The hotel was just ok. The room smelled weird, the bathroom was TINY and the sink’s faucet was so wobbly that touching it moved the faucet side to side. We could hear people running overhead during the night and the bed was uncomfortable.

Eventhough this wasnt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, it wasnt the best either. Outdated, fairly dirt, and the bed wasnt that comfortable.

My stay would have been completely eventless if I wasn’t woken up at 2:00 am and 6:00 am both nights of my stay by my room vibrating and the continuous loud sound of a water pump blasting. I had to call to the front desk to have them shut it off every time they graciously turned it off every time. I would have preferred to have not been placed above such a loud area in the hotel. The hotel was clean otherwise and the staff was nice. I just didn’t get a lot of rest.

Only complaint is we were told the pool was heated. Unfortunately, the water and the pool room were both very cold.
They found our granddaughters sleep bear after we checked out and held it for our daughter to pick up.
Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was adequate.

You had a nice lady at the front desk who was very helpful. However, due to being placed in a room between the elevator and the area above the lobby area, we asked the guy who checked us in if we could be moved. He was nice to move us BUT, even after we stated that we didn't want to be in a high traffic area, he placed us in Rm 107; which was right inside the hallway, on the other side of the restrooms, vending machines and the door that must had been slammed shut 100 times between the hours of 9:00PM and 1:30AM. Needless to say, our nights were long and without sleep.

Staff was very friendly. Accommodated early check in. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I’ll stay here again when visiting the area.

Very convenient location just off the Indiana Turnpike. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was substandard--had a "valley" in the middle. Breakfast was good--lots of options.

Close to the events we had planned and easy to find

We were given a handicapped room on the ground floor. When we opened the room there was a musty smell. We opened the windows immediately to air it out. The room was adequate. There was a desk, fridge, occasional chair. What we really did not like was that the maid had made the bed tucking in the sheet and blankets so tightly that we could not pull them up padt our waist. I slept with a sweatshirt on because I could not get the covers over my shoulders. The staff was nice and breakfast was good.

The carpets need to be cleaned in the rooms and the hallways; they smell bad. The room with a king bed also has a nice couch, but you can't see the TV from the couch. The mattress was worn out, like most hotels, but wasn't too bad. It was good overall.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn in Fremont. Everything was clean and the pool was a lot of fun to swim in with my 3yo. Our beds were comfortable and the room was surprisingly spacious.
A new staff member made a mistake at check-in but the morning staff took care of it without any problems.

There is water problem at this hotel. We came for our graduation from chicago to stay at his hotel. We didn’t even shower because there is no water available to shower in the morning. They said it will be fixed in 20 minutes but when we checked out nearly 2 hours later it was the same problem.

Room was clean as well hotel. The location of my room was bad due to the trucks on the road and the elevator being on the other wall of my room. But overall not terrible. Safe and comfortable. Breakfast was good

For an overnight stay, it was okay. The gentleman that checked me in was business like. He seemed very concerned about his paperwork. There was a note on the desk that said guests would be charged for stolen towels. I guess that is why I didn't feel like a guest.

The pool water was so cloudy you could not see your feet when just sitting on the side of the pool and the water was freezing. After our kids were asleep my wife and my double bed was covered in salt underneath the sheets. It was too late to make a change of room the kids were sound asleep. It was disgusting.
