Clean. Fun with a tribute room to gunsmoke Tv nice pool area

The stay was fine until it was time to check out. We arrived late (around 12-1am) due to traffic/traveling. We checked in with no problem, stayed the night with no problem. Everyone at night time was polite and helpful. We also noted a late checkout when booking the room due to possibility of late arrival. Nobody contacted us to say if this would be an issue. We normally never have any issues at any hotel with late checkouts, even if there is a fee. We assumed late checkout was fine since nobody said otherwise. We traveled with 2 adults, 1 child, and 2 toddlers. At 11am we were rushed out of the hotel by the front attendant under threat that if we were there past 11:30am we would be charged for another night. We will most likely never stay here again, which is a shame because we travel monthly and really liked the hotel until the check out time. Customer service was great when checking in but was the worst I have ever received from a hotel upon checkout. Hope this review helps others who travel with children as you know how hard it can be to get everything and everyone packed and loaded up in a 30 minute window. We were forced to leave several items in the hotel room that we did not have time to pack before 11:30 or risk being charged for a complete 2nd night. Worst checkout experience ever!

This is an older property and may look a little dusty. It is quite clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and we will stay again.

Older property, but most all in good repair. Was surprised with the large indoor common area, with operating pool. Resuarant next door convenient, plenty of close in parking. Average room, older but clean

The hotel is very outdated and needs a lot of maintenance. There are no elevators for the 2nd floor. Our “suite” had bad damage to the bedroom wall, a broken toilet lid and no door on the bathroom.

Rude staff, nasty smelling room, and multiple bugs in the room. Staff offered a new room rather than refunding 20 minutes after checking in. Very upset.

Slowly updating but a decent stay for the price. Towels nice, shower was great. One of the queen beds was not comfy, but the other was decent. Restaurant right next door that was delicious for breakfast.

Assistant manager acted arrogant with me. Night clerk quite unfriendly also. No ice machine locked. Hotel needs repairs in & outside. Needs painting & carpet into my room was torn. Furniture looks very old. Tried to tell me other hotels charged more than $25 for having a dog! BS!

It would have been nice if the employee could understand & speak better english.

This property is nasty. Look like blood in the shower carpet stained and old with dirt on it. Toilet not working water shut off to it. Sheets on the bed was wore out you could see through them no comforter, one thin blanket.

The room was amazing! However, the woman at the front desk, Cassie, was so rude. I intend to call every day until I can speak to a manager and hopefully she is fired. She gaslit me about how many nights I had purchased, and spoke condescendingly from the moment I met her until the end when I was actually mad and told her I was mad. The room service people are persistent early birds too.

Rooms were awful, no hot water in shower, your feet stuck to the carpet it was so dirty, room smelled like mold and mildew. I booked for us and another couple and i was embarrassed that this wS what i picked. Even with my rewards discount this place is overpriced. Do not recommend

This hotel has an indoor atrium which has a swimming pool, hot pool, pool table, basketball goal and volleyball net. This is great for the grandkids to have something fun to do. We also ate supper in the restaurant and it was very good. There is also an area where you can go to sit and relax and read or whatever. We have stayed there four times since September because we have contestants in the Young Guns Jr Rodeo series. We will be staying there again in two weeks for the finals. The staff is very helpful.

I normally don't submit reviews but I felt like I needed to share this one to possibly keep someone else from making the same mistake we made. The staff we had dealings with were pleasant and knowledgeable. There was a king size bed as stated and the room was quiet as far as traffic noise. The heating unit had an option to leave the fan on constantly which I like and it cycled quietly. Those are the positives I could come up with. Now negatives. The room was musty and looked as if it had not been vacuumed in a while. There was water damage on one wall and ceiling that was very bad. Many places on the walls that had been patched and needed to be painted. There was not a bathroom door, only hinges. The toilet seat had a big broken piece leaving a very sharp edge. The room was a "kitchenette". The appliances were very worn. I would have been hesitant to eat anything that would have been prepared on them. We were just traveling through and stayed only one night. Personally I would have left except it was storming and dark and my card had already been charged. For the price very disappointing. I would not recommend the hotel or every stay there again.

It was quite & clean, but first night we had problems with the heater. Following morning i asked too be moved to another room that had a working heater that actually stood on. Other than that the stay was comfortable.

For a older hotel i personally didnt mind it being a guy.but my wife didnt like it.she saw allot of issues.the tub didnt drain.my wife asked to take a shower in another vacant room due to the drain in our room wouldn't drain.my wife didnt feel due to all the issues that she wouldn't sleep in the bed cause the bed didnt appear to her standards.she opted to sleep in a couple chairs put together to make a mini bed.the carpet had tears in it.the only thing i dislike was the bed top bed sheet was super thin.had to turn up heat to stay warm.the refrigerator/freezer worked great.kept everything chilled.the staff are friendly and theres a huge indoor play area with a pool. Theres allso a museum of the tv show Gunsmoke.worth visiting In same building is a restaurant and bar. Loved the food. Parking lot is big. Loved the western theme.

The property itself is older, but inside is very clean and well-kept. Morning staff was a little friendlier than the young man in the evening but all in all both were efficient we were on a three week vacation and my traveling partner said it was the most comfortable bed we had the whole trip. We were just passing through on a one night stay, but if in the area I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was great, bathroom in room needs some maintenance and attention, will stay again.

Very unique and fun western decor. Disappointing to find out breakfast was really not included on the day we stayed. The Fossett in the shower was broken and hard to use. The beds and pillows are pretty old but clean.

Although the booking confirmation said minimum check in age was 18 they delayed check in several hours based on the guest being 18. I paid for a king room with a couch and the couch was missing. Will not book here again.

Property is very much needing a complete overhaul.

when I asked if I could drive, the clerk said yes, just need to use some stairs. I went to my room and tested the exit… i walked a long way around the dark back of the building. ugh! decided to park near the front door! also, it woulda been nice to have an extra blanket available in my room… (didn’t occur till just now to ask for it!)

Checkin guy needs etiquette training & that started the mood for our anniversary. Didn't even tell us Haapy Anniversary. Place was filthy. No elevator for luggage. Needed a vacuum in room & hallway. Pool/ping pong nice. Bar/Restaurant not open until next day.
