Room was def not cleaned at all. Only Thing clean was the bedding. No bugs but I had to go buy Lysol wipes and clean myself.

Very clean and quiet. Wonderful staff, very helpful when needed. Pool and hot tub were perfect temps and areas were nice. Will be returning!

The wife and I had an incredible time not bad for the price. Service was excellent. The only thing we have to complain was their didn’t seem to be hot water besides in the hot tub in our room so we took baths in there.

Staff is amazing, very supportive of me helping Santa to kids in need, just all around amazing....

This was our sleeping place. Excellent for a place to sleep at night, and pet friendly!

This was terrible. One night and that was more than enough. Booked specifically for the hot tub cause my son had been begging to go to a hotel with a hot tub. When we arrived they said it hadn’t worked in 3-4 months. Dogs were barking ALL NIGHT waking up my 5 year old over and over again. Called the front desk and the assistant manager told me my only option was they can refund me and I can leave. They said it’s a pet friendly hotel and that they bark all the time but usually calm down. Said there was nothing they could do as the dogs have been staying there for months. There was hair all over the bathtub and the beds are like sleeping on cement. I didn’t have very high hopes to begin with but it was worse than I expected

The room was clean. It was well prepared for us when we arrived.

The hotel is not clean, we have stayed many times in the past and this time it was filthy. Dog hair coated the stairwells, dog poop was all over the walkways by the side doorways. There was cigarette butts everywhere and trash. The hallways and lobby were decent though. The place smaller of cigarette smoke and weed the entire stay it was disgusting. The pool left much to be desired and the hot tub has been broken for months. Spend the night xtra money and stay elsewhere. This place has a lot of people living their full time.

Ac didn't work ,bed was hatd as a rock,spa wasn't working

Trying to check in, and someone is already sleeping in our prepaid room. It's 1:30 in the morning, and they can't figure out what to do. Meanwhile, my kids are sleeping in the hallway.

Very clean rooms clean pool sucked but hey can't go wrong with prices with a pool people friendly good food around the area nice for ceder point

The staff members I spoke with were great. They were cery friendly and accomodating.

It was average. Somewhere to sleep and shower. My room was switched from what I reserved, the let out couch did not sleep comfortably, Wi-Fi didn’t work, employee didn’t seem concerned that the phone wasn’t working, parking was limited, entry only on one door and the hot tub was out of order. I don’t think I will return unless it was a last option.

The front desk employees were super nice and efficient. Very friendly. The problem was with the room. It was not clean. The blankets looked either stained or dirty. The ac unit was caked with spilled drink and pet hair. The room was non smoking and as soon as you walked in it was the first thing you smelled. It would have been a fine stay if the room was cleaner

Where to begin… Hot tub was not working (one main reason we wanted to stay there). Spoke with front desk the day before stay and no mention was made at that time or at check-in. Room smelled terribly like smoke (thankfully window did open but we still had to leave it open for several hours). Heater in room was intermittently clicking on and off multiple times a minute throughout the night (barely working). Bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. There were also no electrical plugs on one side of the bed. Train tracks bring right next to the motel meant loud train horns throughout the nights and made it difficult to sleep. Elevator dinging was extremely loud and also woke us up several times. Multiple party’s of people tramped through the halls at all hours of the night. Dogs are allowed so occasional barking must be expected if staying here. Next time I would choose sleeping in my car over this place.

Cedar point was the happiest place on earth and this was the happiest hotel on earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our bathroom had two small packages for shampoo and conditioner. The packages were hard to rip open, especially when your hands are wet. If there were any contents left, you couldn't set it down because it would drip out. There wasn't enough for 3 people.

The room was dirty, mattresses slide right off the beds. Dogs barking uncontrollably day and middle of the night. Families living in rooms and it reeks! Room had dust bunnies and no extra anything availablem

All the rooms assigned to us was dirty. Sheets was dirty and tubs and shower curtains had mold on them.

Easy to assess the property. We have stayed at other Motel 6. This one was run down and the room unclean, dirt, mold spots. There were people around the entrance check in and check out smoking, looked like they may be long term residents of the motel? The cops came 2x during the night to the first floor to settle a domestic dispute. Definitely not safe nor quiet.

Very friendly staff. Unlike other Motel 6 properties, this one has an indoor pool and hot tub. Rooms are spacious and modern. Only complaint was the noise from the hallway and the train tracks next to the motel. This property was roughly 15 minutes from Cedar Point.

Our room was so dirty. Bedspreads we’re full of stains. The floor has dust bunnies everywhere and the shower had not been cleaned. There was actual dirt and hair. Won’t stay there again.

Needs updating especially in bathrooms.

Friendly staff. Facility is run down. Hot tub was out of service. Room smelled musty. Floor sticky. I expect a little more for $100 a night.
