We came in after driving through some wacky weather and front desk really helped to destress us and made sure we knew what was still available to use.

It is an older hotel, showing signs of wear, but well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower worked well and had an adjustable shower head. Bed was very firm which is how I like it. Breakfast was acceptable--biscuits and gravy, link sausage and scrambled eggs. They also have dry cereal, yogurt, muffins and bagels. Coffee was excellent and they had a variety of juices. Staff was nice. The young lady on the evening shift was very cordial and made an excellent suggestion for dining out. The hotel even had a coupon for 10% off at the location she recommended.

Morning staff was fantastic! We got locked out of our vehicle after checking out and she was very helpful and sympathetic while we waited for the locksmith.

The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean, that's most important! But the floors were not great and the chair in the room was extremely dirty. Definitely discount hotel vibes. I wouldn't have wanted to pay a penny more. You get what you pay for.

Overall the hotel wasn't terrible just not as nice as it looked. Our bed had mini pillows and our shower had no water pressure entire shower head and faucet were loose from the wall. There were wierd stains on the walls. Don't know that i would stay there again.

Great place with friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast with juice and coffee 24 hours. Front desk gal offered to help carry some of our stuff up to our room since my hubby was in a sling from recent surgery:-) The only issue I had was trying to get hot water for a shower. I assume it was because it was prime shower time. It was warm enough, just not hot. No biggie. Would definitively stay again!

Great location for travelling thru, as it is just off the interstate, same exit as large gas stations and such.

I tried to get a refund from expedia an talked to person at counter an they oked it but expiedia dint want to return muy funds for this night as I wasnt there tried canceling an called numerous times around the 10th of january when I stayed there. Im not happy with expedia wont use you again an wont recommend

Amazing staff and so friendly! Hotel was very clean and properly maintained. Pillows are on the small and flat side, so recommend bringing your own.

Check in went smooth. Front desk agent was so friendly. Room was nice. Ordered pizza from Hambone Pizza. It was delivered right to my room. Delicious. Breakfast was good.

The staff is friendly the lady at the reception was kind and made sure I was in a good room based on my preference being on the first floor and having to carry a lot of stuff. Clean and quite. Highly recommend the place!

The staff was very friendly & helpful. While the hotel seemed to be a little older, you couldn’t tell by how well kept the inside was. It was very clean & the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but still pleasant.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone was amazed that I was able to book a place with 3 beds in the room which was perfect for our family of 5.

The phone didn't work in the room, when I took the hand towel off the rack, it came out of the wall. The room wasn't very clean. For $196 a night, I would expect more than this.

Nice room, comfortable bed and everything was very clean. The staff was friendly. There is no elevator, so luggage has to be carried up the stairs if you are not on the first floor. The location is not the best.

The operators were friendly and everything was clean. Not sure it was worth the surge pricing, but I would chanrge the same on a game weekend I guess. Overall I would stay here again for less money or someplace nicer for what we paid. Customer service was excellent though. They were really great.

It is not only about the looks of the place but how one is treated. We had the greatest experience here. The staff treated us very well. Very pet friendly, clean and safe. Will be staying here when visiting our son in Laramie.

It was basically fine. However, the hair dryer was dirty (not with hair but general dirt that was cleaned up with several wipes) and there was a beetle in the tub.

The fridge in our room needs to be replaced. Made a pop sound every time it came on, cover the blinking light or move the fire alarm. It was blinking all night over our bed annoying! Staff was excellent made it a point to say hello to us at breakfast. Otherwise good stay
