Not a great customer service experience. Front staff seemed to have some important issues to deal with, so was not interested in anything else during check in. Irritated with something else and hard to talk to get any help.

The people below us sat outside and talked into the night. You could hear people in the hall. Turned on heater fan just to dull the noise. Bathroom sink was very slow at having the water go down. When I pulled the plug it was disgustingly full of gunge. Water pressure low in shower and you either got burnt or was freezing. Breakfast was 6-9 and when I went down at 8 there was no fruit salad left. I asked if there was more and was told no more for today.

Horrible, our window was broke stuck open so the room was cold. The front desk staff tried to close it wirh pliers however didnt work.We had to shove pillows in the window with curtains pulled to stop the cold draft coming into the room. They never offered us another room. The wall heater had to be on at 85 to make it bareable. The noise of the old wall unit was so loud we couldn't sleep. The furniture and bedding dirty. They had the nerve to chatge $148 a night for this room. Worst ever

Nothing wrong with this place except one BIG thing: BED BUGS! Was there for two days for work; now I have welts all over my body! So painful! I just pray I didn’t bring them home with me!

Staff were not helpful, TV did not work well, iron missing from room, moldy bread....the list goes on.

Two areas of improvement I would suggest: The free Wi-Fi was poor. We ended up going to the office which was about the only place we could get a connection. Room temperature was inconsistent. It would be nice if you could set a wall thermostat instead of twiddling fan and temperature knobs.

The hotel felt run down and poorly maintained. Specifically the dirt inside the room - under the bed, armchair, etc. Any surface that isn't directly visible appeared to not have been cleaned in weeks or months. Room service did not clean the room every day and made the bed only a couple of times during the 3 week stay. The room was cold even with the heat blasting at max, which also dried the air severely. The room door security latch was missing, there was black mold under the AC unit and peeling wallpaper, the smoke detector was missing from the wall (albeit there appeared to be an ancient, yellow one on the ceiling, definitely not from this decade), the bathmat was ripped and there were old, what appeared to be, blood stains on the sheets. The breakfast was technically included, but I saw coffee cups left near the thermos with curdled milk in them and the bananas were a good gauge of how infrequently they were replaced. The bathroom water was usually lukewarm and below body temperature, so taking a bath was out of the question. The water control knob in the shower was detached and caution had to be taken to not have it fall off. The staff that I met was friendly enough, no complains on their personal skills. The pillows smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, which was mildly irritating being a non-smoker. Overall, for approximately $100/night I did not expect top-of-the-line stay, but this fell short even of my modest expectations. I will avoid this hotel in the future

Fantastic night we would stay again. The staff went beyond helpful a matter fact I even went and bought the lady behind the counter, some chocolates for being so helpful I would stay there again in a heartbeat.❤️❤️
