My room was dirty and staff not very friendly

The shower wasn’t working so we had to use the shower in an another room. Our room smells so bad.

Place was dirty, rooms smells like food and sheets unsanitary.

Hotel smelled throughout and things were sticky; breakfast is just coffee and muffins/granola bars, and they were out of coffee. Room fridge was very loud, making it difficult to sleep, bathroom faucet dripped all night, people loitering outside at night and in the morning appeared to be on something; pills spilled outside front door on the ground were on the afternoon of check-in were still there the next morning. Bed was comfortable and appeared clean; although room smelled, it appeared clean as well.

Disrepair. Disrepair. Dirty. Horrific experience.

There was a front desk clerk(Janeen) that went above and beyond, I reserved through a third party and she manage to make the reservation go through. She definitely fulfilled her position, she's the epitome of customers service...a lot of people these days think they have to work for a customer service call center to give such care...thank you always Janeen!

Jeanine was by far a pleasant experience to have during my stay!!! Her patience, her willingness, her enthusiasm, her multi-tasking skills definitely gave the customer service this world is lacking now!!! Great job sweetie great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is terrible! For $388 a night, it’s a total rip off. The hotel is old and dirty. The room smelled like body odor and was very musty. I didn’t feel comfortable there at all and am actually planning to contact the hotel company.

It has been the worst experience in our life. We were staying there december 26 until december 30...7 people and my nephew...she is 15 years old. First at all the hotel smelled terrible...the elevator , the lobby and hallway smelled like garbage and marihuana. The carpet in our room was very dirty, had a lot of spots and chewing gum. We also saw coackroaches!!!! It was very traumatizing because you can see people drugged, drunk and passed out on the lobby and the hallway. The last night a couple across the hallway was fighting. A man was hitting a woman in the hallway and we even found broken glasses the next morning on the carpet's hallway from the fight probably. We saw through the eyehole the woman on the floor screaming OMG! OMG! after he hit her. The phones from the rooms are disconnected so you can't call them to the reception, but we called reception from our cellphones to report the incident and didn't bother calling 911. We also saw the police come to the hotel the day before. But we didn't know why. Don't go there. You and your's family life could be in danger in that place.

The first thing we smelled was pot in the elevator and it was filthy. Then our hallway smelled like pee. When we got into our room it was so nasty. The furniture was old and dilapidated. The refrigerator was all rusty and the counters were falling apart. There were no plugs next to our beds and the only plugs we had were in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathtub was nasty, too. I looked around and saw cockroaches and that did it for me! We ran out of there as fast as we could. I can't sleep where bugs live.

When we arrived at 4:00 pm to check in there was no one at the front desk but we heard them talking in the back room, despite knocking repeatedly on the desk we did not get a response we finally called the hotel in hopes of getting some help this finally got their attention and the gentleman (Max) explained that he had bad hearing and did not hear us. Well we finally got checked in and went to our suite only to find a room in poor condition with a very musty smell and the refrigerator being very dirty or rusty and also the dresser in poor condition with a drawer being not even in the dresser. We also found dirt in the transition between the room and the kitchen. The carpet is stained and needs replaced. The stove had mismatched knobs and upon looking I discovered the correct knob was (and probably still is) between the cabinet and the refrigerator. I had to pull the dresser away from the wall to access the outlet behind it and discovered a hanger with a couple of knives behind it. The mattress is worn and lumpy. This is about the worst hotel we have stayed in.

Don’t waste your money. Booked a King size bed, they put us in a queen. Sheets looked as if someone already slept in them, bed was hard as brick. Doesn’t matter if you want a nonsmoking room, the entire hotel smells like smoke. Asked to switch rooms for the king, staff seemed annoyed. Not a good area.

A true extended stay, you smell people cooking, very dingy entrance, room had mildew smell & feel. Not thoroughly cleaned, remote was nasty. The hotel is kind of a fooler bc of the area its in

My stay was average which means I wasn't afraid of the surroundings. Unfortunately, the weed smell was overbearing, I had a minor toliet leak & ac leak other minor issue was when it rained the tv signal went out. The only thing I can say you pay budget you get budget. It would be nice if they updated some things in the room.

Nice room setup

The level of unprofessionalism from the front desk to the management is totally unacceptable. I was spoken to in an extremely hostile manager by the check-in representative. It was insisted that my room was not paid for in advance and I was told I had to pay by cash. I was forced to wait in the lobby for approx 35 minutes. The clerk then made some ridiculous statement about charging the credit card as though it was not the card that had already prepaid for the room. There was NO breakfast at all even though it is stated as an ammedaty

Just saw a Roach in the bathroom but every thing else was fine. Very small tv

the place needs a makeover and don't expect much for the free breakfast. Cigerette butts are everywhere in the parking lot. The system was down when we arrived and we had a reservation but the clerk couldn't give us a key for fear we may be lying which I found amusing because if I were to try that scam, I would certainly pick a much nicer hotel.
