Pictures look very deceiving on the website. Ceiling is water stained all over the hallways.
No air was on in the room leaving it smelling and feeling extremely stale. Beds are very worn with deep divots in the middle. Each person got one flat, pillow. 4 person room with 2 towels. Some weird goop with bloody tissue shoved in the door guard on the bathroom wall that hasn’t been cleaned up. The nightstand drawer is filled with mold. Came for a night to enjoy the pool and hot tub. No heat was on in the pool room, pool heater was broken and hot tub was the temp the pool should have been. No towels stocked in the pool room. Extremely disappointed since we gathered as a family with the adult children to have a night by the pool and to play games.

Disappointed would be the word that comes to mind. Booked the hotel so my kids could swim and since they chose not to maintain the pool we couldn't swim. The water was close to freezing temps and even kids said they wouldn't swim in it. Very, very disappointed.

Don’t be so shy with your towel supply. Most people like to use a washcloth to clean up in the evening and a second hand towel to wipe off after shaving. Adding a few items
to the breakfast selection would be nice.

We just went for one night to get away and enjoy a hot tub and the hot tub was cold and no jets. The people were nice and the room was fine but the pool and hot tub was disappointing

We had a King room, very spacious and we were able to give our pet it's own space, once we moved the chair a bit, which was great for her.
We stayed in the back building which was relatively quiet, with the occasional noice in the hall.
The pool was small but the water was crystal clear.
For breakfast they offered hot eggs folded over cheese, sausage links, waffles (premade like store bought), pastries, bread, yogurt, cold and hot cereal options. Unfortunately, they didn't have any juice. It was a great breakfast, they were actually out of the eggs when we came in at 8:00am but they made more!
We found them very accommodating.
(They do have a $15.00 pet fee)

Hotel is clean. Manager/owner is happy to help and eager to greet you with a smile! We had everything we needed. This trip didn't allow us to take advantage of breakfast, so not sure what was available. Indoor pool looked nice and the water was warm, not freezing cold as it was outside!

This room costed 219 a night we just got married and are in the suite the ceiling in the bathroom has a hole in it and It runs a steady stream of water down on you when your on the toilet, the whirlpool jets dont work motors shot out microwave don't work the dead bolt on the door does not work This was a terrible experience and I will be turning it into the state of MN Health Department this place is very unsanitary and when the guy was told a front he came and looked at it and never came back never apologized nothing.

It was pretty run down. They gave us no wash clothes nor hand towels, and the bath towels were small. Way over-priced.

When we booked this hotel it said they had a hot tub, they did, but not working. Husband was upset about that cause thats the main reason for going there. And why are some rooms cheaper and if you get a pet friendly room is more expensive even after paying extra for a pet?

The property is older and the room was small but it was fine for what we needed it for. There was a microwave and fridge in the room (love that!) We got there about a half hour prior to check in but it wasn’t an issue, they let us get in our room. It was quiet, the room was clean and we slept comfortably.

No clean and definitely not the safest place. Trash broken beer bottles out side. Won’t be back had to convince my wife to stay there.

The staff was super friendly. The Iowa maintenance man was very helpful. I had no towels in my room when I checked in-staff was quick at getting me some.

Kids were running in hallway and manager/owner stuck his foot out to trip them and yelled at them to stop running!Although it was a nice hotel with a good breakfast and good pool , I would never go back because of the way my grandchildren were treated

The man at the front desk was very friendly and answered any questions we had.
The place was clean, but smelled musty from dampness. Also had a slight odor of sewer. The beds were terrible. Very uncomfortable and the pillows were small and flat. Both needed to be replaced. The hot tub did not work.

Our door didn’t lock with a dead bolt, there wasn’t a smoke detector the wires were hanging from the ceiling, there was a light in the middle of the ceiling that was being replaced, but the wires were hanging down, our hot and cold water was turned around, and there was hair in the bathroom

Hot tub was not working. We went there becouse it had one. We went tubing during day and wanted a relaxing night in a hot tub. I went to complain that we just didn't want to stay for that reason. He offered a jaquzzi room but I had to pay an additional 20$. The jacuzzi was dirty and had a spider living in it. Not to mention the bugs it had killed while living there. The heater kept me awake at night from being broke or something. It just was a bad experience for the money and I wish I would have just stayed home.

I like that the manager at this hotel gave me a deal instead of the King Size room I reserved for he gave me a Queen Size room. I didn't like the Toilet runs for no reason...the seat is moving very loose. The breakfast couldn't have more variety. The pool area needs to be open longer or fix the guest services book. It said it closed at 11pm. Then I found out from the manager it closed at 10pm. Very disappointing!!

Can tell it was an older hotel. Free breakfast was still using Covid protocol and only seating for 10 people.
Hot tub - no working jets, water was warm though
stayed 2 nights - no clean towels - I had to go to desk 2 times to ask for pool towels, and shampoo/conditioner and regular towels for usage.
