This is the second time I have stayed at this location. It is easy to get to, central to many locations and in a quiet area. The area is industrial, so it is not walkable. The breakfast in the morning is a great addition. Their recent remodel is nice. Staff supper friendly.

The front desk personnel were fabulous and they were able to let us check in early.

Looked like it is in the process of being remodeled. There were pallets of building materials out front. Hallways had a strong smell like fresh paint or carpeting or both. Terrible water pressure in the shower and only warm when turned full to hot.

It smelled at the lobby. Help was horrible parking was trashy and when we got to our room it was filthy - we had got the suite there was a shirt on the floor empty bottle on the bed jacuzzi with water and dirty - when we called front desk they were just like oh we can’t accommodate you almost like it was normal to have that problem most horrible experience ever

Will not stay again, probably won’t stay the night. The noise from the road is horrendous, we can hear the cars shifting so well that no one can sleep.

Convenient to auto dealership when major repair was required. Facilities were in very good condition. You had to go across the parking lot for a full breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express. May be a temporary thing. There were some 'to go' bags for those not wanting the meal.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and were ready to take care of any issues .

The room seemed very new and I liked having the extra sink in the room.
But no decaf coffee at breakfast downstairs? I asked and they said they didn't have any. Kind of shocked. That's pretty standard.

The bed was not very comfortable.
The hotel failed to mention that there would be construction on the building (they were literally working right outside our window).
The breakfast was great.

No one at the front desk to greet me. Waited, with others, about ten minutes. Then when she did come out, she wasn’t happy. No local TV broadcasting? Just wanted to relax and watch the football game. Nope. Was able to stream on my iPad. Hotel was under some renovation. Breakfast was just okay.

Found a hair in bathroom! Where blow dryer is.

The lobby and hallways were under construction in mid August!!! We were surprised why do it still in summere vacation time and not wait for Sept.? Lots of workmen tearing up concrete to put ne flooring, making dust & debris and noise.

The rooms were very nice and clean as the whole place was recently modeled. That said, the made us pay for parking at $10 a day which is fine but this is a road side hotel and paying for parking seemed pretty silly. Breakfast was normal for a hotel like this but I have also had much better at similar hotels.

Average property in most categories but for about $200 per night (room rate, parking, taxes & fees) the value isn't there.

The suite was different than the suite room I had a year ago at same facility. It would have been nice to have fridge and microwave near sink area instead of in sleep area. I had a 3 night 4 day stay so it would have made it better.

Even though it was undergoing renovations, and the work began at 8AM on a saturday morning :(( the hotel was immaculate. The service upon check in on Friday night was the friendliest I have ever encountered at any hotel. Room was very quiet (except for Saturday Morning) and clean and obviously very recently renovated. The new carpet smell in hallway was a bit overwhelming, but better than an old carpet smell for sure.

Not worth the price you pay. Walls are thin you can hear your neighbors. Rooms are old and very out dated not much light in rooms. Pictures are deceiving our king bed suit shows a picture with a couch and we got a chair we asked for a roll out bed and they charged $25 extra a day for a roll out bed and they charge for parking with very minimal parking. Do not stay there look elsewhere or try the holiday inn next door it looked more updated than this. Pool was not available just all around a mess.

Great hotel Experience. Especially the free breakfast. Great options and the staff was great.

Great stay, good easy access. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking on a weekend night can be a problem, but the front desk was helpful to find a spot.

Great desk employee. We loved her friendly reception and helpfulness. Loved the stay and will be back.

The breakfast there was good and offered many options. The room was not soundproof at all - the guys in the next room played loud music and made noises both at late night and early 4 am in the morning and we could not sleep. The room phone was broken when I tried to call the front desk. The coffee machine was leaking when I tried to use it. Overall, we had terrible experience there.

We had a lovely stay. This was conveniently located to our conference. The staff was pleasant and check in and out was easy. Only thing that was difficult was parking because so many spaces were reserved for EV charging there was a shortage of places to park for non charging cars.

Nice hotel. Getting to and from the hotel was a little confusing, just because of how the local roads are laid out.

The pool was too dirty to get into, and the shower heads were broken in 2 out of the three rooms my group stayed in.

We paid for two queens and the beds were double.

The unfortunate part of our stay is that the fire alarms went off at 2am and all the guests had to evacuate the building. It meant for an exhausting night after a long day of travel. Somehow in the shuffle of sleepy kids and the panic of rushing out of our room we misplaced one of our bags that had all of our passports.
This is where the amazing staff at the Hampton came in to save the day. We had checked out of the hotel without realizing we were missing the bag with all our documents to travel out of the country. When we realized hours later we called the front desk and Sheila was so sweet and just went above and beyond to help us. She checked the room personally, went to the laundry to see if it was there, treated me so nicely when I was in an absolute panic, and was patient even though I called her back 3 times. Through her diligence she ended up tracking down our bag that the security guard had picked up from outside (where we had accidentally left it in the middle of the night). We were able to drive back to the hotel and retrieve our passports before we left the country. We were so grateful for the security guard and for Sheila and how they handled this and kept our belongings safe until we could get back there. Such great employees! Thank you!
