48 Hours in Valencia - mixed feelings - staff service friendly & good throughout, breakfast excellent, shower just perfect. Negatives - my standard double felt a bit cramped, walls thin, so some neighbour noise from rooms and corridor. Warm days, not feeling 100% on departure after regular use of AC (worked well) to stay cool. The area is attractive, off the main drive so traffic noise limited.

Ear plugs work wonders. I enjoyed my stay at the Petit Palace. Please be advised that the hotel is located in the Ruzafa neighborhood of Valencia which becomes a party place to go and enjoy the festivities during "Las Fallas de Valencia" spring festival in March. And, that is awesome since you are surrounded by the party dynamics. Other than keeping that one detail in mind when I booked my room, I slept like a baby past midnight because ear plugs worked wonders. ZZZzz zzz zz zzzz.

The hotel is in a nice area. It is so easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and interesting, historical sights. The staff are professional and efficient. The buffet breakfast is very good! I strongly recommend this hotel!

Everything was fine with the room, but the noises in the hall made sleeping and rest hard. If it wasn’t the family with the kids, then it was the Italian couple. and when the other guests were finally quiet, then was the cleaning service started with opening and closing of doors and banging around. I miss those double doors we used to see in hotel rooms.

Very nice 3star hotel. The location was excellent. The Ruzafa area was very nice and friendly. Restaurants in every corner. Not far from old town, close to buses and close to railway station. Our room was small but we had everything we needed. We would like to stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights at Petit and had a fantastic time, the staff were super-friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, VERY comfortable bed and the shower had all the amenities. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants, bars, bus lines, metro and train station so really ideal. The fact you can get a free bike from the hotel is an added bonus.

During check-in there was problems with the language, speaking English was barely possible but it was one receptionist that wasn't able to speak English. The area is with restaurants so you can expect people outside kinda late, and during my stay i had to call the reception because the neighbors in the room next to us decided to throw a gathering, the reception DID make it silent by telling them but since i could hear them clearly speaking (not partying) and other people walking outside in the corridor this place isn't that sound proofed and the receptionist know but ofc there is nothing they can do since it's the building itself, but if you have problems sleeping because of sound's like me then don't get a room to the street and not in the first level like we had. We wanted a Queensize bed but all they had was Single beds (no frames and not screwed together) the only thing that was is the cover's being on it that is a Queensize, so you will feel the hole/crack in the middle of bed.

I only stayed for one night but honestly everything was excellent..

The hotel is modern and well located less than a 10 minute walk to a metro station in a great district with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. The fare from the airport by metro was only 3 euros. The room and terrace were immaculately clean, bedroom was a bit small in need of an upgrade (room 601) and the hospitality tray only had tea bags there was no milk or coffee. The bathroom was perfect. Was a bit disappointed at check in and during our stay about not getting told anything about the hotel we were only given a key and reminded that we had booked a terrace room with no breakfast. There was no information in the room. It is only on our return home that we note that guests can get free coffee and pastries and use bikes which we were not made aware of. It was nice to have a balcony with great views

Petit Palace Ruzafa is a very nice "boutique" style hotel, with excellent service and accommodation. The area is great for restaurants and night life. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia, particularly for comfort and convenience.
