Came in for a basketball tournament for my daughter. Was such a great stay! Room was big, breakfast was great, and service was excellent! Thank you!!

Our room was very nice Really appreciate the frig & microwave. Loved the afternoon cookies! Enjoyed the full breakfast but it'd be nice if it went a little later than 9. Had dinner at the restaurant. Food was pretty good but french fries were VERY greasy. Location is just off the freeway so not scenic, but was quiet.

I've stay here several times. The mattress on the bed needs to be turned or replaced. Felt like i was falling off the edge. Everything else was good.

Stayed three nights. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The building is obviously a little outdated, so the fresheners in the building was a bit irritating breathing in. The second night I didn’t sleep well because neighbours decided to party. Lastly, the breakfast was the same everyday, no variety. Eggs saggy, pancakes cold and I bet the home fries from the previous day were reused. As well, coffee watered down.

The rooms are so terrible. First off, my bathroom smelled like someone had been sitting in it smoking for a year straight. It was horrible. I doubt that this was the case as the rest of the room had no odor, but it was unbearable. I checked in late and didn't have a chance to move once I had unpacked. It was so bad that the towels reeked of the smell. I actually took the towel to the front during check out and he was even disgusted. In addition to the smell, the bedding in horrible. I didn't sleep at all. Sleeping on sandpaper is not my idea of comfort. Really? Spend a few extra dollars and upgrade the sheets. Then lets talk toilet paper. Same sandpaper as the sheets. It is sad. It's a nice hotel, great property but I'd much rather sleep at a Residence Inn for the same price. I will NOT be returning. Oh, and they only have 2 EV charge spots.

Easy check in and out; not sure if you can beat the price for this nice of a stay. Good breakfast also.

Beautiful property, spacious rooms, very clean, and smelled amazing. We were able to find parking close to the door and breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed in room 231 and we never heard a peep from the street or other hotel guests. All of the staff were helpful and professional. The breakfast options included bacon, sausage, pancakes, eggs, cereals, yogurt and more. The hot options were cooked on a grill that you could see and served to you by the cook. They use real dishes and silverware instead of paper or styrofoam. The food quality and options were better than other hotels of similar prices point that I have stayed at in the area and around the country. I will definitely stay here again.

It's a nice location and nice area to stay. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, lobby is big and clean with sitting area inside and outside. Rooms are wide, very clean with nice amenities. The only down part is that the walls are thin and you can hear the next door TV, shower, stomping etc...If you have hard time falling asleep at night not sure that you'll love this place.

I've been coming here almost annually for around 15 years. Ayres Suite Mission Viejo is in a great location in Orange County. Close enough to everything but in a quiet area. The hotel itself provides a relaxing atmosphere and the breakfast is excellent.

Was nice that there was a restaurant

Stayed one night. Nice property with generous sized rooms. Front desk staff as excellent. 3 negatives for me was the HVAC. Haven’t stayed in a hotel will a wall unit in ages. The heat worked great however the unit was very loud and clanking. It kept waking me up during the night whenever it turned on and off. I finally got up and turned it off. Secondly, the room door opens directly to an open bathroom which was strange. While the shower and tub combo and the toilet were behind a separate door, the vanity area was directly when you walked in to the room. Finally, there was a dampness and humidity to the common areas which the hotel tried to counter act with numerous ceiling fans running on high. I didn’t spend much time in the hallways so overall, it didn’t have much impact on my experience however it was still very noticeable. Overall, despite the negatives, I would stay again.

Just a quick one night stay. Staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was fresh cooked and served buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

I was given a room that had a strong chemical smell. I had to immediately open a window, but it didn’t have a screen. Also, the television didn’t work. I had to move rooms. Ugh

Clean facilities, nice amenities. Great experience. HVAC unit was really loud and when shuts off it sound like someone is knowing on the door/walls Looks like some transient resides there.

I really wanted to give 5 stars because my husband and I were very impressed with this hotel. The grounds were beautiful and the room was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was great and the the serving staff was very friendly. However, we were charged a $125 hold fee for our room and we were not warned about this. Also, it is taking too long for it to be removed from our card. That is very disappointing. Other than that, highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice place with large rooms and great staff.

Did not know what to expect. Pleasantly surprised. More variety of breakfast items would be nice. Waffles , for example.
