Checking went well except the hotel charged me when I had booked with Expedia. We looked forward to enjoy pool and hot tub but under Reno so we sat on the sad patio with broken table and dirty chairs. Room was a good size and clean with comfy beds and needed some maintenance as window wouldn’t close or lock and tap was leaking. Hoping they resolve my hotel bill and get back to me as they promised.

Room was ok but not that clean, stairs up to room covered in dirt, outside not so clean. A guy working on his car in the parking lot which was basically dirt and asphalt mix. Breakfast was supplied but not great. Check in girl was nice and key worked 👍 Price point for experience should be $85 not over a $100

The only redeeming feature of this property is the staff! One staff member in particular was very helpful and considerate.

Cleaning staff did not replace any used items on our three night stay

bed ok. sheets clean. towels and such clean. Just a modicum of enthusiasm. screws loose and knobs therefore... TV would not change channels. Internet poor, but quiet. Staff polite.

Room was not cleaned properly smelling strongly of urine around bedside table. Curtains had tears/cigarette burns, fridge didn't work.

Not the best hotel experience I’ve had, staff was rude, almost like I was an inconvenience, room was old and smelly, towels appeared dirty, pillows smelled like body odors.

Decent motel. Need a better option for pillows. Hate feather pillows!!! Hot breakfast was a big disappointment. Food was lukewarm at best Hot water was lukewarm and the coffee was the same. Luckily there was a microwave. I was able to heat up the hot water. Cereal and yogurt was available. Only white bread was available. Sausage was the only hot food offered except make your own waffles. No fruit, bagels or sweet rolls. I ate breakfast somewhere else.

Room was dirty There was a 2 1/2 in roach on shower curtain!!!! We went down at 725am NO coffee, no cups, 1 egg round. No susauge notoast no muffi s!! It was terrible. The kid working, did nothi g!!!

Our trip was amazing. Hotel was convenient to town and intertainment, restaurants ect. We stay at Quality Inn every trip to Wickenburg, Good service, clean, safe place to stay at a reasonable price.

Air conditioner didn't work staff new nothing.. had to ring there bell to get them to the front desk bedding was old and mattress wore out

Manny at the desk was awesome! He was able to get me checked-in early to allow me and my dog to beat the 115 degrees outside temperatures. On the downside, The swimming pool on the property is empty, has been so for a couple of years, even though it is advertised as having an open pool. Not good in Arizona desert in the summertime! Very misleading advertising!

Out side needs cleaning. I picked Quality Inn for the pool and it isn't even filled, plus I have stayed at other quality inn and they had everything there add said. I will not stay at wickenburg quality inn ever again!!!

When we arrived, the hotel was extremely clean and the room was excellent. We wanted to get change to go swimming and relax. The swimming pool is closed. This is Arizona and it’s summer time. This needs to be on their website that the pool is out of order. The whole point of staying there was to relax after a business trip and be able to go swimming and relax by the pool. Because of this, I will never stayed another quality in again.

Lots of bugs and spiders in the room. Refrigerator didn’t work. Room was hot & humid when we arrived & A/C unit is outdated & inadequate. Will not be staying here again.

There were no other cars when we arrived at 5 p.m.on a Fri night. Didnt even look open. Then after ringing bell for a desk attendant, we never saw anyone who worked there again. Coffee not hot, toaster broken.again

Description on website stated pool, well NO POOL!! I was told it hasn’t been in use for at least a year. Dirty towels in our room. Requested room close to lobby, got the last room AWAY from the lobby. Washer/Dryer, out of order!! Breakfast, what a joke! Had to ask for refills on a lot of the items. Any “hot” items were cold. Upon check out, front desk was not friendly AT ALL. I highly DO NOT recommend this place to any one.

We had a 103 degree day and when we get to the Wickenburg Quality Inn and there’s no water in the pool .

The fro t desk lady was amazing me and my son had car truble Nd it added 4 hrs to our trip and we still didnt make our destination and she made sure that we were safe and ok and offered to help in amny way

The receptionist was excellent. A warm greeting. Excellent dining suggestions. Only slight hiccup was there was no milk for coffee or breakfast because the hotel had run out. Maybe they should explore UberEATS for occasions like this. I would definitely stay again

I go up to wickenburg for the party in the desert. I stay at the quality inn it always works out perfectly. They're very accommodating to the four women in our room. We needed lots of towels shampoos and condition. They smiled and provided us with everything we needed.

The bed was comfortable and tv worked. They are the positives. The desk chair in the room was old and worn. The pool and spa were empty. Breakfast was terrible. Expensive for what you get. Not a quality inn by far.

When I showed up to check in there was no staff at the front counter and after waiting a few minutes I needed to use the restroom. I went into the lobby bathroom and there were the biggest bugs I had ever seen! There were 4 or 5 of them with 3 sitting on the counter. They were just hanging out, not scared of people. I do have a picture of one of them. I did not use that bathroom and left the location to find another bathroom. When we returned my husband went into the lobby bathroom and came out and told me they were cockroaches and they were still there. This time, staff had come to the counter and he blew off there being roaches and said they were sewer roaches brought in by the weather, and he would have somebody clean the bathroom. I am typically a friendly, non-confrontational person so I laughed it off with him. We checked in and were given a ground floor, though I had booked a second floor with a balcony. Once in the room the electricity on one wall did not work, it was the wall with the headboard so there were no lamps or clock. We went back to the lobby and were given keys to a different room but at this point I had decided we just couldn’t stay there. We left and found another hotel. We never even brought in a single piece of luggage. I was stuck paying for 2 nights we did not stay as the hotel refused to give us even a partial refund. Expensive lesson learned for us. My friends also ate their booking as they chose not to stay after what we saw.
