This was one of the worst "hotels" I've ever stayed in. To begin, I was greeted with the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as I entered the guestroom hallway. The room smelled ok, but was overall dingy and unclean. Walls had marks on them, furniture was worn, toilet was randomly running on it's own, the mini fridge was so loud I had to unplug it overnight, the lamp shades had holes, and worst of all, the sheets and towels were NOT clean. Several towels had hair in them and had an overall dirty look. The blanket on the bed was covered in different types of female hair from one end of the bed to the other. It also had multiple vomit-like stains on it. The pillow case had hair inside, too. I went to the front desk and kindly asked for a new blanket. I simply explained that mine had hair on it and a new one would be appreciated. The same person brought a new blanket to my room, but was rude on delivery. As I grabbed for the blanket and started to say "Thank you so much", I was cut off at "Thank ..." as he dropped the blanket before I had a full hold of it. He walked away as I tried to catch the blanket before it hit the floor. Terrible experience. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Completely diferent from the websites pictures. Not same room aso showed. Also not smoking free

Location was good but a 3 storey hotel with no elevator. The side door was open all night, I find the unsafe, Did not look clean.

The worst motel we have stayed in. It needs a complete overhaul!!!

Toilet seat broken. Shower rod broken. Broken glass outside B entrance door. Bed was pretty good. It just looks like it needs more attention to details in and around the rooms.

It was conveniently located

Our room was not made when we went out for the day. We did get extra linen.

I would not recommend this hotel in its current state. We had issues from the beginning. The toilet had a leak from the back where we needed to put a towel down to catch the water. The room TV stopped working after night 1. There was a device (possibly some type of intercom) making a static noise while we tried to sleep. I dialed for help and the front desk person came up and said he cannot do anything and he is the only one working, but he will make a maintenance note. Also, I could not be moved to another room because the hotel was "full". For cleanliness, I would also not recommend. This is an older building and has a stale smell throughout. I tried airing out the room but that did not work. Next time in the area I will spend the few extra $ and stay elsewhere. 1/5

Really comfortable Needs more diversity in their breakfast

Rooms were ok. Property is dated and outside is poorly maintained at rear of building. Smell of cigarettes coming from the room next to ours was constant and annoying. The breakfast could offer a little more like scrambled eggs and sausage. The room was clean and common areas inside were ok except in some areas.

I didn't like how outdated the place was also saw a bug in the bathroom that I had to kill. :/

Staff rude and missing from front desk. Equipment broken in rooms- tv not working, and lights in room not coming on.

The Baymont was good geographically but not to our expectations for a Wyndham hotel. We didnt need much but a place to sleep as we were out visiting family and friends. Room and hallways had a constant odor that we could not get away from. Bed and linens were just ok. Rooms and decor were old with patchwork fixed tile in the bathroom and the one-piece shower was cracked and separating. Not much effort made to upgrade the rooms or amenities. The room cleaners were helpful and very competent. They seemed to work hard. Extra towels and washcloths were tough to get, seems they had just a small supply even though the lot was not filled with cars. Breakfast was banal, mostly packaged products. No oat or almond milk alternative. Nothing appeared really fresh, even the bread. Staff were nice enough, but not go out of your way helpful. Check-in was fine. Hotel was more on the level of a budget motel. For the price it was not worth our stay. We stayed in another chain later that week based on our geographic needs for the same room price, and that hotel was extremely well kept and far, far superior. This was not money well spent for us. If you're just passing thru and need a place to stay for a night, its passable but no different than other budget motels that would charge less per night.

Hallways smell like cigarettes and weed. A lot of hair in the bathroom. On the floor and on the walls the cleaners never touch. Which means any high touch area may not have been cleaned either like remote controls, knobs, switches and buttons on ac. Suspicious stains on bedding and a headboard that never looks like it’s been wiped down from fingerprints and weird thick smudge marks. The front desk is usually professional though

My key didn’t open the door so a very nice gentleman who worked by the laundry room by Building C and D got me a new key from the front desk for me. He then helped me with my bags into the room. Very kind!

Tv didn't work. No shampoo in the room. Hotel was ok at best

The floor was wet in the hall on October 7, 2023 and I slipped and stubbed my left big toe which is still having tremendous pain. There was so much contention getting credit from my first nights flight cancellation from Mary and front desk agent Shantall, that I just wanted to go home. I’ll get medical care at home. It was also noisy from Kids, which we ignored. The first room they offered me smelled like urine which they admitted needed to be shampooed. Enough said.

We were disappointed with our stay as the property was not very clean.

This property is a joke!!! Front desk doesn't care... ac doesn't begin to work... one speed on fan, wonder if thermostats even adjusts anything... no elevator because i booked a suite... just want king bed... sitting ou couch now and it is busted wore out.poc.... lamps unplugged, lamps shades cockeyed Stay away

Nice place

The room had a musty odor , the carpet looked dirty, the toilet didn’t flush properly and there was a bug walking across the bathroom floor. I didn’t kill him..figured he lived there! Morning breakfast came and all the coffee pots were empty. Had to tell the front desk. Will not go there again.

I felt like I was at a crack house/brothel. Very unsettling feeling there. Windows were missing screen, it was run down, the back access doors to the hotel are not locked. The man at the front desk got angry and defensive when I told him I wasn’t comfortable staying there and threatened to not refund my card.

Dried syrupy on windowsill, no sheets or pillows for bed didn’t take money off room
