the TV are prehistoric, the lights flickered like it was a ghost in our room and the armore doors had a band aide on it to prevent the doors from closing blocking the TV.

Beautiful hotel. Good location. Right off of 405 Fwy, 10 minutes from LAX. Plenty of restaurant and fast food choices nearby. Cons: No free breakfast, $20 parking. Stayed in Room 458 and there was a droning noise that maintenance could not correct. Affected my room and 456. Only stayed one night so didn't want to change rooms.

I love the Ayers hotel!!!! I’ve been a travel guest to this wonderful hotel for over 20 years. I’ve celebrated many events at this beautiful hotel. It’s my absolute favorite get away destination. So Lovely.

Everything was satisfactory until I stepped on an exposed carpet tack strip in the room. The tack strips are used to hold the carpet down at the edges however the carpet was frayed and worn away leaving the dirty bare metal sharp spikes exposed (See photo of actual room floor). Stepping on it resulted in a punctured heal right through my sock. Good thing I had a tetanus shot recently. When brought to managements attention, all I received was a simple "Sorry about that". Make sure you keep your shoes on in the room if you want to avoid an injury.

Could not be worse: very outdated, worn out, smelly property; looks nice only on the pictures. Unsafe location and super noisy since it is sitting right on a freeway.

Vending/ ice machine rooms were undergoing some sort if construction. Parking was confusing but luckily someone ran over a mess of cones so I was able to just drive around one of the security arms. And lastly a dirty plastic cup was left in our room from a previous stay. Not the biggest of problems but they existed

We have stayed in this location several times and it’s in a good area and you feel safe staying here. The hotel could use an update and the beds are bouncy and not comfortable at all. I like the location and that’s why I stay here when I am heading to LAX. The staff and nice , the rooms are clean, but no breakfast and rooms are really old and outdated .

Very spacious rooms. Loved the castle vibes decor. Staff was friendly. The Polanco restaurant was a great place to grab a drink at as well. Would def recommend this property if you want to stay near Redondo and El Segundo.

Overall very good experience. The Hotel itself gives off a very classy ambience. The restaurant on site (Polanco) is amazing. Must try!
The only negative was that some of the female staff at the front desk were not as pleasant as their male counterparts. Not a big issue though.

The hotel is nicely decorated in a classical Mediterranean motif. The art and furniture are obvious reproductions, but the overall aesthetic is miles above the typical chain hotel experience.

I loved this hotel. They were far above my expectations. The rooms were quiet, and very comfortable. The decor was my favorite. If I'm back in town I'll swing stay here again.

The property is wonderful! However, there are few options for eating within walking distance. There is a great little pizza place nearby and there is a McDonald's nearby (Thank God!). But for other options, transportation is needed. (Didn't dine in the restaurant as the menu seemed pretentious.)
