Good stay for motel 6

The first room we were assigned had an unswept floor, a dirty mattress, and a used q-tip lying on the bathroom floor. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The second shift staff moved us to a different room, which was orders of magnitude cleaner, but also smelled of cigarette smoke and pet odors. Along with the opportunistically expensive rate we were charged, this stay was the worst ever

Air conditioning did not work beds were unsatisfactory

This Motel 6 is located very close to the EAA Airventure, and provides shuttle services to the event. There aee a couple of resturants in walking distance, and a small pool. My room was clean, and recently repainted. A/C worked well.

The lady at the front desk was pleasant. Beware… very dirty, smells of stale smoke and I’m not even sure. Light switches, electrics didn’t work. Door doesn’t securely lock…. Unsavory characters walking all hours of the night… very loud! Truly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. There was no where else to go or we would’ve left. I did bring it to managements attention… really just not responsive. Caution do not stay!

Nice, a cool room! air conditioning worked GREAT! Room was clean & served my needs for a one night stay. Thank you!

Everything was perfect and definitely would stay there again

When i had arrived to the room, a bag of trash was sitting outside of the door entering the room. There were flex of paint on the comforter. There was also a used washcloth sitting on top of the air conditioner, on the outside of the room . Really gross way to start the visit. There was a tiny hole adjacent to the shower.

For a newly remodel room I was just a little disappointed because it had a very well used tolit seat in the bathroom, the lighting wasn't very good, (it had enough lights it was the covers that prevented the light to shine thru ( very old and yellowed)). There was a place on the bottom of the shower that either was moldy or just didn't get painted. No do not disturb sign. (They don't use them). No amenities except 2 little bars of soap. No continental breakfast. Good for a night.

The door to the bathroom had apparently been kicked in previously, repainted but not repaired. There was no way to get the bathroom door to latch.the room smelled of smoke. There were people sitting around outside that looked shady and a bit intimidating and at 2:00am there was a loud fight outside my door which lasted a good half hour or more. I won't be going back. The people working there were great.

The floor was dirty and it wasn't cleaned after I asked.

Good for the price, but it did smell like smoke and the mattress was not that comfortable.

Tried 3 non-smoking rooms. All three had a strong smoke smell. Each room was also dirtier than the next; food crumbs on the floor, fingerprints on the mirrors, etc. I ended up leaving and not staying. 🚫Beware of this property🚫

Overall a decent motel for a decent price, price feels a little high for the location and the facilities, but I'd stay again if I needed to.

Dirty, not clean, our bathroom did not flush, room stank due to cigarette.

Bed bugs. After telling front desk they acted like they didnt care or belive me. Got bit twice plus killed one . Had to wash and treat everything i brought in the room.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had been remodeled nicely except for some needed plaster repair on one stub wall.

Disgusting motel with sticky floors and worn-out rooms. Took one look at my room and asked for a refund. Didn't even seem safe to leave my car in the lot overnight. The staff, however, was super friendly and issued a full refund quickly and with no problem whatsoever. Nice people running a tired, opd motel.

Small but clean

Good- The beds were comfy, sheets were clean. No bugs. Showers were spacious. Bad-Our socks were black from the dirty floors. The showers were moldy. The vent cover and the towel rack covers fell off in several rooms. No garbage cans. 1out of 7 rooms we had were ok.

Well, per usual, the room quality and appearance didn’t come close to reflecting the stock photo depicted in the Expedia listing.The room I got (#250) was shabby, especially the shower stall in the bathroom, and the curtains which looked to be detaching from their rod at one end.The door to the room needed new weather-stripping as the cold Wisconsin winter temperatures had no trouble coming in around the door. Lastly, the bedding was comically lacking! A very thin blanket (think airline blanket) sandwiched between a sheet and a decorative bedspread which had all the warmth and quality of a cheap tablecloth. The room’s walls are poorly insulated and the interior door to the adjoining room lets in a lot of noise from the neighboring occupants. The only kudo I can think to give this property is that it’s located next door to a Perkins Restaurant and the freeway entrance. Won’t be staying here or using Expedia for my lodging needs again.

Building is old and kinda rundown; parking lot littered. Room was surprisingly clean and had table, chairs, fridge, microwave, and TV, all worked.

It was a nice stay but bathroom were dirty/rusty

Condition of room was questionable. We could not even use the toilet more than once ... the toilet would not even flush down !!!!!!!!!. We should get a refund or some credit off the charge !!! Also no Kleanix. At least the heater worked ... thank God for that.

Can’t beat it for the price. Microwave and fridge in room. Guest laundry, outdoor pool. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Pets stay free.

Check in was quick and easy. No issues on property from other people. The shower could've used some work. Water leaked out when on. The back of the bathroom door had a huge coffee stain on it that looked like ot was never wiped down. Bed was okay, i didnt wake up with any aches. Overall id say decent hotel. We didnt spend a lot of time in it, just to sleep mostly.

The stay was great. Easy check in and out the next day. Staff was friendly.

There wasn't any smoke area's or cans around the facility. I had to fix a broken toilet; the chain broke. I did call the front desk, but is was later in the night??? btw; 10-11pm. I thought they would have around the clock service. Anyways I ended up not taking a shower and fixed the toilet chain for them.
