Staff was kind and helpful. We were given a room next to the pool and it doesn’t close until 11:00 on weekends. Made sleep impossible.

About $50-$60 pricier than neighboring hotels. You’re paying for the pool area, which is entertaining for under 10 yr olds. Otherwise, the hotel is worn down. Several of our bath and pool towels were unraveling, hallways reek of cigarette smoke. Onsite restaurant had sizable menu. Food was better than expected.

Our room had a musty smell and was very humid. Also we were put in an ADA room which had no counter space - I wish we were told that prior to making the reservation as the photos we looked at did not reflect the bathroom we got.

We accidentally left 2 shopping bags at the back entrance when loading the car and forgot about them until much later that day. When I called the front desk they had them in the office and had even taken the wet swimsuits out and hung them to dry.

Spent e tea to have a pool side room. Got our wrist bands and my kids were very excited. The amount of people in the pools and hot tub made it impossible to enjoy ourselves. What is the point of having wrist bands if it will not be enforced. There were kids diving, jumping, splashing and using reusable water balloons in the hot tub. The first night the slide kept being closed and we would have to ask for it to be opened. The whole purpose for out stay was to use the pool/hot tub and it was very unenjoyable. The pool temperature was also VERY COLD! With so many people in the pool towels were scarce and rarely found. For 2 nights and one meal my total was well over $600.

The check in was friendly and fast. The room was neat, comfortable. We had room service from the restaurant and the food was good, reasonably priced, plentiful and arrived quickly. The pool was on the chilly side, but the kids were different ages and there was an area for each of them. The overall stay was good and we will go back.

The front desk staff were awesome, the room was nice, but there was food garbage under our bed. Other than that it was a very nice hotel/ pool area. Only other thing I would recommend is more garbage cans in the pool area.

The pool was packed with children. Even the hot tub had kids splashing. It said a 16 person maximum, but there was nobody there to monitor, so there were about 30, mostly unsupervised children.
