Booked this hotel specifically to be able to go swimming in the mornings & even tho there was a 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. sign on the pool we were told the pool is only open from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Not worth the price right there.) When we first arrived I spilled a little of my drink on the linoleum kitchen area floor, wiped it with a white towel & it was almost black from how dirty the floor was before we got there. Drank the s***** in-room coffee the first morning, found the hotel coffee maker in their little store & wanted to get it the 2nd morning but there wasn't any & no offer to make any, received another packet of s***** in-room coffee instead. The remote didn't work for the TV entirely either, you have to watch it in condensed small screen mode on an already small TV. Pros-The bed was comfortable & the bedding & towels were fresh & clean. The employees were friendly & tried to be accommodating, but this hotel definitely needs better management.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Every time I am in town I check there first. Very clean hotel. Very friendly people there.

the staff did a good job getting room ready for a slightly early check in & room seemed to be in decent shape upon checkout. where i give bad marks is when we went to leave we discovered some dead cockroaches in the bed sheets, which i found disgusting.

Absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Have been a long time IHG rewards member, but definitely not going back to an IHG hotel again. Check-in was at 4pm. Showed up at 3:50pm. Was told room wasn’t ready and for me to leave and come back at 4pm. Went to my car and walked back in 10 minutes later. Room somehow still wasn’t ready. Was put in a handicap room. Room was old and beat up. Just a small sink in the bathroom with no counter top to put hair dryer, etc. No Kleenex in the room. Was told they didn’t have any Kleenex or additional toilet paper because it wasn’t ordered. Was charged an additional $50 over the price I was quoted online. Was told it was a deposit that I would get back in 7-10 days. Why the hell do you need a deposit when I just paid for the room in full and you have my credit card information??? Went to complain when I checked out, and no one was at the front desk. Just had a small box for us to drop our room keys in. Absolutely terrible!!

Employees were good, carpet needs cleaning or replacement. Lobby could have been more inviting, having the morning coffee behind a locked door was unusual.

The entrance was not very welcoming. The front desk looked like it had been through a tornado. It was not very cleanlyness. There was stains everywhere. My shower did not drain. The TV was not properly working. The room keys did not work. The first two times did not feel safe at times because of banging racket in the middle of the night did not have window covers so people could see directly into my

The room just wasn’t clean the furniture was old and out dated. The Drawers was falling off in the kitchen area or wouldn’t close all the way. It was just a bad experience

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. This time we decided to get a larger room. Upon arriving we noticed there was no vanity in the room. And they had given us a handicap accessible room. I went and double checked my reservation and I did not reserve a handicap room. I went to the front desk and asked to have another room due to no vanity. They said they didn’t have one but could give me an “out of order room” that had a vanity so I could do my hair and makeup. Made no sense. I like to have my stuff sat out during our stay. Not pack it up and unpack it in two different locations every time. Anyway realized there was no hair dryer either (guess that comes with the vanity). Had to get ready in the kitchen area using the table area for my stuff. Had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink cause that was the only counter space we had to lay our stuff out. Tried again to talk to someone at the front desk but once no one was there (waited over 10 minutes) the other time I tried to say something they were walking away as I talked. We really like this area and usually have no issues but this time was a real disappointment and no one seemed to care.
