Room nice little smaller for a suite.

Housekeeping never came, had to go find someone to get supplies.

Very easy check in. Front desk was very helpful even offered free waters. Way better than the two previous nights spent at Marriott’s.

The room was more spacious than most hotels. The location was great; it was close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 45 days. The hotel itself is nice with a good breakfast. It’s very conveniently located. On this particular occasion our experience was so great. Check in was good with friendly service and the room was clean and very large. After a long day a shower was in store except for the fact the bottle of body wash attached to the shower wall was completely empty. So I had to shower with shampoo which was no big deal. Nice dry I attempted to call the desk to request body wash only to find that the phone didn’t work. So I got dressed and went down the the desk for body wash and to advise the very nice lady there if the situation. She was very apologetic and offered different rooms. She was told no need for that and I returned to the room. That was a big mistake! About 11:30 pm all sorts of nonstarter coming from the room above. It sounded as if furniture was being dragged around and then picked up and dropped. This went on for about 30 minutes before my wife had to dress and go down to the desk, since we had no working phone. She was told by the night clerk that he thought when they checked in they might be a problem. The noise did stop shortly after but as many know once that happens you are just waiting there for it to start back and not much sleep was had.

We booked a king room online, but when we got to the hotel were told a king was not available. They gave us a double queen room. Other than that disappointment, the room was fine. Breakfast was good.

I have stayed here before and like the hotel and its location. Check in took a little long because the clerk couldn’t get my card to scan(ongoing problem I was told) Then staff called room later to find out who was in the room because they had some kind of problem and didn’t know who was where. Before checking out I discovered my credit card had a charge pending for either 2 nights or 2 rooms. Talked to Rick at the desk who searched for why this would happen even though their system didn’t show my card as ever being used. The charge was reversed later in the day.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful... Great coffee and breakfast...
