Perfect stay for a weekend, close to many stores and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and they changed the menu a little every day.

The hotel was so perfect. Location great! Very Clean. Staff very nice. Felt safe and secure. GREAT PROPERTY! The only thing that was disappointing was I preferred paying cash. I asked at check in and was told at check out. Then at check out they said because we booked thru Hotels or Expedia, I was already charged. Ill start booking directly to properties for now on. THAT was a huge adjustment to our trip!! Nothing but positive for Hotel and staff here!

We had trouble with our key letting us in the room. The first room they assigned we could never get into with our key after making three trips back to the front desk. Assigned us another room, and maintenance had to let us in that room because our keys still didn't work. It was late and we just wanted to go to bed and didn't plan on being in and out of the room. We had plans to sleep, shower, and then hit the road again so it wasn't a huge deal, but would have been if we had been staying more than one night.

Nice stay. Clean, comfortable, nice hot and cold breakfast buffet.
Bummer hot tub jets didn't work. Had some issues with a few TV channels. Told front desk who said they'd send someone to room, but no one ever came.
Front desk staff on our first and last days were great. Tuesday through Friday staff at front desk didn't seem interested, although breakfast staff and housekeeping were outstanding.

Straight trash. Lilian, the woman at front desk told me I couldn't check in when I flight got delayed and I got there at 3am in the morning. I had nowhere else to go and she didn't give a crap. She basically said I have to figure it out with Expedia but she's so sorry and walked away. Luckily the Hilton saved the day. At 3am they were willing to give me a room and not charge me extra for early check in. I'll never stay at holiday-trash inn again in my life. Flew in for a funeral and you literally didn't care.

Best ever Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in!
From the moment we walked into the lobby we were greeted by personnel that actually cared, were professional, personal and efficient.
The rooms were great. The breakfast was good, but the lady responsible for the area was very caring and helpful.
The employees at this hotel made this a great hotel!

Bathroom was not no clean and toilet seat loose, and shower water diverter was away from shower wall.
This morning got in elevator and when it stopped at 1st floor and door would not open? I left my cell phone in room - I tripped alarm and used phone to call - the phone would ring, but when answered by front desk, got a busy signal. I pounded & pounded on the door, nobody came- finally a Lady I heard a Lady tell me was working to get me out? Simone was turning the elevator on and off, I punched button to move to a different floor, would not work? Finally the door had a crack, O put my fingers in the crack and forced the door open!

Every thing was fine till I when’t to take a shower. I turned the light on and saw a couple of cockroaches. I was able to kill one and took the evidence down to the front desk, she apologized but said since I booked with Expedia she could not give me a refund because Expedia uses their own credit info so she said to talk to Expedia. So I am looking for Expedia to contact me about a refund

Staff was great,friendly and accomodating. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was great. The onsite convenience store could have been bigger with a better selection of items.

The staff and customer service were above par. I stayed for 4 days and each day i came back to the hotel, the beds were made and the room was cleaned up and organized. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. One of the best hotels i have stayed at. The only reason i did not give 5 stars across the board is because it is slightly outdated. Which is not a complaint more of an observation.

I don't know if all the rooms are divided by a door within the same room. We didn't find it nice, not private, not safe. We asked for change, and they gave us the same one.

Requested to have bathroom unplugged and never came. A shower floor was uneven and my son almost fall.
