I had 5 in my party i was expecting a couch with a bed or a roll away at the location but they did not have any thing like that. That was the only thing that was irritating

Not bad

Service was excellent and very friendly but the room was a little dirty. It looked clean till you started really looking at it. The shower was dirty and so was the toilet. There was food stuck to the sofa and the floors were dirty in the bathroom as if someone spilled something and it wasn’t cleaned.

Fair Motel in a busy commercial area.

Within 75 feet of several sit down restaurants. Quiet. Friendly staff. No bugs.

Older hotel, with large family room. Parking was easy, and close to the freeway. Pool closes at sundown but I would definitely recommend this budget hotel to other family travelers

Hotel was very spacious and very clean and everything seemed brand new. Would stay at this hotel again in the future if I’m the area.

Great place to stay

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was amazing. They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond to find an item I accidentally left in the room. I'll definitely stay here again.

I don’t like to much fly in the room, outside smell to bad, noise people drinking in the parking space and the tub have oxide really old everything .

Shower did not work, felt unsafe,

My boyfriend got bitten up by something. The next day he had 19 bites on his legs. I didn’t get bit but I did have a weird rash on my arm that developed within 24 hours. We didn’t report it right away, bc he was only in town for the night but he didn’t have bites when he fell asleep, he had bites when he woke up. It’s never happened to us before and we didn’t see any bugs crawling around so we didn’t think much of it. I reported to hotels.com and called hotel directly, didn’t demand a refund bc I know we waited several days to report. I wanted someone to inspect the room we stayed in so it doesn’t happen to others. Hotels.com was helpful and responsive, hotel didn’t even ask for my info. They asked the room # and I told them and she said she’d look into it. That to me is not very professional, so I’ll call back tmrw and speak to a manager. If nothing else they should inspect and tell me the outcome. If they find bed bugs I expect a refund. But at this point I doubt they’d tell me honestly if they do find bed bugs. Either way— I reported it & I won’t ever go back there again.

Overall is was good, but my only concern would be the shower. I mean im 6ft, 2 inches, the shower head is about almost 5 feel tall. The tub, is small. Showering for me was tuff.

Hotel Hacienda is a great find with a great location with a great staff with a great Price with a great comfy environment & With a great peace of mind!! From booking with Nick, a friendly and helpful employee to check in with Dev I believe was her name to a few hours of enjoying the property and it's amenities to the ease to a COMPLIMENTARY LATE CHECK OUT !!! I highly recommend Hotel Hacienda for solo travel to even having your family with you!!

It reeked of cigarettes smoke so bad.

To many guys hanging outside on the stairway and in the parking lot. Made us feel really unsafe and uncomfortable. I checked in at 9pm and checked out of the room at 11pm. My wife did not want to stay because the shower looked dirty and like i said uncomfortable environment outside . We had to check in somewhere else.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Day after day it feels like a home always from home. Starting from the staff to the cleanliness and amenities. Wow super impressed. Would stay here any day!
