Hotel is near construction and a freeway and is a little run down. But it was cost-effective!

The furniture was old, bed and pillows were too soft, and thermostat was intermittently going on and off with cold air.
During check out last Sunday at 7:08 am, I had to wait about 10 minutes ringing the door chime and yelled several times for someone to check me out and no one answered. There was no one in the registration desk! Finally, I wrote on a piece of business card my name, room number that I was checking out and asked for a receipt emailed to me which I am still waiting for.
Terrible service! Hopefully something can be done to remedy this kind of service!

Stayed at other extended stays and this one was horrible. Not clean room, counter tops sticky, towels stained, windows coated with filth. Yes construction was going on yo a building next door but our windows seemed like they had never been cleaned. Everything seemed like it was never wiped down with a clean cloth. Was very disappointed. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets or a granola bar. Coffee was about the only thing decent.

My room had multiple leaks from the roof during rain storm and when went down to switch rooms they didn’t have another room ready gave me a time frame then it still wasn’t ready and had to wait even longer for the room

First, the beds were so uncomfortable!! We booked a two night stay and didn’t not get much sleep on those beds. Also, it says breakfast was provided and free , but it was only packets of oatmeal and coffee. My family and I stay in Yorba Linda once a year for a cheer competition and I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again

I called ahead to let them know that I would be arriving at 1am. The man that answered spoke with a very thick foreign accent and was very difficult to understand. He did not say anything helpful and hung up. When I arrived the receptionist said their system was locked and it would be 45 minutes. He said I should have pre-checked in. Then since I was clearly upset, minutes later he was able to check me in.
The room was not clean. The floor had dirty shoe prints, the toilet had residue from usage. The room had a lot of wear and tear.
The noise from the freeway directly outside was so loud that I was unable to sleep.
The exterior and hallways were dirty.

We weren’t even able to check in our rooms because staff turned us away. They said they issued us a refund for a prepaid room, and could not even give us a receipt.

Elevator not working, they did not even try to get us a room on the first floor and I have a bad back
Also no toilet paper in room and called front desk no answer, had to go down and get it

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. When I got there to check in, the (only) front desk guy was on the phone with his manager (on speaker phone) asking how to update a reservation because he checked someone in incorrectly for about 35 minutes while there was a line of about 5 people needing help. Finally he's done with his phone call and can not find my reservation and turns me away. I was already charged for the stay so I get on the phone with Hotels.com and they tell me to go back and they will talk to them...long story short it turns out that this guy gave our reservation away to someone else. He then tried to tell us that he had one other room available for $300 more. In no world was I paying $300 for a reservation I already paid for when the hotel messed this up. He essentially offered me nothing to make it right because honestly he didn't know how to do his job and there was no manager on site. After 3 hours of trying to work this out, he then tells hotels. com that they have no rooms available leaving me and my 2 dogs stranded for the night with no hotel for a mistake they made and did not refund me my money. I wish I could give them negative stars. Luckily hotels.com refunded me my money.

The curtains were dirty, as well as the bathroom.

We got there waited a half hour for someone to meet us at front desk. Once checked in we went to our room it was filthy. Towels and used toilet tissue on the ground bed was a mess. Went back down asked for a room change but we’re told there were no additional rooms. So they gave us fresh towels and bedding which we had to change out ourselves. I would say this place needs condemned based on how filthy it was

Our overall trip was amazing with our family. Pros-The beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and the kitchen was clean. No onto the Cons-Overall dirtiness of the place is gross, the elevator needs a good cleaning of the walls, all entrance doors need cleaned and the carpet in our room smelled and was sticky to walk on. Suggestion if you allow animals there should be vinyl floors or something more easy to clean. The urine smell was very pungent throw-out the halls.

Very hard to get into hotel when in a wheelchair. They need to hace automatic doors that open. I had a hard time
Also need more handicapped parking spaces by lobby entrance

The staff was very kind and our rooms were pretty great for the price we paid. However, there were some worrisome people walking on the hotel's property at night, dog poop on the floor on the first floor hallway (and the hallway smelled like pet pee), and it seems someone did not do a very thorough job scanning our room as various items, food and otherwise, had been left by the previous occupants but not retrieved by the hotel staff.

The Good:
1) Staff were pleasing and were very helpful.
2) Kitchen option is good, they provide with dishes, dish 3) Washing liquid, and utensils upon request.
Parking is free.
The bad:
Our bathroom sink wasn't draining, got it fixed.
Access road is not easy to locate.
The Ugly:
Laundry is broken and vandalized.

Bed was bad, sheets were scratchy, and you could hear too much noise coming from outside.

They didn’t give us cook ware they state on site and was told some were to be dropped off in morning or never happened. We ended up buying paper plates silverware and cups. Laundry facilities were down and when asked where a coin laundromat was nearest was told I don’t know I don’t live around here just work here. Construction going on right next door. Some staff not friendly. Wont stay there ever again.

The area was ok, not the best. Friendly staff, but the building it self OMG! Thumbs down 👎 the hallway smelled like pee.
It looked like lest fortunate people lives there. Don’t get me wrong, nothing against that but if you are planning to stay there with your family, definitely not recommend.
They are pet friendly though!

Stayed here for the kitchen. Fair room, but they only had dining utensils, plates available. No cook wear. Glad I brought my own, but the burners barely get warm. A 20 minute meal too. Two hours to cook. Other than that, I liked it.

I make a reservation and I call the hotel 2 hours before to arrive and they tell me that they have my reservation ready so when I arrived there they said that the hotel is full and they don't have any rooms available i was driving for 2 hours to get there this is the worst hotel in the world

The room was filthy and felt and smelled like the sheets were dirty. The air conditioner smell like something was burning and blew Dirty smoke
They said they had no other rooms available it was AWFUL EXPERIENCE

The property has not been maintained. There’s water shooting from a pipe when you turn on the shower. Exterior of appliances are dirty. There isiscolored puttyshowing where they tried to insufficiently fill a crack or a hole in the counters. Entire property needs to be painted. Smells like smokers.

Hotel was nice and clean. Could use a pool for the summer heat.

I sent my son to the Suntek training facility down the road and selected this hotel as it was close. Big Mistake! He reported back to me that the room was dirty, noisy, customer service was terrible, they couldn't get anymore bath towels, shampoo, or hand soap. He stated that the parking lot was full of homeless people and he didn't know from morning to morning whether his car would be there or damaged. This was a very bad experience - especially for the money. I will be seeking some sort of restitution for this. Greg & Jared Lea

DISGUSTING. Between the hairs left in the shower/tub, the trash can under the kitchen sink that was full to the brim of water that was leaking under the sink, and the crackheads in the parking lot, the room/hotel itself was so rundown that I didn’t feel safe staying there. Was able to be refunded for 2/3 nights I had booked even after I showed them the poor quality of the room. I had only been there for an hour before going to the front and wanting my money back to leave. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for a company that typically has good sites. Extremely disappointed.
