Hotel had no elevator to the 2nd fl. Recently had knee surgery and had to carry belongings up 2 flights of stairs. Found hair in multiple locations in the room. AC/HEAT was non-operable...thought it was unplugged because it was off (no power to it), but realized this was not the case...either it didn't work, or, what I believe, it was turned off from another location to save energy....not cool for menopausal women. I was not greeted when I walked through the door, which coming from a previous hotel manager is a customer service NO-NO! Staff not unpleasant, but not as pleasant as they could've been. Honestly, place was kinda drab, so just remember the old adage....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! But paying $85 for this was waaayyyyyy too much!

Stayed for the weekend to visit family. Staff was friendly, rooms clean. The only thing was the bed is pretty hard. Overall a great stay- will return.

The room was clean but room next door was partying so I did not sleep well. Someone even knocked on my door in the middle of the night. I was there to relax so not a great review.

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were both very nice and helpful. Check in was easy. The hotel was clean, but had a musty smell in the halls. The musty smell in our room was awful. They gave us something to spray in the room and it was better. There were tiny holes in the curtain. A burn hole in our blanket. And one towel was so thin you could see thru it. But the room was cleaned every day and it served our purpose. Breakfast was pretty good also.

The staff was friendly. Our room was clean but VERY hot when we checked it. Air unit was not on at all. Once the room cooled off it was fine. Overall great location and cost effective. Will stay again when we are in the area.

This hotel was extremely dirty. Carpet was realy old and looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. Bathroom floor and trim on walls was dirty as well. Thankfully we were only there 2 nights and spent most of our time away from the room.

My stay was okay. I think it needs to be updated. Breakfast was not very good. I ended eating else where. Toiletries in bathroom was awful. 1 shampoo that was awful and 1 bar soap for 2 people. Other then that it was okay.

This was a quiet and comfortable hotel. It’s no fault of the hotel but another occupant kept smoking in their room which would then get our room smoky. The front desk lady tried to figure out who it was. Very irritating.

It wasn’t bad, it wasn’t quiet, and there was a strange smell in my room as well as the door we walked into. Like someone mopped the floor and put the rug over it wet. There was dust all over the hair dryer cord which proves that it’s not cleaned. Couldn’t use the coffee pot because it looks like it’s never been cleaned. The amenities were not very good. I understand that times are hard, and there wasn’t really many options in the morning so we just went to breakfast. But it was cheap and other than that it was fine. I never really seen any staff other than when I checked jn. But she was fine.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Entire property needs updating. Breakfast was horrrible. We stayed there only because it was close to the church we were attending. Never again!

The bed was not good. It had a dip in the middle which made it very hard to turn over without rolling into the person sleeping next to you.

Upon check-in we were greeted by a very nice man who was able to check us in even though we were more than an hour early. It was HOT and we were on motorcycle so we so grateful to be out of the heat.
I believe the hotel is in the process of remodeling but the room we had was dank and reeked of stale cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Once upon a time it must have been a smoking room and you can immediately tell upon entering the room. The smell was so intense that I could actually taste it in the back of my throat. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower lacked water pressure and it didn't get hot even if it was turned all the way up.
Was also disappointed to see that the pool was closed. Breakfast the next morning had quite a few choices including biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker.
