The room was disgusting. We booked a non smoking room, but the room was covered in cigarette burns. There was parts of the floor peeling up and what seemed to be mold. Dirty place and would never recommend it.

Did not stay, was supposed to be cancelled by travel agency. Never called me back after the 72 hours they requested. Made this reservation because they offered breakfast, coming & going stay from Niagra Falls. And stopped serving it. Will be contacting Better buisness about travel company.

Definitely pet friendly EVERYONE that LIVES here has a pet. Ice machine doesn’t work room air conditioning was not working. Only good thing is it’s cheap

It's a Super 8 not a Ritz Carlton I obviously understand this ! The price for 3 nights was very affordable. The building was clean the room was clean. Also you do have to ask for more towels, cloths. The Bottom line you get what you pay for!

Didnt take any pictures while i was there but probably should of. Your getting what you pay for. Yes its 40 bucks a night and there is a reason. Floors definitely need a deep deep clean. House keeping forgot a towel hanging on the wall behind door in bathroom. And im pretty sure that the last time i stayed at a hotel ( has been a very long time) house keeping came in and cleaned up your room and replaced towels and what not this place did not in the 4 days i was there. Hallways stunk smelled faint smell of cigarettes everywhere in a non smoking hotel. Needs A TON OF WORK

not worth it especially if you end up in the hospital from staying in the room due to filfth definitely had a sinus infection I couldn’t even breath. Was harassed at 8am and was told to leave now due to renovations which is not true. So they woke me up to over charge me for the next day tried to charge me for 2 kids even though I have double beds for them. Just a broke down motel who try to charge more and they don’t fix anything and by the way don’t get the room they charge extra for breakfast there is no breakfast just coffee that might not be safe to drink because the place is so dirty

Door key cards would not work until you did it like 7 or 8 swipes. TV did not work. Ac/heat was set on 80 and it was no where near that temp. Bed was broken, sat down on one side and the other side went up in the air. Went and talked to front desk for them to tell me there were no more rooms and that they didn't have extra TV's. He did come fix the bed. Ice machine was also out of order.

Front desk staff was super nice however the entire hotel reeks of cat pee. Bathrooms were covered in mold and the elevator was not at all safe to use

The security lock was taped onto the door. The lower lock was installed incorrectly, and wasn’t flush with the rest of the door, so the lock didn’t latch. I could hear someone above me, which is strange for a hotel. People had to slam their doors shut to get it to close, and it echoed through the hall. It smelled awful in the place.

The staff at the checkin desk are friendly and inviting. The shower nozzle was broken with water spraying in all directions (this is an easy $20 fix). It was clear that I got what I paid for and I didn’t complain. I am grateful there are inexpensive hotels to accommodate my cheap nature.

This place is run down. No wash clothes, cups or coffee making in room. No ice machine. I had a reservation got in room heat off 7 degrees outside took 6 hours to warm room. These people running this place should be ashamed of themselves

Room was nice with a separate bedroom and living area. But that's where it stops. Fan in bedroom didn't work, no microwave, no fridge, no towels or tolietries, no cups/materials for coffeepot, lights didn't work, pet fee wasn't disclosed and charged after we checked out.

It’s old and run down. Needs paint and updating. The carpet is visibly dirty. Outdated. The shower had black electrical tape to keep the shower head. I could not take a shower because water was standing in the shower. The drain was not draining. The refrig did not get cold. I told the guy my concerns and he said I went through a third party, no refund.

Bed stains, we wanted an extra blanket and 2 extra pillows. they didn’t have another blanket & the one given to us was covered in lint. They only gave us 1 extra pillow but no pillow case. Towels had stains and holes. And the heat didn’t work. But staff was nice.

No breakfast as advertised. Heater stuck on 78 and hot. Lock to room wouldn’t go into jam since the door was out of alignment so I had to use the latch lock only and hope for the best. Supposed to be an accessible room but if the door was opened all the way then the broken spring arm would fall down between the door and the wall, preventing it from closing. Parking lot full of broken down cars. Desk guy slightly rude, pushy, nosey, and didn’t care. But it was cheap so you get what you pay for, but really I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

I booked the hotel through Expedia. The breakfast was mention included, however, the property staff said that they no longer offer breakfast.

We have stayed at this proline the past and it’s been great; but something happened since our last stay. The place is totally run down and the person behind the counter was INCREDIBLY rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge my wife’s presence when she asked a question. The sheets were filthy and the shower may have been worse somehow. The blankets all had several cigarette burns in them, even though we were in a non-smoking room. Just an absolutely horrible experience. I felt really bad for booking it and ruining my wife’s shopping trip.

This place don’t offer breakfast but in the page they said have it. Rooms and hallways very dirty and bad smells. Only one pillow on the bed. Dirty towels. Poop on hallway front my door. Bed bugs. A very nasty property. I have to stay due to shortage of time to find another place.

We were just passing through and didn't need anything fancy, but we were disappointed at the condition of the room. It didn't seem to have been cleaned recently, and so we decided not to sleep there.

I have never stayed in such poor conditions. This hotel should be on Hotels.com. If there was a way to get my money back i would. What an absolutely disgusting place! Im not sure why the local health department hasnt shut it down.
