I had a very pleasant stay and was given an upgrade ! I ate in the Conservatory for the 2 nights with friends and family.. unfortunately the main restaurant had a flood .. but we were very well looked after and the menu was varied and delicious ! I would recommend and will return Thank you

Fabulous location and friendly, helpful staff. Lovely welcome mulled wine on arrival on a wet December afternoon! Hotel is full of character and our room was great, with massive fluffy towels in the huge bathroom (Palace Room) Parking available and more than we thought. You leave your keys at reception to allow as many cars as possible. Very friendly bar staff too.

Just one night stay to visit Hampton Court Palace, which is literally across the road. Staff were fantastic. Really friendly and helpful. Some onsite parking but it's limited. We dined in the restaurant. Food was lovely. though it's a bit chilly if your sat next to windows. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel, clean and comfortable with a real homely feel. High quality place with good food options and great transport links. Parking was a bit dodgy but it’s a 2 minute walk to the station which has loads of parking for decent pricing

Staff are wonderful and so accommodating. They upgraded us free of charge and it was fantastic

The staff are very welcoming and professional. The rooms are individual and charming. The restaurant and bar have amazing river views and serve delicious fare.

The history of the property makes it unique. We selected it because it's literally across the street from the entrance to Hampton Court Palace. It's just a short walk across the Thames to a delightful collection of restaurants and antique stores. It's a wonderful way to escape the hustle and bustle of London, which can get a bit jarring at times.

The hotel was good. Bathroom facilities in our room were pretty basic.

Well situated for Hampton Court Palace and lovely riverside views. However the cost of the room far out ways the facilities. Poor parking facilities, being asked to move my car at 9pm after a couple of drinks. Room was very hot, only one small fan available. The fridge was hot, we had to turn it off as concerned it may be a fire risk. Tea and coffee facilities, no tea provided apart from herbal. No mirror in the room. £20 extra per person including a child for a cooked breakfast and the staff at breakfast were standoffish The above all sounds petty, but for £350 a night and our break away this summer it was disappointing and I would not recommend. .

Good location. Very scenic at the Thames and Hampton Court. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very convenient for the flower show. Staff was great. The family room, however, was a 2-star room for a 5-star price. Disappointing.

I LOVED this place! It’s now my go to hotel when I’m in London. It’s outside the hustle and bustle of the city but right on the river and literally across the street from Hampton Court Palace. I would have moved in if possible! The staff is so kind and will help with whatever you need. It’s quiet and has amazing food. It’s also next door to a lovely pub/restaurant.

Just, NO. I would have been better off just eating the 300 GBP and booking somewhere else. First, I booked this property as a last night in the UK, realizing later that I had got the dates wrong and double-booked the property. More than three weeks out, I had contacted them and was informed that there were absolutely no refunds or changes allowed. That should have told me everything I needed to know. Tiny lobby and parking is just short of a hot mess (I had driven). We were escorted to our room which was through a maze of halls, and elevator and then a flight of steps. The room, layout was terrible, even by old hotel standards.The bathroom was a good 15 feet from the bed, with a sofa and fridge in a "hall" between them. Dinner there is where the disappointements started to add up. The food was VERY sub-par. The dishes themselves were not balanced, and our vegetables, were burnt -- I think the chef was going for carmelized, but charcoal flavoring was a miss. Then... the THUMP THUMP THUMP started in the floor above us. They had booked an engagement party and another gathering. It made a bad meal worse. We decided to skip desert and spend time in the room and get to bed early. The party was in a tent outside our window, and for the next 3 1/2 hours we could barely hear our TV let alone get to bed. Complaints to the front desk were fruitless. they promised to "make it right"... No response from any further messages. Never again.

Welcome was great and the offering of a glass of wine was a nice touch. I had a couple of issues though. The people above kept walking around all night and kept me awake. Also service and food at breakfast the next day was extremely poor.

I just want to say thank you to the staff . I was on my own for a 50th bday trip but I never felt alone. The staff was always there to help me navigate the train or bus , the waitresses greeted me every morning with a bright smile and the maintenance man rescued my passport from a uncooperative safe lol.. thank you so much for my bday trip extra special .. it wouid not have been the same without all of you . We had a nice quiet room which was very comfortable. Instant hot water, comfortable bed and a fridge. Elvira made us very welcome and looked after us very well. The hotel is close to the station if not travelling by car and is opposite Hampton Court Palace

Great hotel good location. Fan of sister hotel Elcot Park and the mitre is just as good. Great venue would encourage all to check it out. Be careful with parking as very busy area but can work it out.

Clean and comfortable

Booked one night, but left same day. Room was cold and hotel controls when you can be warm, room still wasn't warm at 9pm. Disrespectful guests in room above, jumping, screaming and shouting, decided to drive home that night. Lovely location, I think that's what you pay for with this hotel. On the plus side the parking attendant is a lovely guy.
