Everything was great until the morning. The gal who checked me in was fantastic, helpful, and friendly. She scheduled an airport pickup for 6:30, told me to be in the lobby 5 minutes early. She said breakfast started at 6, but if I was running late I could request a complimentary breakfast bag.
The next morning, I came down at 6:20, asked for the breakfast bag, and the gal told me to get breakfast, that she would make sure the shuttle didn’t leave without me. Well, i came in the lobby at 6:28 and the shuttle left. She then tried to lie and say the shuttle hadn’t come yet, and would be back at 7:00. Although I could clearly hear the walkie-talkie dialogue where the shuttle driver said he had left.

Beds were slightly better than sleeping on a rock, but not by much. I have a bad back and booked this hotel because some of the reviews said the beds were comfortable. They lied. If u like a firm mattress this hotel is for you. Check in was ok. Parking $18 per night, but there were no parking spots available so we had to park on the street so they removed the parking charge. Over all ok hotel for the price, but does need a little up keep.

Nice enough bed and clean. But be aware of the $18 charge for parking if you've arrived by car and that breakfast isn't available until 7:00 on week ends

Perfect! No transportation necessary because everything you might need or want is just a few feet away. My suite was beautiful, functional and comfortable. Breakfast was on point daily. Staff were very friendly and flexible. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property is great if you are looking for a place just to sleep. There are no frills. The rooms are older and are in need of serious updates. It was close to the airport. That was the only positive.

The room is clean and spacey . The only thing I can complain about is the exhaust . The room smells the moment we step inside the room. We have to turn on the AC and fan to keep the smell out. But nonetheless its a good stay .

I did not ask for a refund -- I simply asked to change the date to one day later since we could not get to Chicago, but you were unwilling to honor that -- so I booked another hotel for tonight when we can get there. Will not book with you or Hotels.com again.

Staff was great!! Room was average. I will say there was a lot of kids running up and down the hall throughout the night. I think there was a group (at least 100 ) of students staying at the hotel. I wish I had known in advance. We're lucky if we got 3 hour's of sleep. After driving in from out of town and attending a funeral, 3 hour's seemed as if we never slept. We didn't get to eat breakfast either. So many people were waiting to serve themselves. We just turned back around and returned to our room and left to eat a local breakfast place. Hopefully if we decide to stay again, our stay will be much better.

The free breakfast starts at 7am, which is late for an airport hotel. They told me there would be some food at the front desk I could grab before I left at 6:30, but then they didn't have anything to offer. At least having the Uno's pizza in the building was nice for dinner.

There was bed bugs on our beds!! Woke up all bitten up on my BDAY weekend! Not okay! You have to pay for parking! and theres limited parking otherwise you have to park in the street

Female staff are horrible we took shuttle to the Allstate area and they denied us a pick up. We were stranded at 10pm and they just said too bad just take an Uber.

We were stuck here after our flight due to winter weather, obviously frustrated - the host checking us in was efficient and even risked a joke that made us laugh, it helped a lot!
The hallway has an awful smell and is not very clean - there is a fan sitting on the floor (? spill, leak)
The beds are comfortable. Overall cleanliness is fair - light switches are gross. We ate at the pizzeria, service was excellent( bar tender was great!) food was good but the menus were so dirty, a definite turn off when you’re about to order food…

While I've been here before and am regularly happy with the establishment and the employees. Not sure if it was due to the new year but at some point they decided to start making you pay for parking, on top of the upgraded Reem I already get. I felt it was a bit much and I'll probably be finding another establishment for my next stay.

The staff were helpful from check in to check out...And having breakfast offered made starting our day much easier. I'm definitely returning when I visit again to see The Chicago Bears play at Soldier Field.

Arrived late to be told our booked room was no longer . It was a absolute homeless unit . Dirty and women running around in underwear . Awful experience. Stayed at best western around corner then had to fight for a refund .

I had to wait 1.5 hours at the airport before getting frustrated and booked a Lyft to get to the place. Called them 3 times and I was told it would take another 10-15mins for the shuttle to arrive to pick me up each time. After making my infants suffer for 1.5 hours I have had enough. After arriving, I asked the front desk about their lying. They completely denied they received my call. I showed them my call log and they didn't have an answer as to why they gave me false hope and made me and my family suffer in the cold. Other than this, Room facilities, breakfast facilities were pretty good.

Excellent staff. Shirley the shuttle driver was absolutely the best ever. She prompt, courteous, and made my staff very memorable by pointing out the best areas in the city during the holiday season. Food at Uno's was amazing. Breakfast with tasty. Front desk people super friendly.
