I e stayed here many times and haven’t been disappointed yet.

Our room was next to the housekeeping supply closet. We got woken up very early with the housekeepers stocking their supplies. Not happy!

The staff was amazing. But it really is amazing what a light filter will do for a picture. The rooms are always pricey in comparison to the other rooms in the area, and my room was a terrible make over and smelled off. Staff was so amazing though.

Definitely quiet rooms! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had some noticeable maintenance things (loose tub fixtures, peeling paint above the shower) but overall it was clean, quiet and comfortable. We usually don't sleep well on hotels but our 2 nights were very restful!

My room had adjoining room. It sounds like the door is open. I could clearly hear everything they said. I could here them snoring. I'm going to avoid this hotel.

The room layout was my favorite part of the review. It is large and gave us room to spread out. The bed is comfortable, nice shower, and we also had a small breakfast included. The hotel is secluded in a little neighborhood.

We were in the area to attend a concert at Chateau St. Michelle and this has always been our go to hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel in a convenient and safe location, and has a decent breakfast.

Room basic with just a single bedside lamp for the whole room - not even a bedside light each. We stayed 3 nights and Rommel was not serviced once. We were told as we checked out that we had too ask for this. Never experienced this before in hundreds of US hotels in 40 years of road trips. Also as we had to swop out our rental car, I asked reception to just alter their note of this. Receptionist insisted that we complete a complete new registration form ! I will avoid Holiday Inn in future if this is now representative of their standards. Also, as I write this, the security deposit they placed on my card is still showing!

Check-in was fine, front desk person was helpful and friendly however the next morning we discovered the coffee maker didnt work. The morning desk person was not friendly and appeared quite put out that she had to bring a working coffee maker up to the second floor. The bathroom floor was also dirty and the comforter had a disgusting looking stain. Positives: it was convenient location for us and the breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel and staff were very good. We were disappointed with the breakfast menu options. The breakfast staff tried very hard to serve everything but we would prefer to select food items self serve. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and we were much more impressed with their breakfast setup and food options.

First room we were given someone had obviously smoked in it. Requested a new room. That smelled better but 2 of 3 bath towels had long black hairs in them as well as a hand towel.

Some good things: 1. My room was very clean, except for the one day that the housekeeping staff did not even service my room. 2 There are two elevators, right at the lobby; they are easily accessed, so moving luggage was not a problem. Some suggestions for improvements: 1. State up front that the pool will be closed for an extended period of time for repairs. It was closed during my entire visit (5 nights) and would be closed for a couple more weeks after I checked out. 2. I checked in on a Wednesday afternoon, and my room was not serviced until Friday afternoon. My room was completely overlooked on Thursday. No "clean my room" sign available to hang on door knob. 3. There is a K-cup coffee maker in the room; the selection in my room was a light roast decaf, or a dark roast. The coffee cups that are provided are a couple of small throwaway styrofoam cups... the resultant coffee tasted like a cup of "styrofoam" and was horrid tasting... my suggestion would be for people to bring their favorite K-cup flavor, and a real coffee cup. Also, people should bring their own water cups, as the cups provided are very small plastic cups, that can contain 3 or 4 ounces of water. 4. The TV channels descriptions usually did not match what was actually being shown on the TV; there seemed to be about a 3-hour time difference from the TV description, from what was actually being viewed... this was a bit confusing until I figured out that the descriptions/ times were 3-hours off.

The major complaint is the night staff calling our room late at night without properly identifying themselves and asking us to come down by 2am to sign something. Initially sounded like a scam, but was legit, though intended for another guest whose room got mixed up with ours. Other staff I alerted about this was very apologetic, but seems night staff could use some training. That said, our first night's sleep was ruined and still haven't heard from management. Other than that, the hotel was fine for a couple nights. Rooms were spacious, though I'd make a few recommendations for the suites: install a door between the bedroom, the sink area, and the toilet/shower room, so more people can get dressed at the same time. Swap the sofa bed and the built in shelving, as the door will not fully open when the bed is extended.

We've stayed here before and always find the room clean and spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The area is quiet and safe. This time though we were disappointed that the pool was not open, which was one of the deciding factors when booking here. At the very least have a note on the website pertaining to the status of amenities.

My door was broken and they did not clean my room one of of my days! I had to always ask for more towels for the 4 people staying in my room. And the jacuzzi did not work

The swimming pool was in poor condition. The spa was dirty and out of service. Breakfast cook lady was not friendly at all.

I asked for a crib with the reservation. On arrival they didn’t know what a crib is, then brought a mattress and rails with a base. No sheets for the pull out bed in the room, asked for them and was refused a blanket. Needed to iron, no ironing board. Told to iron on the laminate nightstand. We refused. They finally found an ironing board. Told the pool and “restaurant” were closed in confirmation email, didn’t pack swimsuits. They were open, spa closed for health code violation. Had to keep asking for the proper number of towels (we were charged for extra people, so give us the towels!). One card key never worked. Most of the staff was exceedingly rude, especially the redhead. The guy from Nepal didn’t understand English (like most of the staff), but he we was friendly. With a lot of customer service training this place would be okay, but not now.

We had no notification prior to our check in that the hot tub was out of order. The staff had no answer to when it would be back up and running. There was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast but there was no notification that their kitchen and dining area was under renovation. The pull out sofa bed had crumbs on the mattress.

The pool and spa were broken on the hottest day of the year. We could not stay. We had to leave as this was the only reason we were there

Nice property. Convenient location

Breakfast was shut down as the kitchen was closed for renovations, hot tub was shut down for health violations and they ran out of towels for guests. Other than that the hotel was clean and the beds we’re comfortable.

I didn’t like that my room did not get cleaned. Also the fan did not work in the bathroom so ventilation was terrible and the shower faucet dripped all the time and kept me up all night

Not clean, wouldn't clean brought vacuum to our room and instructed us to do it. No breakfast (at all) nothing, hot tub not working. Property is in serious decline, suspect lack of or significant change of management. Do not recommend staying here at all.

Nice staff clean place

The hot tub was COLD. I asked the front desk worker and he said, "Ya, i know but you can swim in it." FYI soaking in a hot tub is relaxing. Swimming in ice cold water is not. Then asked what time they start serving breakfast and he said, "Oh, we aren't doing breakfast. we are remodeling." I said you know what, I think i'd like my money back and we will find another hotel. He said I could, but I wouldn't be refunded because of the cancellation policy. He gave me his managers card and told me to call. I have called and left messages 3 days in a row and have not received a call back. When getting home I noticed a double charge on my credit card. Hotels.com charged my card when I booked and the hotel charged my card too. Different amounts. Of course I have another call in to the manager.

It was quite, the bed was comfortable. The only thing we were disappointment with was that the hot tub was not warm at all and the pool was a bit murky looking so we didn't get to enjoy those. They did take a $100 holding fee as well for damages that wont' be released for 10 days. That is by far the most we have ever paid for a fee and the longest it's been held.
