The service when checking-in was terrible.
The entire property is outdated and an urgent overhaul and upgrade.
For the price paid, the room mediocre, the bathroom, shower and wash sink not appealing. The light inside the bathroom was not working, and despite requesting it be fixed, it was not repaired until the date of check/out..
The restaurant & bar were not open for 3 nights during the week and no coffee was available in the lobby after 10:00 am.
Location for Ski-in / Ski-out feature was perfect.

convenient location, food was just okay, shuttle to airport was nice however one of our rooms was supposed to be double beds and only had one bed

First there was hair in the tube. Felt unsanitary. The window was open in my room and broke so it would not close. I told 2 different people about the window. Both told me that maintenance would take care of it. But nobody showed. With temperatures around 10-15 degrees outside made it uncomfortable. I had to raise the thermostat in the room to counter the blowing cold air from outside. When I checked out, the same 2 different people that took my complaint just shrugged it off like it didn't matter and told me and my friends. "We just work here!" Large company such as Hyatt that owns this facility should hire better quality people that care about their guests.

The property is very conveniently located in Snowmass, but we expected a lot more of a Hyatt property. Rooms were very dated and there was one slow elevator. This property cost us more than an Airbnb in Vail so it was disappointing. Will look for an Airbnb in Snowmass in the future.

You need transportation for ski in and out.

We were there from 12/24/23-12/28/23 and they cleaned our room only once but charged us resort fee for every day. After cleaning room they left our room wide open all day.Charging a lot for parking! Dirty carpet, broken and scratched furniture! Will not recommend this property!

Like others have noted it is tired/worn BUT comfortable beds, nice pool/hot tub, gym, locker rooms. Hot water, tea, ice water in lobby all day. Coffee in the morning. Microwave in lobby. Walking distance to slopes. Bus to Aspen right outside. Lobby staff friendly. Other staff not really. Checked in Friday, was thought room would be serviced while we were out Sunday but it was not, so be sure to request if you need it. But overall a great value for an on the mountain property.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. So helpful and everyone is kind and welcoming, very accommodating. The drivers are especially attentive and nice guys. My fiancé and I used them frequently and they always had a smile. And the restaurant inside the hotel is great too. This hotel is near so many activities and restaurants…Highly recommend this hotel!

This is a great location for staying at Snowmass Village. There are a number of great restaurants, coffee, shops, and shopping within walking distance. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a working elevator in the hotel. There was a very helpful young man who sat outside the hotel, who worked for the property and helped us carry our luggage up to the third-floor. The room was OK, but definitely needed updating and the wood around the refrigerator and bathroom sink areas were badly chipped. There wasn’t an air conditioner and even though we were visiting her in early October, the room was quite warm. We had the ceiling fan going, and they also provide a standing fan. It really was not comfortable even at night. And we left the window open all day and all night. The front desk people were extremely helpful and kind. We did not eat at the restaurant as there weren’t many people there or at the bar. In addition, there were many restaurants within walking distance, and in close proximity if you wanted to drive to Aspen. The coffee and water stand in the lobby were very nice.

Property was great!!! Just what we needed!!

No A/C. Even in early October the room was 80 degrees. Out-dated and low-quality bathroom and fixtures that look like a cheap Motel 6. Shower temp fluxuated from hot to cold.

The only one elevator was out of service throughout our stay (3 nights)
TV had issues with cables/network setup and only Netflix was avaiable from time to time
Water pressure for shower was way too low and we often run out of hot water just minutes in

Elevator broke with heart condition and two broken toes climbing to 6th floor a struggle bartender was rude waiter was nice burger ordered was extremely salty but a different bar attendee gave a discount on my meal young gentleman at the front doors was very kind to offer to take our luggage to room

Rooms are small and doesn’t feel a happy place to stay in. No AC in the hotels in the area as we were told it get cold during night so crack the window.
Lift doesn’t work.
Not a very likely place I’d recommend anyone.

Reception stuff-very poor .

When I follow my GPS direction for the facility, the GPS did not show that the road to the facility was closed. I found the detour sign, so I could find the facility. I wish the facility send me a notice about the road close. Also I have not received about the restaurant in the facility was closed for dinner. Another problem was that only one elevator in the building was not working. The front desk staffs helped me to carry up my luggage to my room in upstairs. Otherwise the facility was excellent.

Loved that you can walk up the hill 5 minutes and get to shops and dining. The rooms are basic, but the beds were really comfortable. It is in a beautiful setting!!

Good location in Snowmass. Friendly and honestly, it was very clean. It just needs updated in a major way. I would not be comfortable hanging out in my hotel room at all - I really only wanted to be in there to sleep. Everything needs updated - paint, carpet, bedding, etc.

The rooms are very dated but comfortable. Staff was very friendly at check-in. The location is great as well. My main issues are that there is no AC and the bathroom area of my room stunk very strongly of cigarette smoke, which thankfully didn't permeate as far as the farther bed with the ceiling fan on. All things considered for the price and the area I would stay here again depending on the time of year.

Room smelled of mold and carpet was damp. Had to request a new room. Fire alarm kept going off on the 2nd nighy

Proximity to snowmass village and the ability for it to be a ski in/ski out in the winter is cool. The room we rented was completely different than the photos offered, as the photos only show the remodeled rooms when in reality the main building is still from the 90’s. It was still quaint and very much a quintessential ski resort room, and it was really cozy, but not at all the room we booked and felt misleading. The rooms didn’t have a fridge, which threw a big wrench in our plans as we were going to maroon bells and had brought lunch supplies for the next day that we couldn’t refrigerate. Staff was very cold and unfriendly. Overall a nice room, but not the best way experience otherwise.

This property is dated but has its pluses and minuses. Location and parking are great (there in the summer so not full). We arrived early and were told they would text when room was ready, but that didn’t happen. I also believe the hotel wasn’t very full and we were given one of the least desirable rooms in the hotel when we finally got a room. Bummer for us but what can you do? The absolute unacceptable issue we had with this hotel is that they only service your room after 3 nights. This is ridiculous! By that time, you are up to your ears in trash and dirty towels. I saw people carrying trash out of rooms on their own, only to find full trash bins all over the hotel. And you have to go to the desk and ask for coffee or toilet paper, since they don’t service the rooms. I hate that! Only other issue was that it was a bit hard to sleep with standard hotel noise; it just seemed a bit much.
Overall, the staff was nice and helpful and the place is clean. Nice pool area too.

No ac for the bedrooms. Front desk people are nice, the guy closing up the pool is a b it cranky. Nice place though

Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep both of our nights at the Stonebridge Inn. Our upstairs neighbor listened to the TV at a very loud volume all thru the night and we were unable to sleep because of this. I asked the front desk what they could do and unfortunately nothing was done.

Great property, quiet neighborhood and closer to shopping, food etc

Lobby area very nice, hotel area and rooms very dated and old. Bed was not comfortable. Mountain town hotels are going to need to add A/C due to ever warming temperatures.

Beautiful surroundings. Great price. The rooms and common areas are, however, very dated and remind of a best western from the late 90s.

Worst hotel ever

The cost of the place is good. It's pretty clean. However, carpets in hallways and the room are very dirty. They need a good cleaning. I wore my shoes in my room the whole time. The restaurant is having some issues with being short staffed. 1 person working the whole thing and it got so busy. Food came out cold and wrong. Front desk people seem bored to be there. They talk amongst themselves and laugh. Dealing with the public, not so much. Maybe things are better during ski season.

It was good.

Beware! This hotel is not represented properly . The rooms are hot with no AC. They told us to open windows and the noise kept us up all night. When we complained, the front desk manager went off-I think she has some anger issues. Do not ruin a beautiful trip at Snowmass-stay at the Viceroy.
