The room could use a serious upgrade-it was clean & very old. Warm pool was lovely! Staff was helpful & lovely!

Toilet ran all night, pull out couch for my daughter was absolutely awful. Tub was dirty and needs a good scrubbing. Trash can was overflowing during breakfast hours.

There is no hot tub. Toilet in room loose and wobbly. Grout around toilet and shower modly. Drywall and ceiling moldy. Floor in room not vacuumed, change on floor from previous guests. All simple fixes but takes management to care.

Convenient location

Old needs a remodel, front desk person called my room at 9:30 am to ask if the room was occupied. Then stated check out was 11:00 am. Really??

Easy and convenient to check in. Not enough pressure on the shower head in the bathroom.

From the moment I walked in the lobby door there was an odor. The rooms, hallways all smelled like urine. The only shining light of this hotel was the pool temperature, which was warm, but the pool area was in need of maintenance. Paint is peeling around pool.

They seemed like they didn't want us to stay there. A roach crawled across my shoe. I complained. They ignored me. The pics of the hotel didn't match it's condition. The only reason I booked it over the others was because they advertised a hot tub, because of my daughter's health conditions.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and quiet. Our dog was allowed and that’s important to us. Breakfast was great and the guy keeping it stocked was very nice and deserved acknowledgment too!

I didn’t like that I had to stay there once I found out about the construction because of Expedia no cancellation policy. Will never book through Expedia again.

The property has renovations going on, wish I would have known we would have stayed elsewhere.

At check in the employee made a disrespectful joke about me and property needs some care asap it's not worth the money that we were charged to stay

The website showed this hotel offered a spa jacuzzi. That is the only reason we booked this hotel. When we arrived there was no spa jacuzzi. The manager informed us there was nothing he could do about a refund or compensation. It was false advertisement. We booked this week with a jacuzzi tub to try to make up for it. When we arrived in the room it was absolutely filthy. There were scum rings in the tub and filth all over it. The manager had to come up and bleach it. The door to our room did not even close all the way. There was a 1 inch Gap on top of the door and the wall. Overall stay was absolutely not worth the money they charge for these rooms. Everything was dingy and dirty and run down. I would not recommend staying here. Absolute worst experience I've ever had.

Hotel looked little rundown, had to go back to the desk to get bedding for the pull out couch, the door was not properly sealed as it looks like it’s been bent in before wasn’t the greatest of Texas

Pictures are old. This hotel if you want to call it that is old, run down, smelly and moldy. Ants by the windows and saw a roach run by on the nightstand. Cobwebs in the dirty, stained lamp shades. Dusty and hair dryer not even cleaned. Couldn’t wait to leave and can’t believe I paid for this garbage.

Could use some updating, our room had spots on the ceiling coming down and the jets in the jacuzzi tub weren’t very good.

Nice staff

The first thing we notice was a gaping hole in the portico where pigeons had begun to roost. The wallpaper in the vestibule was peeling. We checked in because the room was already paid for through Expedia. The NO HOT TUB yet the listing clearly states hot tub WITH PICTURES and this is NOT the first property WITHOUT a hot tub where one was pictured and LISTED. According to to the staff it was bricked over years ago and they had contacted EXPEDIA about updating the listing. The ceiling to our room had definite water damage along with dirty clothes and mail that had been left in the room from the precious occupant.(we found that the NEXT morning upon check out.) Front desk really DIDN'T care although they left me the name of the manager to call back and complain to. For such a HIGHLY rated hotel is was NOT advertised as it truly was! There were 3 hotels in the immediate area that we could have stayed at that were probably more accurate in their listing. This was a MISTAKE to stay here! SKIP THIS HOTEL.

Disappointed they advertise having hot tub but do not have one. The hotel had flickering lights. The hotel seem to be very old but our room seemed clean,

I was really sad to find out that when we got to the hotel that they no longer have a hot tub since that is the reason I booked this specific hotel. The customer service was fantastic. I made a mistake and doubled book on Expedia for the same day and they were able to help resolved. The staff and the general manager are friendly and very helpful. They also didn't make fun of me for my lack of tech skills. The room was also clean. I am usually that person that cleans the room when I get there, but it was very nice and had a great view of the Steak and Shake. It's also located by many restaurants, gas stations, and shops. I plan on staying here again when I am in the area.

Careful of the entrance of this property. There’s a big curb. Walking distance to Starbucks. Meijer across the street. Close to highway.

It’s currently under construction. The side door to the hotel does not lock, the lights in our hallway were flickering (all of them), there was dust on our bathroom vanity. Really wish I would have spent more money and stayed somewhere else.
