One of my worst stays ever. Construction dust and noise throughout. Even early on Sunday morning at 7 construction crews were hammering. Allowed children to run and shout on room hallways until midnight despite complaints by numerous guests. Bar was out of most alcohol choices. And on a very minor note but indicative of the hotel's lack of professionalism, the shower had two containers of conditioner but no shampoo.

Our time there was not a good one. When we booked the room, it stated nothing about it being remodeled on main floor so there was no restaurant or bar open. Also, we couldn't use the pool. We had a three-night stay, and no cleaning service was offered. We had to wait hours for the items we requested at front desk. Also, internet was out most of the time.

They were working on the elevators and they seemed not safe. I couldn’t take the stairs because we were all the way on the 4th floor and I’m 30 weeks pregnant. The beds were hard and they were doing construction on the floor above me and I wasn’t told until check in when I couldn’t get my money back. They were doing construction outside as week. I barely slept. I didn’t want to fight and argue with them during my stay because I felt it was pointless. There was too much chlorine in the pool my eyes burned my daughter had rashes under her armpit from it.

This hotel offers top notch services from the front desk to the breakfast served to the cleaners. While the building is in its last stages of a renovation, the staff members are especially attentive to guest needs. The upgrades being installed in the rooms are useful and pleasing and the "breakfast lady", a 15-year veteran of the hotel, knows what guests want and serves it up.

Was not told about construction. No hot water and had to change rooms. Construction noise started too early before we woke up. Fitness room closed. None of this was revealed before we booked.

Room was unique and well laid out, very comfortable. Pool was nice. Hotel is understaffed and were unable to deliver a ready to occupy hotel room by check in time.

2 night stay was great. Location was great. Nice b682594reakfast. Staff was nice. Only two complaints...bed was horrible and water in the pool was too cool to enjoy.

The carpet was stained, the room was smelly and had to buy Febreeze to sustain it, furniture was outdated, but I know the property is going through a complete makeover, and hope I will revisit it when the work is completed.

Absolutely loved our stay! Staff was amazing and accomodating. We stayed in one of the floors that have not been updated yet but we had everything we needed and i really loved the set up of the rooms it felt more like a suite than a regular room with a seating area with a couch and desk and small sink area with fridge and microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable and the free breakfast was very good and better than most hotel breakfasts we've had in the past. I jave always been a loyal hampton customer but after a horrible stay last year with them i decided to try something different and im so glad i did. This was our first stay at a hyatt place We had a really nice stay! AND WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN WHEN BACK TO VISIT THE AREA!!!

Staff friendly. Room Clean. Hotel looks old. Washroom needed some maintenance. Flush was not working. Location was very convenient for me.

Big floor stain in middle of the room. One of the evelators did not work. Stains on the couch. Tried to take my granddaughter the pool twice, both times it closed for "cleaning". Microwave did not work. For the kind of money they charge for the room, I expected much better.

It was a great stay. In town to visit my oldest. There was a few stains on the couch as well as very faded material along with the curtain. The chair was scratched up as well. Service is always amazing. Just dissapointed in the quality of furniture.

Poor lighting in the facility, one elevator was not working at all, the functional elevator shook and rattled upon reaching your floor. Rooms are dated but clean. Facility is near the highway so the noise is very prevalent. Breakfast looked good, I just grabbed some fruit. Worth $190 USD? No way. Will go back running to the Hampton Suites

- Reception took Credit Card and failed to tell that they swiped to charge me Incidental charges - Dirty bandage left on the ground - Stair exit does not access main floor, only to outside - Outside of washroom doorknob came off - Single coffee maker look like missing parts to make coffee - Rugs in hallway and room in need of cleaning as I do have dust allergies - Cable sucks - Sofa like rug in need of some tender care - One elevator down out of two: smelly, scary as kind of in need of servicing

5 start rooms. I travel for business all the time and I always have a hard time finding a nice location for an affordable rate. This is it! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Out of the last 30 hotels I have stayed at, this is in the top 3! Thank you. Hyatt is definitely going to be my choice moving forward.

We gathered here for to attend a family funeral in the area. We arrived late and had an excellent interaction with Anas who was manning the reception desk. In all we very satisfied with all of the staff and condition of the property.

The rooms were set up very nice for our family to spread out. One elevator was down the whole time, and on one of the floors, you could only go up, not down. The pull out sofa was not a great mattress, and the rooms with double beds, it would have been nice to have a queen option. Price was right, clean, and great staff.

The property was just what we needed for a little family getaway on fall break. The room was spacious and had lots of room for the kids to play while we weren't out and about. The little walk in closet gave us extra room as well as the large sofa sleeper. Both beds were comfortable and everything was better than expected, especially the breakfast. Would absolutely come back again!

I liked the location but didn't like the following: Bed mattress is old and worn out & lumpy, furniture was dirty as well in the room. One of the elevators is not working and hasn't been for 2 months...REALLY! Pool has problems and cold water!
