I stayed in a standard room, and boy was it standard. It looked like a Motel 6:box tv, old furniture, carpet was ugly green. The bedding/pillows were updated and bathroom accessories were ok(but it was clean and the bed was also, that’s important to me). No ice bucket, hair dryer, iron or board. Not worth the price.

My stay was very good. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel has many entertainment areas besides 24 hours open restaurants. Definitely my next stay again.

Only thing I have to complain is I am handicapped and there was no valet service.

I had a fun time overall. I would suggest Laughlin River Lodge added either a fridge for each room or a ice maker, also upgraded television
3.0
Could not believe we were given a room with a TV set from the 80s with only 3 channels available. Had to upgrade for an additional room with a flat screen TV which only had 12 channels

Before going to Laughlin, one must first lower overall expectations. Once that's been done, then you can truly appreciate the Laughlin River Lodge. I'll give an honest shoutout to the staff as they are exceptionally friendly. The onsite restaurant has the best prices for pretty decent food. The room is where it fell short. The room is a 90's throwback complete with a tube TV, worn furniture and an okay bed. I sprung extra for the river view and it was well worth the extra money as the view from the 24th floor was awesome. If you're on a budget, than the Laughlin River Lodge would be a good choice.

The rooms are clean and the staff is great. Food at the bighorn was cheap and good. I was allergic to something in the room, stuffed up feeling and couldn't sleep well The casino has a bit of an identity crisis. A place like this should be full on the weekend, but???

Good service good prices fair. Very courteous staff

This hotel is cheap and affordable. The kids entertainment is fantastic, but the room was dirty and we had NO HOT WATER! Hot water should not be a luxury item!

I paid for a river view and was disappointed to be stuck in a corner. The room is very dated and the end tables had water stains on them. The bathroom mirror had false eye lashes glued to them so that tells you someone didn’t clean the mirror.

Room to empty and not really clean the fire alarm go I. And we was on the 13rd floor so we have to evacuate on the emergency stairs and hotel don’t even offer water for the people. So many people was scared and they don’t receive any help for it.

Stayed here for a family trip. Really nice rooms. Staff was very friendly. The only downside was not too many channels on the TV. Other than that the hotel and the experience was awesome

It was ok , reading a bit expensive but ok

Sorry to say only thing to say is hot water don’t work unless you run it for 30 minutes but every thing in hotel is perfect I would pick this casino over the others. 5 star restaurant Bighorn restaurant is the go to.

Great beds and pillows, nice room. The one downer was the ancient box TV.
We really liked the resort and the private beach.

We did not know that the room wouldn’t have a fridge or microwave (yes it doesn’t say it would but 99% of hotels this just standard) and the didn’t realize how small a double bed would be (it says double but these seemed even smaller… we are tall people!!).. we went for our daughters bday so we called and asked did we could upgrade to one with a fridge. The manager and staff were awesome and did move us. Sadly, the 2nd room was kind of gross. They had a leak in the bathroom they didn’t realize and the room didn’t have a fridge or microwave still. They moved us again to a higher floor and it was much better! We ate at the big horn cafe and it was delicious and the prices were much better than most other places/hotels. They surprised us with a special bday cake for our daughter as a thank you for our patience which was very generous we thought… the casino seemed a bit low staffed and things tended to be broken but we still had fun. We bowled and that was great (even though the lane we had had some issues and the credit card machine went down when we both food so had to use cash which the attendant apologized over and over for) but we had a great time bowling. Ate at the Mexican food place and it was very good too.. overall, not our favorite place we’ve stayed at & we probably wouldn’t stay there due to the price w/less amenity type rooms, but we applaude the staff we did meet for being friendly and supportive and would recommend if you don’t care about the fridge and bed sizes

The check in process was easy and quick. The front desk lady named Amanda was friendly and gave us a "check in" gift. This was our first time here, There wasn't any cocktail servers which sucked but over all a good time. The arcade area had many games no in service which was a bummer as well. The smaller themed gaming / food areas were cool but was told at 2 different locations that food wait was over an hour.. ended up going to a different property to eat. But I enjoyed my overall stay & we would stay here again.

This is the second time in a row we’ve stayed at the Laughlin River Lodge and have had what we feel are major issues. Last time I rented two rooms and in one the shower head barely worked and in the other room the shower head didn’t work at all. This time I rented three rooms and no hot water. Their fix was to say to run the hot water on high and you’ll eventually get warm water. What a waste of water. When you rent a room you expect two things: A bed to sleep on an and a working bathroom to take a shower. When I complained at the desk I was told the deluxe rooms facing the river are in better shape. The rooms appear clean but these major hiccups devalue the hotel. We have stayed on the river side several times so we have a baseline to go off of. The front desk is aware of the issues and you can tell are embarrassed by the known issues but know they can’t do anything about them, but say sorry and take your money.

The TV wasn't working and the hotel was very quick to replace it. In the bathroom, there was hair on the floor and in the toilet, made wonder if the bathroom was actually cleaned properly.

Our room had no outlets except 1 on one side of one of the beds. No ice bucket or ice on the floor. Had to get it from front desk. Only allowed 1 little bag at a time. No safe, coffee maker, fridge or microwave. No thrills at all. Will never stay here again. Nice store by the casino though.

Room was nice and clean. The free wifi was very weak and hard to log onto.

This is my third time here. I love this hotel because it is quiet and not so clowdy. The only place you always have to wait is in the Bighorn restaurant. It is so good and great prices. Dotty's also offers good fast food, and General Store offers good sandwiches.
Not resort fees
My room was very clean, but my pillows were very uncomfortable. Maybe some furnitures need an upgrade.
Nice River walk, pool, and Jacuzzi

pros: good location, good price. very friendly reception staff. Bathroom very clean.
cons: worn old carpet in room, old dated furniture. room smelled of smoke and overabundant air freshener.
I did not use any services other than to sleep in the room.

Yeah, they’re condition of the property very poor and depressing. But the reason we will not be coming back is the lights that come in through the room windows kept us up all night.

A little dated and worn but ok. Food was surprisingly good. View of the mountains and river nice. Employees very nice.

I was amazed at size and cleanliness of the rooms. We stayed in the family suite, which consists of two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen area. I also loved the kids room decor and beds. The employees were very nice and helpful.

One and a half stars for cocktail service very slow and rude so bring your own bottles other than that the casino is awesome

Expedia said walk was 8 minutes to Harrahs. It was 96 steps uphill . 140 dollars total for cabs. Bullcrap. Terrible false advertising. Room was ok. Hardly any good dining options. Terrible places to gamble. Would sever have gone. Expedia screwed up

First thing we noticed when we pulled up was NO valet!! Then its a pretty good hike through the Casino to the hotel check in. Checking in went fine but the room was disappointing. Furniture is old, tv is small, no refrigerator, no hair dryer! I wanted to call for a hair dryer and the phone system did not work. When i checked out i told the front desk and she said " Oh, we are in the process of removing all hair dryers!" It was just alot of little thing that we didn't love!

My room was very dirty. The bathroom was gross. There was something spilled down the front of the bathroom counter, there was hair in the bathtub and on one of the towels and the bed. I cleaned it before used it. I left after the first night. My son had the same experience in his room. He went to another hotel after the first night.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the bedding was so stiff and also uncomfortable

I feel like I had a different room then I booked? Classic bait and switch! And what's up with no ice machines? I'm not trying to go to the front desk for a janky bag of ice every hour! With that said!! It's my favorite place to stay in Laughlin!!

The restaurants don’t take phone orders and for Red Dragon, the person placing an order needs to be 21yrs an older which is ridiculous!
In addition, the Bighorn Cafe makes the customers that have a takeout order be SEATED FIRST before they place a ‘takeout’ order which makes no sense.
Keep in mind, it took an hour to be seated before the takeout order could be placed! This is the worse process and customer service that I’ve experienced.

Only thing that was an issue is it only had one kiosk for sports wagering. (Amd it was down most the time) We ended up spending most our time at other casinos until late then we ended up back at casino. Slot machines were pretty loose though.

The rooms need an update . Worn and tired.

The property is quite, and well maintained.
