The hot tub wasn’t working.
The fence around the pool was falling down, and a safety hazard.

The place was clean but getting old. Our beds were old and toooo soft, waking up with sore back. Shower mold on shower tile. I wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed here from Friday to Saturday - In the room there is a sign stating that linens and towels will be changed every 3 days which is understandable.
The Monday afternoon I came back to the room and nothing was clean, I called the front desk to ask for housekeeping to come clean linens and take out trash but they said housekeeping was gone for the day which is totally understandable. The next day in the morning I asked the receptionist to have housekeeping clean the room and they took down my room info and said it would be done - at the end of the day I came back only to see nothing had changed. This carried on right until my checkout after 8 nights - every time it was a new receptionist. They either had me fill out a housekeeping request card, blame the previous receptionist or write down my associates and my room info on a paper but nothing ever happened.
Overall I would recommend if cleanliness is important to you then pay a little extra and go to a slightly more well managed place. Best of luck y’all

Would not recommend staying at this facility. The room was not cleaned properly, mold in the shower and urine surround the toilet and an empty beer holder left in the fridge.

A great one night stay. I was surprised and happy at how quiet it was for a holiday weekend stay. Everything was great apart from the jacuzzi that was only luke warm. No big deal tho as I enjoyed everything else including a hot breakfast.

We stayed overnight to attend a Christmas party. Lisa at the front desk was so welcoming and lovely. She was even lovely to our pup who we were traveling with, which nowadays you don’t get too much of at hotels. The room was spacious and had everything we could ask for. This will be our go to place to stay anytime we’re in El Centro. An extra thanks to Lisa for her customer service and friendliness.

The elevator did not work, we had to take the stairs to the third floor along with our luggage. No hotel employee available to assist or to report that the elevator was not working. The room had an extremely strong cigarette smell. The hotel stated it was a non-smoking room.

Am noising 2 doors away from ice machine at 5 am constant use of machine able to hear maids getting ready for day room not in a good place

the past 10 months.Property continues to deteriorate. Most concerning is the elevator. Buttons often do not work. Staff has to be called to reset the system. Also exterior doors do not lock. We will not stay here again.

I thought I booked a room with a hot tub in it was really liking foreword to it then I get in the room and no hot tub was getting mad checked my reservation and I didn’t get the room I thought I was so I was bummed other than that this room is good

HORRIBLE place to stay at . Extremely dusty and dirty ! I found 3 roaches in the bathroom . I paid in advance to book my room, they checked in someone else with a similar last name . I had to wait 45 minutes for another room . The pool was closed and when I called they said it was open . Save your money, don’t stay here !

The property is over priced, rooms are outdated, noisy bathroom fan, no USB ports to charge your devices.
Breakfast had nothing at all, coffee tasted like water, Tried to get hot water for tea but it was really cold. Over all this is the most disappointing experience. They should change the name from comfort inn to uncomfort inn.

Room was quiet despite traffic. Elevator didn't respond when we needed to checkout from 3rd floor. Breakfast was very limited. Grab and go was a bag with a small sweet roll.
