Very uncomfortable bed. An average hotel. A lot of staff standing around not doing anything.

Liked the breakfast and staff courtesy. Somehow got put in a suite room. Didn't care for the mod chrome and formica furniture or general bare look.

This booking was last minute for a family death and it was perfect. The staff was super nice. The room was spacious and clean. The BREAKFAST what a way to start the day!!

I was given no seniors discount! Kids unsupervised in room above us! Made noise 12 to 4 in the morning,loud, I called 4 times and went down stairs! Many people called and next morning at breakfast people complained about noise, running jumping breaking things? I have 10 grand children and we have never left kids unsupervised in a hotel room! I came to get away and I’m worse off than before I came! Very disappointed and won’t use Expedia again ! Was not allowed to receive a receipt either! A first! First time to disappointed in a hotel! My family & I stayed two nights here & it was a really good experience overall. Everyone was polite and nice from the desk staff to the housekeepers. The rooms were comfortable and had a fresh smell. The beds were very comfortable as well. My children enjoyed the added feature of the nightlight in the bathroom & I loved the fact that the door slid open between the bathroom and closet to allow that light to come into the sleeping area. I hate the feeling of a super dark hotel room & this made the room feel super comfortable. The continental breakfast selection was superb & the eating area was super clean! There was an issue with our toilet and maintenance was sent quickly. The issue was fixed quickly as well. Extra towels were also requested & came quickly. The downsides for me are as follows: no microwave in our room & the bathroom floor was sticky and possibly dirty (since my feet showed signs of it when I stepped into the shower). However, I appreciated the refrigerator in the room. Overall, it was a great experience & we will be back if we’re in the area again.

Handle was broken on sliding door. Doorstops did not keep handle from banging into frame of bathroom door.

Really small room that needed some repairs and fixing but it was one night only so I lived with it. Staff was wonderful.

I loved everything about the hotel. Have not one complaint. Me and my boys really enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Not far to drive for entertainment. Staff was very polite and welcoming.I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And I will most definitely stay there again

Nice property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had challenges with a new check-in system so we had trouble getting key cards, but other than that, room was great; breakfast was descent.

Everything was great except for the fact that I rented this room to use the pool on Saturday. When we tried to go to the pool on Saturday it was closed and it did not open until very late that afternoon. When I called earlier in the day, I was given the impression that it would not be opening at all on Saturday!!!

Check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly!

Very pleasant stay

The front desk clerk was very nice. The property seems to be in good condition. However the inside of the shower curtain had several strands of long brown hair which proved to be quite disgusting. Not what I’d expect at a Hilton property. The housekeepers have to do better.
