We had a last minute trip to the area and looked for something that seemed cozy. This was definitely it. Check in was easy and I thought our room was going to be small, but it was much more than what we expected. Spacious and comfy. Only thing I should have asked for was a map of the grounds. Although not very big, it was night time and we had a hard time finding the ice machine. We had a good nights rest and will definitely book again on our next visit.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The workers were polite and friendly. The hot breakfast was better than traditional continental breakfasts you get at chain hotels.

Room was amazing, clean and spacious. Stayed there for valentines day weekend. Only complain is they didn't offer room service for breakfast and honeymoon suite is very far apart from where they serve food.

Room was amazing…breakfast was also very Godoy…only downside was water was lukewarm in our room and our friend’s room which made for a very quick shower.

The Bungalows on Shary, Mission-McAllen was quite a Wonderful surprise. I initially picked it because of the low price, pool, and hot tub. To our surprise it was much more than that! Our room was very spacious and with very modern high end decor. We had the whole place to ourselves, or so it felt that way. We barbecued, swam all day and played music. We will definitely be back with our family, but loved it just for a quick weekend get a way for two.

We liked the room! Roomy, Very high-end and clean. Location was very good for us near our daughter's house. There were just a couple minor things missing once in a while, but no big deal (i.e. towels, 1 robe, matt at the door, etc.). We had a very nice experience. JK

We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite so this review is based on that. The room itself was excellent. As hotel rooms go, it was huge. It was decorated a bit modern for our taste, but it was tasteful and well done. My wife is an interior designer, so she had a couple of things to nit pick, but overall she liked the room a lot. The grounds and pool area looked great, though we didn't get to really spend too much time there.
The staff was just OK. The room had electric shades controlled by a... well a remote control. The shades to the small terrace did not have the remote. I asked the front desk 3 times to please bring one. I also asked for another robe (the room just had one). Anyway, suffice it to say, we got nothing I asked for. The only excuse I got was that there was no one to take it to me. The first two times I asked were pretty much right after check in (around 3:30pm), so I know they had people around at that time.
Other than that, we really enjoyed our time staying in the Honeymoon suite. I would recommend it for a couple for as a nice getaway or staycation.

We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again. The courtyard is very pretty. I didn’t enjoy the pool as much because it was heavily chlorinated and water was cloudy. Also it is irritating to have to wear a wrist band while at the property.

Everything is great and beyond our expectations (speaking as a gold member of Hotels.com and 2 million miles flyer of UAL). Courteous services throughout. Best cooked to order breakfasts. Other menu items were delicious and most reasonably priced. Great location. Everything works! Will back back for sure!

Amazing stay, relaxed with my daughter and husband even it was super cold due to the cold front. Only thing was the floor were a little dusty, but besides that everything else was super clean!

Place was very clean and nice, but on the second night there was a full on party outside my room. There was a pavilion with tables and chairs, but the guests using the facilities were loud, all this past 10 pm. Then at Midnight, after not being able to sleep from all the commotion outside my door, an altercation ensued in the room next door to mine. People screaming, things were thrown around. I called the front desk at some point to get it under control. Was told security was being sent over to check. I was very disappointed with my stay, especially with the amount of money I paid for my stay. I will never go back.
