Convenient spot for our purpose. Comfortable bed and friendly desk staff. Furniture is getting beat up, chairs in the breakfast area are stained, big gap around our door-just an OK place to stay.

Hot Tub was not working and staff let us know it was being fixed. We got a chance to use it and it was awesome.

Overall property is okay, bathroom ceiling paint was chipping , breakfast was pretty basic but good , staff was wonderful , right off major highway and close to mall and movies . I did call a few days and prior to arrival as I did book the hotel for a hot tub. When arrived the hot tub was out of service

The day crew was nice enough. They had a new system and things were crazy, it took me 2.5 hours to check in although some of that was my fault booking through Expedia. I was promised a 1st floor room, but was offered that in error. I ended up on the second floor, and told I would be next to the elevator however I ended up at the far end of the building. The toilet was broken, when you sit on it, it would rock back and forth like a seesaw. It was the woman on the night shift who was snotty and unhelpful. When we told her about the broken toilet we where told maintenance left for the day, which came across with an attitude of to bad so sad. We also asked if they sold toothbrushes, which they do not. When asking for an extra pillow we where told they don't have extras. Like....what hotel doesn't offer extra pillows? The room had a horrible smell that I think was coming from the broken toilet. It's a pet friendly hotel yet I was told there was no designated area for them to potty. My only option was mulch or concrete, and they did have a bag station nailed to a tree, but no bags. Luckily I'm a responsible dog owner and brought my own bags, and picked up after my dog.

I’ve stayed here before with a family member and was my first time staying there with a friend. Both of us found the property extremely affordable and worked well for the both of us.

Then shower head holder was broken so I couldnt change the angle and it fell out of the holder a couple times. The room was clean and nice, good size fridge with a little freezer in the room , also had in room coffee and microwave Staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely not hesitate to stay there again. 24 hour coffee and a decent breakfast

There was NO hot water—not Wednesday night, not Thursday morning. In fact, the water was downright FRIGID! It was a terrible way to start a very important business day.

There was no hot water and because I booked through Hotels they would not credit me.

We had a fire drill at 3am, very unhappy about that. Hard time falling back to sleep.... Breakfast was superb...

I really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was great, parking was great and free, it was close to the mall and food court and the staff was fast and efficient. the room could have had more lighting and my room smelled slightly mildew but no other issues, I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent free shuttle service every to public transit

Used this as a base to explore around Boston. Had a rental car, so didn't use the shuttle, but thought it was a nice amenity. Short drive to the MBTA station. Free breakfast was better than expected.

For the price it was fine. The rooms are pretty dated and could use refurbishment I appreciated the included breakfast. The coffee was good enough I didn't feel the need to go to starbucks after and the fresh juices and biscuits were a nice touch.

Pretty outdated. Room smelled funny and items like remote and charging station were sticky. Tub had broken piece. Towels were stained. Breakfast was great.

Staff was fairly nice and its a great location right next to the highway and major shopping and dining. The hotel is definitely older and needs updating and it smelled a bit funky in certain areas.
