We had to change rooms 3x and wait at least an hour while we looked at different rooms. The first one had a bad odor this permeated the entire 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor room the ceiling was patched and there were cracks on the ceiling along with rust and paint peeling. We finally got a room on the 1st floor. The phone did not work, it was still dated and unattractive. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere. The workout room bathoom was out of order and the TV and phone didn't work and there was no water or cups with the water cooler, and no towels or mats in the workout room. The pool had rust on some of the hardware and didn't have a shower. The breakfast was inadequate as it was advertised as a full, not continental, breakfast. We will never stay in this or any other Sleep In Hotel and will tell all of our friends the same. It had a 7.4 good rating and we were forced to pay a $100 deposit although we had paid up front when we made the reservation. This was not on their website when we made the reservation. They said we would get this back in 3 to 5 business days. We stayed there Friday night 5/4 and still have not received our deposit back.

When I arrived the person at the front desk stated she was on break. I waited 20 minutes for her to wipe her hands after eating at the front desk. I later called down asking for a blanket and was told to come down and get because they were busy. I came down and was told they didn’t have anymore blankets. Then was told to go to my room and they would bring it. The breakfast had several issues in itself. Please management, call me. I paid to much for this room for such horrible service. I wish I had taken pictures.

There was a cocoroach in the bathroom, bathroom door dirty, bathroom dirty overall. The rolm smelled bad. Terrible stay

We reserved a room for 3, the couch pulled out and they said they did not have any extra pillows or blankets for us. The room and hotel was dated. The breakfast was not very good at all.

The room was dusty smelled of paint paint on furniture,tub was a safety hazard slippery staff could care less. We stayed the 7-9 too in a very nice 3 floor room I did not book through Hotels I think they treat 3 party venders very bad

This property has a very strong mold smell. Room did not smell clean light fixtures had mold and looked dirty. I would not stay here again.

We've stayed here many times. It is conveniently located for us when we travel to Daytona. Love the suite and the breakfast. Coffee always available is a plus for me. Easy on and off the interstate. QT across the street make this even better.

The desk clerk was very sweet, but was unable to summon anyone when our TV wouldn't change channels (neither on set nor remote). A big chunk of base tile was missing at the tub and their were other maintenance issues that made me wonder if I should take pictures to protect my $100 damage deposit. Not sure how they determine who's deposit to keep when so much needed fixing on arrival. There was no comparable room to move us to. But the bed slept good and we had books.

The staff is horrible.. not all of them but the cleaning crew and the ops manager for sure. Kept my deposit because per the lazy ops manager if you smoke outside and come inside the room the smoke smell will affect your deposit. Nowhere in the policy it states that I can not smoke outside in the SMOKING AREA. Nowhere does it states I can not throw away tobacco in a trash can. It states NO SMOKING IN ROOMS. Now because of this simple matter I will be taking them to civil court. So glad I got proof or everything.

We always stay at this property when we travel to Florida, at least twice a year. It is always clean and the staff is accommodating and friendly.

The property is pretty and the receptionist was very nice. But I couldn’t sleep well because I found 3 roaches walking on the night table. We were too tired to leave but I kept waking up thinking about the roaches.

The free breakfast could use more options. When we booked in the staff applied $100 CAD to my credit card which converted to $137.03 the next day I received my credit of only $129.53 USD. Which means I lost and additional $7.50 on a $100 in one day …. Not ok.

Reasonable clean, obviously an older facility as there was some wear and poorly done repainting, single small elevator. The breakfast choices more limited than most Sleep Inn or other hotels we stay at when traveling. Rates were comparable to those others. Touch below average rating, for a touch above price.

It is being renovated but it was pretty outdated and the bed wasn’t anything I’d sleep on twice. The staff was really friendly.

Noisy mechanical vibration in the walls maybe caused by heavy equipment on roof? Paint is peeling and food was on floor. Vents covered with dust and grime. Beds too soft and TV was cracked. AC unit blew air like a 747 jet. Bathroom had a bad odor. Grease on bathroom door. None of the mirrors were clean. Nobody available at front desk. All vending machines out of service.

The rooms were good size but very unclean. The beds were made but the carpets were really dirty with left over debris, food crumbs, and a paper cub behind the nightstand. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom too. The room smelled as if there is a lot of humidity. The facilities need more up keeping. The hotel has potential to be better but needs better maintenance

I would not recommend this property. I try not to be too picky in general but the room didn’t smell great when we walked in and the condition of the room was not great. There was no toliet paper or tissues in the bathroom and I saw a tiny roach (I think) crawling around in the bathroom. Also no extra blankets (even at the front desk) so we had to use sheets as blankets for our kids who used the pullout bed. If you have nowhere else to go it’s fine but I would not choose this place again.

The condition of the property is not great. There is no fan in the bathroom, so the light fixture is rusted. There is also mildew on the walls in the room. The TV was recently replaced, but there was still drywall dust on the dresser and the floor from the installation. The good thing I can say is that the sheets and towels were clean.
At 3:00 the room next door became very loud for an hour. They were talking loudly, laughing, slamming doors. It woke us all up and I tempted to just check out early. After 15 minutes, I asked them to quiet down and they did not. Their behavior is not the hotel's fault, but the paper-thin walls are. And if there had been a bathroom fan, at least we could've turned that on to muffle the noise.
Though I have had good experiences with other Sleep Inns, I do not recommend this one and will be reluctant to stay at another.

I stay here probably 20 nights a year I don't have any problem. The room is always neat and clean.
The front desk is always friendly. They always have a decent breakfast with cereal toast eggs and sausage etc waffle maker.
In the summer we've used their pool several times.

There were numerous roaches in the room and bathroom. We were given another room down the hall and we noticed roaches on the wall and bathroom in that room as well. We decided to leave the hotel. We were informed that we could not be refunded for the night because it was after 11pm even though the issue with the roaches began before that time.

It took over 30 minutes for the clerk to figure out how to check me in. The reservation was prepaid. Then she tried to get me to pay a $100 deposit on the room, more than the nights stay! Said I could use a card and it would be returned to me in about four days or I could pay cash and would get it back when I checked out. So I had the embarrassing experience of telling her I did not have $100 to my name. She then waived the deposit but it was one more unnecessary hassle after a very long check in process. I will never go back.

I loved how nice people are, several dinning options in the area, easy parking, I requested a disabled room for my husband, it was perfect. Rooms ares spacious, comfy bed. Overall no complains, I would back there. I would reccomend it

The bathroom was dirty old, rust on all metal lamps and furniture, desk chair was old and stained, paint pealing off door frames, the lounge chair arm rest worn out and stained, ceiling in bathroom were watered stained as well as in main area, no coffee in the coffee craft told the front desk… I came back 10 minutes later still no coffee, the rooms smell mouldy and oder in hallways … it needs a complete renovation..way overpriced for the condition of this hotel

There were bed bugs all over the tv stand when we walked in and we immediately left and had to find new lodging. It was after midnight and we had been driving for 10 hours. The lady at hotels.com was very rude when I needed a refund, which the hotel had already processed.

The ac cover kept falling off the wall. The bathroom door would not close all the way. The pull out sofa bed mattress was SUPER thin. I could have overlooked all of that but not the roach I saw crawling on the wall next to me at the table!
