nice. I slept well, which was the only time spent in my room. The desk clerk was very friendly. I didn't have time to eat breakfast. Maybe next time. The grout around the floor in the bathroom didn't look very clean. My stay was actually May 3 through May 5. I also like the location. It's close to I94 and then easy & quick to get on I29.

Staff friendly when you could find them. Room not terrible but not deep cleaned in some time. Good water pressure and hit water for shower but there were only 2 towels provided. Ground fault interrupter room coffee maker plugs into was tripped every day; there is either a short in the wiring (a safety concern) or the outlet is bad. Would have reported it at checkout but desk was unattended. Bed very soft; not good if one has a bad back. Breakfast just OK. Waffle makers not in good condition and one went out of order during our stay. Location convenient to interstate. Overall average for a medium priced hotel these days. Just don't have too high expectations and you'll be OK.

At check in we were told by front desk hot tub was out of order and if we wanted to go elsewhere we could. Then we got to our room and turned on bath light which also turned bath fan on. It was so loud & rumbly. We were told we couldn’t upgrade to an adjoining room with other couple that joined us, but found we had an adjoining room door in our room. The group next door partied all night!!! Shower had handheld nozzle & had awful pressure. Bath fan was so loud during shower and the sound of the toilet running entire time was irritating during quiet hours of the night. We came down to front desk area thinking we could grab a cup of coffee before we left at 6:00am for event to attend & they had no coffee made. Breakfast did not start until 7am which is not convenient especially for early risers. After we returned to hotel at 8:00am to enjoy some breakfast we were greeted with two women that both scowled at us and never said hello, just glared at us entire time. Breakfast was eggs, sausage links, bread items, oatmeal-normal hotel breakfast. Area was clean but while we were eating the maid staff all came to eat as well. One maid kept changing the speed on the toaster and shoved 4 pieces of toast, jamming the toaster which my husband had to fix. We left shortly after breakfast to head back home and will never make another reservation here again- especially for the price.
