This place is literally on its last legs! I had to stand in the shower to try to close the bathroom door, which would not close. The yellow/orange caulk around the sink was clearly loaded with some kind of fungus or bacteria. The cover over the comforter Had mysterious stains on it so we had to remove it. I guess for what we paid a night you can’t expect much but everything else in the area was sold out so we were stuck. Just know what you’re getting.

The room was good for the price but my complaints are the wash rags and towels were dirty. You could see stains and brown spots on them. The ice machine didn't work and the TV stopped working. The toilet hadn't been cleaned hence the brown ring. I booked a 2 bed room. Instead I got a room with a pullout sofa. I called asking for covers for my child on the pullout bed and never received them.

At check in I got to room and through the door you could smell the marijuana. Asked for another room given key to a room that was occupied. My mom had another room that had the smell of marijuana and broken couch bed. Random smell of other drugs being smoked in courtyard. Drunk man wandering around trying doors with his key. Worst experience ever

Checking in, I noticed the staff was dirty and slovenly. There didn't seem to be any pride in their appearance, but they were nice. I was also surprised when they informed me of a fee that would be assessed if there was damage to the room ( never heard of that). As I settled in to sleep, the room next door got loud and I heard loud music. The staff lied and told me it was the Waffle House in the area. What! I also mentioned the phone was not operable. He told me they were disconnected as most people have cell phones now. What! Never stayed in a hotel where there was not a working phone in the room. How cheap! If you need to get a hold of the front desk you have to use your own cell phone. What! There should always be access to a phone in the room.

This property is mostly decrepit, with rooms seemingly slapped together. Furniture is in poor condition, paint/cleaning is shoddy, and area is poorly maintained. Breakfast standards are clearly done to the bare minimum. If you choose anywhere in Thomasville, GA, then choose someplace other than this.

The room was filthy. Stained sheets and blanket. Could not close bathroom door if inside bathroom. Keys had to be re-keyed every day. Breakfast was a joke. Go elsewhere.

Despite being given a second room, we preferred to pay for a night NOT to stay there and left. No working a/c, no deadbolt on the door, burn holes in the comforter, stains on the sheets ...

The water was cold and not hot at all they put us in a room on top level said they were sold out with not cars going into the place or leaving only one couple in the place where we had breakfast only one other came in during the time… last time I stay at a Quality Inn …. 165.00 was way to much for this motel…

The beds mattresses needs to be updated. Old mattresses (Can feel the Springs). Carpet needs cleaning or at least vacuumed. Overall it was okay. Tissue holder was coming out of the wall. Front desk clerks was very friendly and courteously. Breakfast was good

Did not realize my reservation was for a smoking room, you can imagine the smell. Sheets had cigarette burns but at 2am and being the only room available, not much to do. Did not come back for the second night even when was already paid for.

We confirmed our reservation at the begin of the week explained we are coming on late after an extreme long day got to hotel to find the reservations canceled and had to settle for 2 horrible rooms and they were more expensive the staff was unsympathetic and basically said take it or leave it

The shower was not clean and the bathroom was sooo small you couldn’t shut the door and sit in the toilet. The breakfast was sub par at 8 o’clock there was barely anything left and no one at the front desk to check us out of the room. Thankfully we were only there for a quick overnight stay for a tournament. 10/10 would not recommend

Pool was green, smoke alarm fell from wall, and smell was very old. Creepy parking lot - looks like its combined with another hotel, cheaper chain.

Place is run down. No real coffee available. Just that instant crap that’s basically colored water. Went to the quick stop to get coffee both mornings. Bed, linens, old. Won’t stay here again.

The bed linens were clean and the shower area was ok. However, there was dirt and grime in every conner. the walls in the room were dirty and the furniture in the room looked as if it was broken and reassembled. Also, the bed covers were badly stained. Had this not been graduation weekend at FSU and hotel space sold out we probably would have tried to move to another hotel. On the plus side, we did not see any bed bugs.

Property said recently renovated. Maybe so, but the shower door tracks looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Mildew and shotty repairs throughout the room. Peeling paint, and rust. Not to mention a dead roach on the floor. Definitely not going here again.

The room we were issued was not clean. A used qtip was left on the nightstand. A hole was punched in the bathroom door. We did not sleep in the dirty bed...drove home the same night.

If you are seeking a 3rd world slum experience this is the property for you! My room came without a smoke detector without a shower curtain with fecal matter on the dirty walls that need painting As well as only one light fixture working reliably this is further exacerbated by the fact that the front desk clerk is the worst example I have ever seen in a motel application She has an absolute terrible attitude and it's not helpful at all and this was found to be so by by the operator who had to call her about a problem at the property even he acknowledged that she is very rude. This property does not meet any Quality Inn standards whatsoever, I know this as a former night auditor for Choice Properties

BUGS!
My partner and I have visited this hotel and it's conjoined Econo Lodge once or twice a month for a year. It has never been great - cheap, worn linens; cigarette smoke seeping through the walls; etc., but after the disaster of the last few visits, we will never stay there here again.
Three visits ago our room was overrun by roaches as soon as the lights were out. Disgusting, and impossible to sleep. They did offer us the next stay for free, so we returned. But never again. 12 hrs after this last stay, I was covered in swollen, itchy, miserable bedbug bites, dozens of them. The clerk we spoke to when we called did NOTHING. He simply said, "Okay. Thanks," and hung up. This hotel is dirty, unkempt, and hazardous. Don't stay here!

One of the pillow cases had stains almost looked like blood as well as the top sheet‼️ Dirt looked what appeared to be just swept behind the bathroom door ‼️ This was the first I stayed here with these conditions‼️

Terrible service. Got to room and it was filthy. Dog poop was on floor, carpet had not been vacuum. Went to desk reported it. Got another room. The shower was not cleaned. Mat left in shower was covered in hair. Went to desk and canceled room. Went to Best Western.

I’ve stayed in $50 rooms in better condition than this $120 room. King bed with half a pillow case stuffed with cut up foam for pillows. No king size or regular size pillows. Also the room was smoked in although it was a non smoking room. This was down stairs room. Had to be switched to an upstairs room because I didn’t have time to search the area for a new hotel. This hotel is old and also under construction.
