Purely amazing everything was clean rooms maintenance was fast at addressing all concerns promptly will stay here again.

I would not recommend. Bed was way too soft and we didn’t have enough pillows. The bathrooms and the popcorn ceilings made it feel like we were in 1980s. It’s too bad that the owners are not updating their property because the location is fabulous. We did enjoy that we were within walking distance to restaurants and the Honda Center.

When we used the bathroom sink it backed up inthe kitchen sing and the odor was terrible. Their web site said breakfast included but, went we went to the lobby a d asked about breakfast they said they dont include that. We had to drive 10 miles to a restaurant which really angered us.

The water heater in our room doesn't work correctly. It's warm for a few seconds minutes, then turns cold and stays cold. The room has a funky smell as well. It is complete with a full-sized fridge but it smelled and looked dirty.

Great place to stay

Staff was not friendly. Spoke with staff to advise late check in and was told two different things. After long travels and being exhausted it was not fun being told we might have to wait a hour for a computer system to run an audit before they could check us in (even though I already called and did most the check in and had the room paid before arriving as to not have to worry about the audit aspect) Hallways smelled of urine. Room wasn’t bad but the bed is super hard, squeaky and wanted to tip over if you sat on the edge.

We like the idea of a kitchen that’s in the room. We’ve never stayed in a room with that available before. We’ll stay again and for more days!

The staff is excellent. The studio apt setting is convenient and comfortable. TV is limited. The facility is aging. Furniture could use some updating.

This hotel is very dated, everything is old and dingy, would not stay here again. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and the front desk only booked 1 room for 2 nights and the other for one night, it was only the morning after when we didn't see a charge for the second room that we asked and they said we didn't have a reservation. I showed them the email confirming my reservation and all they kept saying was "you booked it online you have to call hotels.com". So we ended up booking it in person but had we not asked our stuff would have been taken out of the room. Overall this was a bad experience.

Room was dusty and it smelled like marijuana in the room and hallway and the tub was dirty and shower curtain pole was loose. The t.v would keep dimming like the brightness would go down

Staff was awesome. Bed was fine. Toilet seat was broken and sink clogged a little with hair I had to clean

Stay was awful. Dirty and unkept. First room given to us had unmade beds so we were assigned to another room. There were blue stains around the sink with blue hair still in it from previous people dying their hair in the sink. Walls were stained, calcification build up on the faucets, bad repair jobs on the walls. Floors were so nasty and grimy like they haven’t been mopped in months. More like a motel than a hotel. No maid service during our 8 day stay, not even trash. We were told we could take our trash to the reception area. Whole place had a bad smell. If I could have cancelled without being out my money I would have left the first night. Will never stay at Extended Stay again!

Could not believe there was no ice machine on site, we had run to the nearest grocery store for ice. Then when I went to take a shower there was no shampoo, had to go the desk to ask for some. Then there was no coffee machine in the room for morning coffee....so strange.

Worse experience of my life. Rooms smell bad Air conditioning smells bad & musty Bed hard as rocks Shower leaking make dripping noise all night Shower handle fell off. Do yourself a huge favor and do not stay at any Extended stay locations !! Complete waste of money. I could have paid slightly more & stayed at a quality hotel like Hyatt or embassy suites. . Instead, I decided to save a few bucks and it destroyed my weekend. .. My fault for not reading the reviews prior to booking the room!! Requesting refund from Expedia.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower was stained . It has a horrible smell to it .

The tub was filthy and the room was very run down. We did not stay. We left and went to another hotel. I need my money refunded. The front desk staff said that Travelocity had to refund me.

There was a lot of property damage all around. The elevators were all scratched up like vandalism type of scratches. There is the possibility of lead exposure which I did not know of prior to my reservation. The rooms had hard floors which is a cleaner option but I feel as if it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There was underwear of the previous person left in the bathroom !!! The staff was nice when they weren’t hiding in the back office or what seemed like a break room off the lobby Won’t be staying there again

The shower water does not turn off all the way it was a steady drip all night. Floors in room felt sticky. Vent in bathroom was covered in dust. Air in the hallways was stale. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

I’ll start with the good- staff was kind and location was good. I needed to be close to the Honda Center and I was. For the not good: at check in was informed the water would be turned off from 9a-5p the next day for maintenance. Complete inconvenience without even an offer of some compensation. The rooms are old and “patched” up. They have stoves in the rooms, but ventilation is old and the hallways smell like food. Gross. The bathroom counters had burn stains. My family across the hall had a shower that didn’t work- they had to use ours till they moved rooms. They also found a ROACH in their room….that was the first one. The second one was running on sidewalk on the side of the building when I got out of my car. This is the cheaper option in the area but at minimum it should NOT have roaches! Idk how this place is still open. Oh and lastly- I was there for my graduation. Called the front desk in the am to ask for a late check out (this was one of the schools hotel list). I was given a hard time but then told it would be fine. However I would be charged $20 per first hr then whole day after that. She made no note in the system and I LITERALLY got a phone call during my graduation ceremony from the front desk because house keeping went in the room and we weren’t checked out. That was unbelievable and unacceptable! I will pay the extra $$ next time to stay elsewhere and believe the 6 star rating!

It seems like this hotel has gone down a bit since my last stay two years ago.
